Abbiamo fatto la nostra annuale reunion tra vecchi amici ed é stata la location perfetta! C’era un ampio soggiorno dove stare tutti insieme, cucina attrezzatissima! Estrema pace dei sensi e paesaggio mozzafiato ! Dolcissimi i gattini intorno alla casa. La signora poi é stata così gentile che al nostro arrivo, sapendo che eravamo enologi, ci ha lasciato 4 bottiglie da assaggiare della zona ! Grazie !

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

"Il Colle" è la soluzione giusta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Gli ambienti a disposizione sono caldi, ampi e funzionali. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili, la comunicazione con Marco è stata facile e veloce. Grazie di cuore...Siamo stati davvero bene!

A truly magical experience and the perfect place to stay. We spent 5 nights in this special house with the most breathtaking views. A wonderful place to stay and explore the local area. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. The personalised meet and greet was a lovely way to start our stay. You will not be disappointed if you choose to book this beautiful house. Our stay at Angelo‘s was absolutely incredible! Nestled in a stunning mountain location, this property offers breathtaking views and a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The host was exceptional—so friendly, responsive, and helpful, making sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. From the moment we booked, they were attentive and quick to answer any questions, adding a personal touch to the experience. We traveled with family, and this getaway proved to be the ideal space for bonding and relaxation. Whether it was enjoying morning coffee with the mountain view, exploring the surroundings, or simply unwinding in the cozy atmosphere, we cherished every moment. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and memorable escape. We would absolutely love to visit again.

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Perfect stay for big family reunion! Wonderful host including helpful friend&family, with excellent setup for big groups (six rooms with separate bathrooms and AC), well mantained pool with many sunbeds and additional amenities in the house (out kids loved the indoor table tennis and outdoor kicker table). Kitchen is fully equipped and has big terrasse facing north for great breakfast&lunch&dinner in the shade. Approx. 20min to the beaches and in walking distance to the lovely mountain village Monte San Giusto with playground, cafes for excellent Italian breakfast and more.

This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

Beautifully space and host. Thank you Stefania for making our stay extra special with your attentive care! Highly recommend for long stays or short and anyone working remotely. Close to Assisi, Perugia which were the highlight of our trip.

We had a wonderful time in Collecorvino, and this was the most beautiful place to stay! The view is absolutely incredible, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Our hosts were so kind, giving us recommendations for the area and checking in with us. They were even flexible with the time when we ran into travel delays. Highly recommend staying here!

La signora Tiziana, molto disponibile, la casa? Una bomboniera, bella, pulita, datata di tutto e di più veramente, ci ha ricevuto con un dolce e liquore tipico dal posto ( buonissimo) La posizione de la casa estratégica vicino a: Rasiglia, Gubbio, Spoleto, Assisi e tanto altro. Siamo veramente satisfatti, torneremo!! Grazie Tiziana!

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Elio dal 14 al 23 settembre ed è stato un meraviglioso soggiorno. Le foto non rendono abbastanza, perché la casa è ancora più bella. Gli ambienti sono ampi, luminosissimi, tutto è nuovo e ben arredato, e con ogni confort : aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, tavolo e ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli. Inoltre sia da un lato che dall'altro la casa gode di un meraviglioso panorama sulle colline marchigiane, contraddistinto da un delizioso silenzio, che per chi cerca un po' di pace dal trambusto quotidiano è un toccasana. Montelupone è un borgo carino, e nei pressi è possibile visitare un bel po' di posti interessanti, e mete rinomate, oltre che raggiungere le più importanti zone di mare poco distanti. Elio, al quale mando un abbraccio, è una persona squisita, oltre che host impeccabile, sempre disponibile ad ogni esigenza. Consiglio questa abitazione al 100 x 100, non ve ne pentirete...

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

Siamo stati a Poggio Bustone da Veronica per 4 notti, il borgo in se' non offre molto, ma è centrale per spostarsi agevolmente. ILB&B il SENTIERO ci accolti e guidati al check-in di persona e la Sig.a aveva preparato per noi una splendita torta di mele molto apprezzata. Uno scrigno dove tutto era al posto giusto non ci è mancato nulla , c'era tutto quello che poteva servirci, ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Una raccomandazione una volta arrivati al Borgo meglio tefofonare e farsi guidare. Raccomando IL SENTIERO una struttura che sà accogliere, noi ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Wow. Just wow. This is paradise on earth, and I wish I would never go home. The house and surroundings are just more stunning than any picture can show. Kids friendly, family friendly, stunning surroundings, near great restaurants, and supermarkets. The hosts are very responsive, and they have a maintenance person fixing everything you need. I will definitely come back with my family. Very, very, very recommendable.

This is a stunning location with most beautiful view across the valley to Assisi. the property is great and ideal for multiple families. The upstairs and downstairs sections are completely self-contained, with bedrooms , bathrooms and kitchens in both. The veranda had a wood pellet burner which keeps it cosy and warm when it turns a little chilly at night. The location super-quiet and well out of the way, perfect for those wanting a quiet place. The owner was lovely, bringing us a delicious cake on our 3rd day. I can definitely recommend this property.

Appartamento nuovissimo accogliente e curato nei minimi particolari. I padroni di casa persone accoglienti simpaticissimi cordiali e molto ospitali.....ci torneremo ancora

Un angolo di pace in mezzo al verde, relax e riposo totale in una casa confortevole con tutto il necessario. Irene è un host super disponibile e gentilissima, ci siamo sentite come a casa. Consigliatissimo per staccare e godersi la natura e il silenzio.

Questa è la terza volta che torniamo sulla costa del conero e siamo felicissimi di questa scelta. La casa è molto confortevole ma siamo stati quasi sempre nel bellissimo giardino con vista mare, fresco e ventilato anche nei giorni di caldo grazie alla posizione elevata rispetto al mare. La comoda spiaggia di Marcelli dista pochi minuti d'auto ma se si desidera un pó d'avventura sono moltissime le spiagge più selvaggie a poca distanza.

My friend and I had so much fun staying here. We were in the city to visit some old friends and Patrizia and Maurizio were so incredibly sweet and messaged us throughout our stay with places they recommend and to check in with us.

I just returned from the most incredible stay at a villa in Umbria, Italy, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Italian hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The villa itself was like something out of a storybook—stunning stone walls, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of rolling hills that seemed to stretch on forever. The interiors were beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Each morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace while soaking in the sun and the magnificent scenery. The kitchen was a dream for cooking enthusiasts like me; we even picked up fresh ingredients from a nearby market and whipped up our own Italian The locals were incredibly friendly, making our experience even more special. I’ve traveled quite a bit, but nothing compares to the magic of Umbria. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to recharge and immerse yourself in Italian culture this villa is it!
