The staff was super friendly and attentive. I didn’t even have to knock because they immediately open up and was super helpful with instructions and helping my family with questions. The place was beautiful, clean and so much to do! The beach was just down the steps and the sunset breathtaking.

Otto’s place is a lovely home with an amazing view over the ocean from the patio and the pool. It’s a great spot for a family vacation. There is a patio beside the pool so lots of room for everyone. The community felt very safe and the grounds are lovely. We had the Xanadu beach mostly to ourselves during the week, a bit less so on weekends. Otto is an attentive and helpful host and good communicator. He worked immediately to solve an issue that arose and made sure it was taken care of. The location is central to grocery stores and good restaurants but once you are at the villa, it feels private. And its lovely to hear the sound of the waves. The only negative might be the occasional sound of the large truck brakes on the highway above, they can get loud – but don’t let that deter you, its just a heads up.

Wow dit is echt een pareltje van een verblijf, we zaten de avond ervoor bij een andere bnb zonder airco en toen we hier aankwamen was het echt oprecht een tropical paradise! Je kan heerlijk douchen onder de buitendouche in de prachtige tropische tuin. De tuin is ‘s avonds ook mega sfeervol verlicht! De host is heel proactief in zijn communicatie en geeft tips super snel! Als je echt onbezorgd wil genieten van de kust regio, dan wil je in deze bnb verblijven! Bedankt voor de mega mooie tijd!

Tuve una excelente experiencia. El lugar estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y exactamente como se muestra en las fotos, ideal para descansar. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier duda. La comunicación fue rápida y clara. Sin duda me volvería a quedar aquí y lo recomiendo completamente.

Hermoso lugar cuartos cómodos e impecables. El lugar estaba equipado com todo lo necesario para una estadía genial con la familia. Definitivamente lo disfrutamos mucho.

The place was wonderful to enjoy with all the family and kids , I will come back to this place in the future vacation trip , everything was inside the place and kelvin was always attentive and responsive to everything you need..

This was our second stay at La Sirenita Beach house. The location is excellent for many reasons: the beach in front of the property is flat and rock-free, it’s very close to El Tunco, it’s 5 minutes from a new shopping center with a super market (restaurants, Starbucks, ice cream, etc.), and very close to Sunset Park. The property itself is great for families: large pool with a shallow section perfect for toddlers or small kids, lots of bathrooms, and spacious outdoor sitting and common areas. Most importantly, Miguel and Carolina are exceptional onsite hosts, always offering to help you and making sure you have a great stay. We will be back soon! This place is a gem right outside Surf City.

El apartamento amplio muy bien amueblado, todo ordenado y limpio, tienen los muebles, electrodomésticos y utensilios necesarios para una buena estadía; la playa muy bonita , fue muy agradable el lugar con la familia.

Stayed march 18th through March 22 nd at Lleana’s. 11 adults went on this trip. The house was absolutely stunning just like the pics. The house is near some amazing restaurants and the grocery store is only a few minutes away huge plus!! The house is beachfront and the beach is beautiful with no rocks!!! The pool was a great place to relax also there are two big palapa areas with a huge wooden table, lots of hammocks to unwind. The kitchen is outside. The house has 5 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. At the house they have an outdoor cooler built from wood and styrofoam to keep your beers really cold with ice!! The caretakers were very friendly people. Always there to help you with anything. This house is peaceful-beautiful. If you enjoy being outdoors swimming in the pool, enjoying the huge outdoor covered patios or getting into the ocean this is your place to stay. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you 🙏

Un lugar que cumplio con todo lo que ofrecia, pero el valor agregado fue la atencion y sobre todo que cuidaron cada detalle durante la estancia. Si quiere un buen lugar donde hospedarse este es el lugar. Recomendadisimo.

Excelente alojamiento, lo tiene lindo, ordenado, limpio, muy buena ubicación y súper privado.

The space was plenty large for our group. We had a few relatives stay with us the first night but were a group of 8 for a majority of the time so we had ample space. The onsite staff was incredibly helpful and we enjoyed the privacy of the space to spend time as a family. The location is not super walkable and as others have mentioned is on a busy street, but it felt very safe. The photos near the pool are very explicit that they were taken in 2020, so take that into account when considering the condition of the poolside furniture. Overall, the space is somewhat dated and could use a minor facelift but is as described in the listing. We appreciated the kitchen, the extra fridge space, and the television. Be aware that there is no proper "living room" - there is a lovely outdoor space but it can get quite hot and humid outside if you have older folks in the group. We appreciated the host's hospitality, responsiveness and local suggestions.

Desde que llegamos encontramos el establecimiento muy limpio y moderno. Es un rancho muy amplio y es ideal para compartir en familia y si quieren realizar algún evento familiar es el lugar ideal. La señora Maritza y Nataly son muy atentas, serviciales, amables y respetuosas. Si no hubiera sido por sus atenciones nuestra estadía no hubiera sido la mejor experiencia que pudimos vivir. Recomiendo este lugar y le damos 5 estrellas, si pudiéramos darle más se los pusiéramos.

The service from Veronica was excellent and efficient also her husband was very helpful when asking for suggestions. Both were very pleasant and polite!

This place was incredible! Looks exactly as pictured and felt very safe. It was gorgeous! We had so much time playing and relaxing in the pool. Inside, there were 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was fully stocked. Host was extremely responsive and the caretaker Chele, was extremely helpful. He helped us arrange a pupusa lunch to be brought in, as well as surf lessons for the kids. The beach was only a five minute walk away and was breathtaking with some spots to eat on the beach. Lots of restaurants close by. Much quieter area than El Tunco. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling in the area.

Beautiful private spot on the beach. Balmore was very friendly and helpful when needed. The place was a great lay out and had great access to little markets near by and quick access to the beach.

I'm in love with that place, it seems like I was in paradise. I felt short on time. I reserved one night and it wasn't enough. It's beautiful. The pools are perfect, but the beach is private and the most beautiful thing. I was fascinated by the place. The rooms are very comfortable, the gardens are very beautiful. Very friendly people, good communication, just one point, the security guard at the entrance was not friendly, an arrogant person, it's a shame. But for the rest everything is fine, it's the best experience I've had on the platform.

Love it! There is no words to describe such a beautiful place. Will definitely be booking again.

Vanessa's house is gorgeous, just like the pictures. The house is keep very clean, Gerson and Roxana clean the yard, the pool and the downstairs every day. The house is very spacious. Gerson and Roxana where there every day ready to help but without making you uncomfortable or that they were intruding in your privacy. The beach is very clean and the water is warm and perfect. There are seafood restaurants in walking distance. The communication with Vanessa was always very good and fast replies when ever I had questions. I would 100% recommend this house.

This house is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. To start off the care taker Don Juan and his wife Teresa took well care of us. Both were so lovely and made us feel welcomed. We booked our stay for two nights and paid extra for breakfast. The breakfast was delicious! We asked for típico Salvadorian breakfast and it was truly delicious! The house is beautiful with a spectacular view of the infinity pool overlooking the beautiful ocean. Each room equipped with AC which is a must in El Salvador. Very peaceful location!
