Sarah and her farm was perfect. Following some wet camping they helped wash and dry all our clothes, even let us air our tents under cover. Cannot recommend this stay enough, the full English in the morning was also excellent!

Beautiful location. Own parking area. Clean tidy rooms. Bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was a god send after all the walks. Selection of cereal in room along with plenty of tea and coffee and a pint of milk in the fridge. Claire and Robbie were great hosts. Gave us a run down of Castleton and where to go. Friendly banter and made us feel very welcome. They were very responsive to anything we asked. Highly recommend this as a place to stay as it is accessible to so many walks including Mam Tor and Castleton has numerous pubs and restaurants to choose in such a small area so there is always somewhere to have refreshment and nourish after a walking day. What a fantastic place to stay. Very clean, warm & comfortable. Breakfast bits were a bonus. Clare is a lovely host & we would highly recommend this accommodation.

This was one of the nicest AirBnBs we’ve stayed in. If you are not English this is s classic English country home. Beautiful y done with more than a nod to tradition. If you are English this is the above but also as nice as s spa. We loved the claw foot bath tub and the 4 poster bed with luxurious bedding. This is a place to relax. Nikki was delightful and the breakfast was luxurious. It was a great experience

Great hosts! Wonderful breakfast, perfect and thoughtful local recommendations, very welcoming, cute village location close to all Peak District tourist spots. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to others. Multiple pubs, bakery, and village shops right on the doorstep. Safe, cute, and comfortable place to stay for our Peak District mini break.

Thank you so much for a fabulous stay. Our hosts were extremely attentive and friendly. The room was lovely, very clean and kept to a high standard. The fridge with a little bottle of milk was a lovely touch. Breakfast was cooked to order with great attention to detail. You could also help yourself to cereal, fruit, nuts and yogurt. The bowl of fresh berries was my favourite. When we went down for breakfast on Easter Sunday, each guest had a Lindor Choc Bunny on their table (it's the little things that make you smile). The B&B is literally a 7 min walk through the park to the main street with all the resturants and bars, but far enough away from the noise. Overall really enjoyed our weekend, would definitely reccomed to family and friends and will book here next time we visit Matlock. 😊.

Fantastic location with quick access to some wonderful walks. The room was beautiful, in fact the whole B&B is, with small touches such as a wide selection of drinks, hot and cold, and home made cakes. The breakfast is superb, again with lots of choice.

Hall Farm was the perfect starting point for our one day hike around the local Peak District Dales. we did a fabulous circular walk so we're able to leave the car in Litton. Highly recommend Annette's accommodation. superb breakfast too.

I booked a couple of nights in Glencoe House almost entirely because the location was handy for me, so I was pleasantly surprised by just how nice a stay it was. The owner, Dee, was both very friendly and accommodating - I had to leave extremely early in the morning both days, so she made sure there was breakfast available that I could just heat up. There were also a lot of little thoughtful touches, like a fresh slice of delicious fruit cake and dish of fruit left in my room both days. Finally, I have to give very high praise to the bed, which was incredibly comfortable! I would absolutely reccommend this BnB to anyone needing to stay in Burton.

Had a fantastic stay. The room was spot on, very clean with everything we needed. Great friendly and helpful staff. Food was also fantastic and great price. We definitely come back again.

Jackie and Richard's place was as described and pictures are accurate. Jackie met us on arrival and explained everything to us. Made an excellent recommendation for dinner. Everything very clean and tidy. Would recommend.

What can I say I suspect not enough words to explain how Good Maggie and Andy are as hosts, the accommodation was excellent , arriving was easy and Maggie greeted us and showed us around the accommodation and how lovely it is , the breakfast was just so spot on plenty to eat and set us up for the day , we popped up for a family bbq and Maggie insisted they drop us off and us to ring to be picked up , I can see why Maggie is a super host , I would say a super super host . We will return . Loved our two day stay .

Lovely little rooms above a quaint little pub. An extremely likeable area and everything in sight looked well maintained and looked after. Food T the Saracen’s Head I cannot fault and service was excellent

Stephanie is an excellent host, going the extra mile to cater for my vegan needs, as well as providing a wonderful room for me to stay in. the room I stayed in was at the top of the house, with an en suite bathroom and blackout blinds. The location was perfect, as Buxton is fairly central in the Peaks. I wholeheartedly recommend Stephanie and her safe, warm home!

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay. So very kind allowing us to check out a little later too. We have finally found where we are going to stay when we come up to visit family. It has been hard to find a quiet, peaceful relaxing place until now. The perfect place and thank you so much. A&P x

Andrew and Sue were very friendly and welcoming. Made us feel right at home and gave us ideas of places to see in the local area. The apartment was perfect for a couple and have shared access of the back garden with great views of the local cows and bunnies. Spotless and great location. They were very helpful and gave great advice about the rides at Alton Towers and places to visit in the Peak District. Will stay there again next time we want a base for the area

Great location within Bakewell. Room was as described in the listing, excellent breakfast and very attentive host.

Le logement de Joanna est très beau et très propre. Elle pense à de nombreuses petites chose utiles en voyage: sèche-cheveux, bouteille d’eau, mouchoirs,… ce qui est très agréable. La cuisine était aussi à disposition. La maison est à 15 minutes à pied de la gare, dans un quartier résidentiel hors du centre-ville.

This place is AMAZING! we were looking for a place that will quiet and relaxed and close to the peak district and we got that and so much more. this new place is just what we needed. everything was so well planned, the room was clean and the bed so comfortable. Marta's food is incredible and they are both so.nice We can't wait for them to open the Yoga Studio they are planning on for when we can come again we really recommend staying here!!!

Wow, where to begin? The most perfect, peaceful getaway in the most wonderful location hosted in the loveliest home with the best hosts we could have ever wished for. We went for my wife’s birthday (my surprise to her) with our cocker spaniel Freya and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We stayed in the Ashbourne room. It was utter perfection, everything you could possibly need and more. This is the room we will ensure to book in future too (because we are definitely going back!) the views of the garden and vast scenery beyond were just beautiful. The bed - was the best bed we have ever had the pleasure of sleeping in! The breakfast was delicious and there was everything you could want and more. Leanda and Nigel are some of the loveliest people we have ever met. They just want the best for their guests. Our doggy had everything she could need from a doggy bath to dog robes and even a dog bed. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will see you again soon! Jack, Jen and Freya
