Everything was absolutely lovely - memories were made that will last a lifetime and we can’t wait to come back! The estate and villa are impeccably maintained! We had the most restful nights sleep we’ve ever had on holiday! The on-site team is world class! Terri, your personal concierge is a wealth of knowledge and goes above and beyond to help make your stay the best possible! Derrick is wonderfully helpful and works hard daily to maintain the beach and property. Karla, handles your daily housekeeping and is a sweetheart, a bright ray of smiley sunshine! Thank you Sari and team for making this one for the record books! The property is truly stunning a once in a life time place to experience and stay in we loved how it was out of town and private just for our family! We enjoyed exploring off the pier we saw so many rays sea turtles and Henry ( the eel that lives by the pier) it was so cool! We highly recommend staying here! Being on the north side of the island was so peaceful!

We loved our stay at La Perla. The condo was comfortable and perfect for our family. We felt like we had a private beach and enjoyed so much time lounging on the comfortable deck furniture with endless views. We loved swimming out front and were amazed at how much sea life there was right there. Our son fished for hours off the private dock. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made our stay comfortable. They helped with booking a massage, our island hopper flight, golf cart and the in home chef. The tour company they recommended was great as well. We loved our time at La Perla and can’t wait to go back!

We stayed in Caye Cauker for 5 nights and had a lovely time at Claudia’s place. The location was perfect!! It’s tucked down a little side street off the Main Street so it’s right amongst the action while also being nice and quiet. It was such a cute place to stay in and had everything we needed. The only downside for us was that we were double booked on our first night but the 4 nights at turtle back hideaway were perfect. The full day snorkelling is a must too, so so amazing!!

Amelia’s place was great! Had the good weather stuck around would have been even better, but that doesn’t reflect on the property. Thankfully we had a great house to stay in because of the weather. Loved hanging out in the hammocks and walking on the pier and checking out the sea creatures. There was a lil juvenile local crocodile hanging around out by the pier we got to see a couple times. Couldn’t get a good picture though because he wants nothing to do with people. All in all it was great stay and visit. rooms are big and spacious. A.C worked great. We had two boys, 5 and 8 and me and my wife. It was perfect. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at 6B. Our trip started a little rocky as we arrived after dark and our driver did not show. This was not Nellie’s fault. The driver got tied up somewhere else. We ended up in a taxi with a driver who argued with us about money. This was the only negative experience we had our whole trip and Nellie was communicative throughout. The groundskeeper met us at the gate and helped calm the situation with the taxi driver. 6B was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family of 4. The grounds are beautiful & very private feeling even though you are very close to downtown. We loved how walkable everything was. We initially rented a golf cart but declined it & just walked everywhere. Excellent restaurants nearby in each direction. Elvi’s was a favorite! The pool is very nice & relaxing with a view of the ocean. We went on 2 excursions: 1. with Tacio’s Fishing & Day tours (p/u at PV’s pier) & 2. Catamaran Belize (p/up at Palapa’s pier next door). Super convenient!

La Perla was just what they advertised. The staff and the people we encounter were the best. Michaela was on top of everything. She not only met our needs but often anticipated them. She made sure everything and everyone we needed were in place to ensure a great time. Starting with our taxi driver Chris who greeted us warmly at the airport. He was absolutely top notch and took customer service to an extreme level. Omar provided our golf carts also went the extra mile to ensure part of our group stayed safe and dry while waiting for the rest to come in. Even Bol, who made sure we got into our villa safely after being 7-8 hours later than expected. I highly recommend this resort, primarily because of the people. Customer service is definitely a top priority for La Perla and San Pedro Island as a whole.

I honestly cant say enough great things about this place! It was absolutely stunning but what made it more special was William and Marvin. These two went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. They work for the property and are just the nicest sweetest guys. William took is around town and showed us some of the local places. His artwork he does is stunning and would recommend taking a look at some. Marvin and william were there for anything we might need. Also while youre there you will get to meet williams cute fur babies! Im the biggest animal lover and became so attached to them. All i can say is if you want to have a stress free, fun trip then you absolutely need to stay here hands down!

This was such a relaxing week! We were so well looked after by everyone on the team from Terri, our concierge to Derek, the groundskeeper, Manager Jerome and our lovely housekeeper. Alom was a beach paradise. We swam, fished off the dock and lounged by the shore every day. The trek to Alom was the only part that was not perfect. We rented a golf cart. The road was very bumpy and about 50 minutes to get into town. We knew this before going but it felt quite long on the road. Luckily we didn’t need to go to town everyday and found the restaurants close by to be very good. Our snorkel to Mexico rocks was really amazing. We used the white sands dive shop and they picked us up on the neighbouring dock. All in all this was a memorable holiday for our family and we plan to return again one day. This place is really nice and the view from the home is fantastic. Scott is always responsive to any inquiries. This is out second time staying at Tres Banderas and we will check availability here first on our next trip to San Pedro.

Our group of 6 women had a wonderful time! The house has a great floor plan so we didn't feel that we were on top of each other. Everyone had their own bathrooms. We met regularly in the living area to convene before our day trips. The girls loved the rooftop bar and spent many nights there looking at the scenery. The quick boat trips were easy and if we needed to make a quick trip off the boat schedule, Deano was there for us. We also made several trips to the hotel pool to hang out, float and enjoy the scenery. We ate regularly at the Coconut Cafe that was a short walk. Since 3 of us had been to Belize before, they knew San Pedro so we spent a lot of time going back and forth for restaurants, shopping and excursions. I'd definitely book this house again! It was perfect for us!

I worked directly with Marilyn, the property manager. She met us at the airport and stayed with us the whole way to the property. There were a few hiccups with the stove and the hot water but Marilyn sent someone out quickly. Actually there was one person in particular that was practically indispensable to our stay and that was Adrian. That man deserves a raise! Every issue we had he handled personally, to the point that he stayed nearly 2 hours to get our grill going. I mean he was phenomenal. When it came time to clock out Marilyn handled our transportation herself and everything as smoothly as possible. Would definitely stay here again, absolutely NO complaints!

Great spot on the northern side of the island. Worth dealing with crossing the split if you want a little peace and quiet. Great communication and property

If your looking for the perfect paradise, this is it! The estate was so beautiful and well kept. It had a fully equipped kitchen, the beds were so comfy, we had the best nights sleep, and relaxing rain showers that made coming home after exploring even better. The staff is amazing and attentive, we opted for villa pre-stock, so we wouldn’t have to get groceries, they offered daily housekeeping and a free laundry service, and have the best concierge. Terri made our trip so memorable. She had wonderful recommendations and non fell short of spectacular. We were able to lounge right on the beach of the estate, this private villa is the definition of relaxation! Being on the north end of the island is truly the way to go. We spent half a day in town (which is really all you need) and the rest traveling around to see all the island has to offer. There are so many places we wouldn’t have experienced if we didn’t venture out. This was the perfect private and quiet escape we needed!

I can’t say enough good things about staying at Indigo/Paradise. The condo is more beautiful than pictured and great location right on the water. Beautiful pool and loved sitting on the balcony with 180 views of the beach/ocean. Indigo is close to Secret Beach which is a must see! A golf cart is highly recommended as most restaurants are just a 5-10 min ride away- or 25 mins into downtown San Pedro, where there are tons of great restaurants! Elvi’s kitchen, Maxie’s and Carramba’s- all great! Definitely loved booking excursions right through Indigo and the full day snorkel to Hol Chan Marine reserve/Caye Caulker was amazing! We loved everything and would love to come back. Aisha and Angel were extremely accommodating and wonderful to work with. Thanks so much again!

A great visit to Belize from start to finish. Sherry was great at quickly orienting us and Dino was always nice ferrying us across the back bay. The 4 br 4 BA was perfect for us, tons of room. House was clean and kitchen well equipped. Knee deep pool was all we needed to get wet and lounge in to cool off. Nice to have Coconut Cafe, lead by Chris, just 60 yards away for an easy, chill dinner with spectacular setting/views. Quick access to yet away from busy town at night. Would recommend to any and all.

This was a great stay for our family of 6. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well as did the wifi. Loved the dock and pool and palapa hangout oh, and hammock. Out of the busy town area, private, and relaxing to watch sunrises and sunsets.

Gin, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us in San Pedro, Belize! This was our first time visiting Belize, and your home had everything we needed for a wonderful week-long stay—two families, 4 adults and 3 kids. We especially loved fishing off the dock. While some reviews mentioned that swimming wasn’t ideal, our boys had no trouble swimming around the dock and snorkeling. They just had to time it with the weather and wind conditions. I wouldn’t recommend swimming past the dock due to boat traffic, though. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to so many great spots. It’s also a very short drive to town and about a 20-minute ride to Secret Beach. All of our excursions either picked us up at the dock or from Rum Dog’s dock, just a 4-minute walk away. The people in the area were friendly and kind, and we always felt safe. We had some of the BEST fishing, diving, and snorkeling experiences we’ve ever had! We’ll definitely be back!

Honestly I haven’t used Airbnb that often specially after Covid hit. But this place was magical and felt right at home. It was a group of 6 guys and we had an amazing time. Even if it was for a day! I will for sure bring my family here next time!

Great place to stay. Loved the location and the house. The pool was perfect for our kids. Communication was amazing which really helped during our short trip and Marilyn made things really easy and met us at the airport and helped get us situated. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to future guests.

**the drive is very bumpy** as others have stated but you do get accustomed to it. the house is exactly as you would expect very beautiful very quite. the pool was a lovely escape from the summer heat. they recommended "under da sea" for the tour/snorkeling, I second that. noel was very friendly and answered any and all questions you had about the island. *get bug spray**!!! lol

Beautiful place. If youre looking to escape the city and traffic, this place is great for meditation and seclusion. Bring natural bug repellant for anywhere on the island

This was the perfect place to stay on the south end of Caye Caulker. We stayed along with other members of our family and it was the perfect mix of together and private. Everything we wanted was just a walk away and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The pool and patio was our favorite. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Already recommended to friends and we will be back!
