We came with our family in the winter - It was one of the most incredible weekends ever - the viewings and surrounding area are stunning! The cottage was perfect for us! Can’t wait to return to this gem next year.

What a beautiful spot to stay! And Stephanie was such a gracious host. Communication was seamless and from our first interactions in booking our stay she made my sister and I feel so welcomed. The home was immaculate and so warm and welcoming. Check in was seamless and easy. And everything was exactly like the photos and even in some ways better than we imagined! Stephanie even took extra care of us and left us some welcome snacks and a beautiful baked loaf for breakfast. Really over and above hosting we felt so taken care of! The Friday Harbour location is such a lovely spot, lots of restaurants and shops to visit, even in the winter! We had such a great time. Thank you Stephanie we can’t wait to visit again!

This was my second long term stay at Sergio’s place and it was just as great as my first stay. Clean and well equipped. I’m looking forward to my next stay.

When we walked into Jacqueline's place it was like wow!!! Open concept,bright and loved the decor and the top to floor windows. Jacqueline was very accomadating and very responsive. Would highly recommend her place and we will definitely be back in the future!!! Thanks for being a wonderful host

Utopia Villa and Spa

We stayed at Shahrzad’s place during the big snowstorm on Family Day weekend. We were a bit worried about what would be available for us to use but when we pulled in, the driveway and pathways were shovelled for us so it was easy to drive in and walk to the games room and hot tub. They also provided a shovel if needed too. The place was absolutely wonderful and so cozy. You can really tell they put thought into designing the space. My partner and I had a great time staying here. There is plenty to do, we loved the hot tub! It would’ve been even better in the summer I’m sure! The place was spotless and we had everything we needed in the kitchen as well. The bed was super comfy as well. There are 3 fireplace going so it was super toasty despite being snowed in. We will definitely be back again! 😊

Very easy to check in as per the instructions that were given to us. Lots of restaurants and activities to do within the resort. Would love to come back to see what the resort is like during different seasons as well!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was exactly as described, spacious, and had a ton of amenities. Even in the winter, we could always find things to do at the home, and the location was great as it was in a nice and quiet neighbourhood but also it was easy to access activities in the surrounding areas/mountains/resorts. Also, Curtis was a very responsive and positive host; he was very clear with his instructions and quick to answer any questions we had. Great experience!

The place is easy to find, cozy, and a very short drive to all the actions in downtown Barrie. The highlight was how great Craig was as a host. We were unlucky with the snowstorm weather, yet Craig generously offered his time and effort and resources to proactively help us in times of need.

My husband and I wanted to get away from the city hustle and found exactly what we needed at this property. It was beautiful inside and out and we truly felt like we were secluded and alone (finally!) Inside the cottage was clean, bright, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The yard is completely private and surrounded by trees but still allows for full days of sunshine. The pool was bigger than we expected and was perfect for lazy float days. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

This was our second stay at Emily’s place and we will definitely return. We love the privacy and quiet surroundings, the very cute and modern rustic house, and that it’s dog friendly. Emily is a great and responsive host and we love having the cozy “cabin” to relax and unwind in with lots of space to spread out, cook, puzzle and sleep. Thanks Emily!
