Our stay was wonderful! Sue was great with communication even before the trip began. She arranged taxi services from the airport, gave us precise directions to the suite and was waiting there for us with cold beers and simple, reasonable instructions expected of us during our stay. The suite was clean, well stocked and tastefully appointed and two bikes were provided for our use during our stay. We did have issues with one of the bikes, however she was quick to respond and the problem was resolved in a resonable time frame. The pool was clean and refreshing and well maintained. The property was private and comfortable and away from to noise of the city, but walkable when we chose to explore. If given the opportunity to return, we would certainly choose this property again! Stayed with Ali a few times, always great. AC works perfectly, it’s centrally located and easy in and out… Highly recommend

We enjoyed staying at Ali’s place. It had all of the basic amenities we were looking for. We had a few concerns when we first arrived but Ali was very responsive and took care of any issues quickly. Ali was also very helpful with first transportation from the ferry terminal and back to it when we headed home. Ali also had golf cart rentals for us that made the process very easy. The location is just off downtown so the living area could be a bit noisy but the air conditioned bedrooms were surprisingly quiet. We enjoyed the pool and our stay immensely and appreciated Ali’s responsiveness.

Wonderful location inside Blu Zen. Views of the ocean, close to the bar and all restaurants, next to the pool. Mel was very communicative after booking. Couple hiccups with staff, but nothing to do with Mel. Most staff interaction was great though. I can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Blu Zen if heading to Belize.

We spent 3 nights in moody blue cottage and absolutely loved it! Would have loved to stay longer. Caye Caulker is a beautiful and fun place to visit and Francis's cottages on the water are the perfect place to stay. Very clean and nicely decorated and have everything you need for your stay. And they come equipped with 2 bikes, which are perfect for getting around town. We stay in a lot of airbnb's, Francis's place is one of the best! ! I highly recommend!

My stay at stingray station was amazing. Chelsea and her sisters (one of whom lives above the rental unit) are all great people. Super friendly and every time I saw one of them, they asked how things were going. Chelsea reached out before check in and sent a map pin to the location. She met me at the unit and gave me the lowdown on the property. Shortly after checking in I noticed the air conditioner in the bedroom wasn’t cooling properly. I messaged Chelsea and she had someone out right away to fix it. Location is great, about a mile outside of town: nice and quiet but also not too far away if you want some excitement. The AC & hot water both work very well. There is a little noise being right next to the airport, but it’s minimal. A prop plane goes by about once every 20-30 min. Airport closes at 7 or 8pm so no overnight disruption. This rental is a great value at a great price. I will stay here again the next time I’m in San Pedro. Thanks for making my stay easy & enjoyable

the place was ok if your not picky. the bedt thing ever is percy and his beautiful wife who take care of the place, they are both fantastic and very help full, they do everythingand above to make your holiday a fantasticexperience

It was lovely and helpful that the host arranged for direct water taxi with our luggage to the house. The quiet refuge on the north island was a great contrast to the hustle of the south part of the Caye. While there getting around on foot and by water taxi worked well, unless you want to see the estuary on the very north side of the Caye, in which case a bike is a good idea. There were several walkable restaurant options and a small convenience store near the split. We didn’t use the kayak and paddle boards, but the pool was great for heat relief and AC in the bedrooms was nice too. Walter, the caretaker, was super helpful and brought us fresh coconuts / coconut water. Really enjoyed Mario’s snorkel tour.

I wish that just giving 5 stars was enough. The deep peace we had there and the peace we have now that we are back to our life is difficult to measure in words and stars. If you want to be alone, you can..completely alone. If you want to hang with the locals. Cool. They are wonderful people. Even making new friends that are tourists. Wherever you go, everyone is friendly, welcoming, fun to talk with. We had everything we could need at the house. The views!! Both sunrise and sunset. Awesomely incredible. Although we didn't cook, there was everything we could have needed in the kitchen, even tons of recipes! Read Linda's full description because that is spot on!! Everything that had us beside ourselves with excitement to go worked out even better than expected. Do all the research you want to but don't worry about making definitive plans. Good grief! What a great house in the best location on that small caye!

Good value for money, communal areas are big enough so you can 'find your own space', cleaned everyday

There are only 5 stars, Olmo, Ivy and Ceiba deserve 10 stars, their place is just for those are looking to be connected with the nature, isolated from every one and anything, is you and the sea, rhe host are really friendly and supportive, we arrived very late and they were waiting for us, next day early they welcome us with fresh coconut water, all the food they prepare is really fresh an organic, rhe beach is amaizing, warm, clean compared with othe places im Quintana Roo and the sagasso is minimun.. nothing to worry about. The are a reef in front like 800 meters and there are some tours to make snorkeling and visit the protected area of manaties, a lot of animals and birds sorroundimg the area is one of the few places that still untouched by the commercial bussiness, you can go to fish in open sea and prices are really afordable, don't expect luxury, the house have all the basic stuff to spend your days in a confortable way. The view from the terrace is unique, and the sea breeze keep you fresh all the nigth. Is a very special place with a strong energy. Be ready is a long trip to reach the place but at the end you will be satisfied with the conecction to nature, the place is pet friendly which is a plus.
