This place was amazing! We had a full size apartment that was fully stocked! The manager met us when we got there with rum punch drinks. The apartment was so beautiful! Everything looked brand new. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Fully stocked with all essentials. The pool and beach and pier were so relaxing. There was kayaks and cornhole but we didn’t use them. We would definitely stay here again if we came back!

This place was great! Very beautiful and modern. Close to downtown and in the middle of all the beach bars. Right by palapa and hurricanes (popular fun spots for day and night). Apartment was clean and well stocked with plenty of linens. Felt safe. Only thing that they could do better was provide had soap in the bathroom And maybe shampoo/conditioner. Otherwise we have nothing bad to say about the place! Stay here!

We had a wonderful stay in San Pedro! The unit is exactly as described and in a great location for us, but we also wanted to note a couple of perks we didn’t know about until we arrived: 1) The potable water service was an unexpected but amazing perk! We didn’t have issues running out (4 adults and one infant) and they regularly replaced the empty jugs with clean water for us to use. 2) Fast, easy, free transportation to and from the SanPedro airport was another awesome perk we loved having with our Airbnb. Arranging the transfer was super easy and we were happy to tip our awesome driver. Otherwise, we had a blast and our stay was awesome. The hosts were extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever we messaged them. Thank you again for the outstanding accommodations!

The apartment was perfect for me and hubby. It was large enough for us to have our space and the anemitites inside the apartment were great. My fav was the bed...OMG SO COMFORTABLE! The apartment was so clean and the washer and dryer was a plus. Coconuts Caribe was in a perfect location and within minutes getting downtown or anywhere around the island and there are plenty of eateries to chose from nearby( Elvi's; Carambas; Sandy Toes; Truck Stop to name a few). Our favorite food truck at the Truck Stop was Asian option. If you like gambling there are a few casinos Palm casino (across from Elvi's) but our fav was Caribi Bleu. We enjoyed our time so much we booked an extra day. Big Ups to Giovanni!!!!who was always helpful and provided great recommendations and directions where we needed to go.

This location requires a ferry to reach, but the location is peaceful and easy to navigate. Beautiful property that you will no doubt be able to just hangout and spend some relaxing time.

This condo at the Blu Zen is right on the water, about 5- 10 feet from the ocean and views are fantastic. Watching the sun rise at 6:00 every morning with a cup of coffee, out on the Deck in 80-degree weather was great way to start the day. I was at the Blu Zen for the first time in November 2022 and loved it so much we came back this year in March 2025. The Blu Zen is the nicest place on Caye Caulker and traveling around Caye Caulker is really fun. We would use the bikes at the Blu Zen and ride everywhere. Riding about a mile south brings you to a split between the North and South Island of Caye Caulker and a small raft takes you across the 200 feet of water to the South Island and there is a lot of things to do there. Booking a condo at the Blu Zen, I would recommend getting this condo, the location is prefect with pools on both sides and a nonrestricted view of the water. We spent 8 days in March of 2025 and everything was perfect.

My stay at stingray station was amazing. Chelsea and her sisters (one of whom lives above the rental unit) are all great people. Super friendly and every time I saw one of them, they asked how things were going. Chelsea reached out before check in and sent a map pin to the location. She met me at the unit and gave me the lowdown on the property. Shortly after checking in I noticed the air conditioner in the bedroom wasn’t cooling properly. I messaged Chelsea and she had someone out right away to fix it. Location is great, about a mile outside of town: nice and quiet but also not too far away if you want some excitement. The AC & hot water both work very well. There is a little noise being right next to the airport, but it’s minimal. A prop plane goes by about once every 20-30 min. Airport closes at 7 or 8pm so no overnight disruption. This rental is a great value at a great price. I will stay here again the next time I’m in San Pedro. Great place to stay away from the city. Great communication was able to be picked up right from the dock to go on excursion.

Armando’s place is centrally located in San Pedro and is an amazing oasis in the middle of town. Any issues were dealt with promptly. Highly recommend

This house is spacious and has all the amenities you could want! We loved how close it was to everything but still nestled away. Everyone was so helpful and kind- Sean, Nellie, Colleen and especially Krishan who connected us with a golf cart and made great recommendations!

Our first trip to San Pedro was absolutely amazing! We’ll definitely be back at Lost at Sea!!The place was breathtaking! Our family had a blast walking out on the pier and searching for sea creatures. We saw all sorts of cool stuff! The location was perfect for some much-needed relaxation. Eva was an incredible host, making sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for such a wonderful experience! We’ll definitely be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nick's amazing house. Very beautiful, clean and well kept house inside and out. The pool is magnificent with it's design and the beach is very private and we enjoyed it a lot. Zoby was super helpful with everything from check in to check out. Anytime we had a question, she was always there to answer it and help in any way. I would recommend renting a golf cart to get around as it's a little ways from town. There are places to eat and shop nearby. Thank you Nick, Zoby and crew for a fantastic time!

The house was beautiful and the service from Marilyn our concierge was wonderful. She responded to our texts in 1-2 minutes! She was there to collect us at the airport, and she arranged our entire vacation. She was wonderful. I didn’t realize we needed to take a boat to San Pedro. It was a 2 minute ride with Senal our captain, and 2 round trips were included daily at no charge. Senal was great! He was on site every morning cleaning the pool, and he was there to ferry us back and forth whenever we requested. Our dryer blew a belt while we were there and Senal had it fixed by the next day. He took our wet laundry to another home and put it in the dryer for us…amazing! We had several meals prepared at our villa which we arranged thru Cellina which were great. The restaurant, Coconuts, is on site and we had several wonderful meals there. Our meals were prepared and served by August and another lady, and they were so friendly, and the food and service were top notch!I highly recommend !

AMAZING House! The linens, sheets and towels were high quality and clean. The mattresses were new and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed and more including an insta-pot we used to make beans and rice. The views were unbelievable -sunset did not disappoint. I would definitely stay here again. We were a party of 6 and had plenty of space to spread out and relax. My only FYI to share is two fold: we were there over their 'Labor-Day' holiday and the Lazy Lizard was rocking until well after midnight with loud bass. every other day was fine - just music in the background. But... on a party night, they definitely partied! We brought a noise maker that helped a lot. Also, because of this holiday, the little beach and pier (that is supposed to be private) was really busy with the locals. The kids were super sweet and we actually played with them a bit, but they have learned just to push hard on the pier gate and it opens.

Such nice people! We loved our snorkel trip with Thomas, great experience and really fun, friendly, knowledgeable person. We spent a lot of time on the porch, reading, visiting, relaxing and watching the ocean. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Very nice and responsive host. Accommodation was exactly as advertised in terms of finding the location, furnishings and layout. Kitchen and unit were well equipped. Nice to have a pool and outdoor space although the traffic noise is very loud while outside and power washer running next door almost all day was the only downside. Great walking proximity to Beach Bar and grocery store.

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

Wow Wow WOW!!! Kathy and her team were AMAZING!!! We had a last minute trip change and they were able to accommodate us. The condo is perfect--it even had a separate work station. The pool was very inviting and what a VIEW!! They were able to turn a rocky start to our vacation into one of absolute joy and perfection. Thank you --we will be back!

We loved staying at Ron's place in San Pedro! It was a beautiful location. It is outside of the busy downtown area of San Pedro which is very nice. The pools were amazing! They have 6 pools and 2 hot tubs as well as a beach area to swim in. The swim up bar was so nice, the Banana Daquiri was delicious! The condo was so big and had everything we could need. It is nice that there is also a grocery and liquor store right there. We picked up a few things like water, Rum and juice. We were able to watch the Chiefs win the Super Bowl while we were there. It has a nice patio area to sit in and hang swim suits to dry. We also ordered pizza one night and it was a quick walk to the grocery store to pick it up. We ate breakfast and lunch at the swim up bar and both were delicious. The other nice thing was that all of our tours we booked picked us up right at the dock at Grand Caribe. That was beyond nice! Definitely would stay here again! Thank you, Ron!

We stayed over Xmas 2025. The location was great. Just north of the bridge. The staff was great - super helpful. It was nice having a restaurant on premise. It had the nicest beach in that area - it was raked daily - and there were chairs available right on the beach. We would stay there again.

We can’t say enough good things about Tres Cocos! It was our first trip to Belize and this place was perfect for our family including our toddler. The staff arranged our pick up at the airport, helped us reserve a golf cart, had a travel crib and essential items ready to go and were quick to help us if we needed anything. The pool and beach area were gorgeous!

The location north of the bridge kept us away from the busier climate of San Pedro, but close enough to get there quickly for groceries, dining and ferry service. The on-site restaurant and bar provided a great meal and entertainment on our first night as weary travelers, and other times as well. Bartenders and waitstaff were friendly and fun. Front office staff James and all were always helpful, giving us tips on activities when we were unable to dive due to wind conditions. This two bedroom/two bath unit was great for us, two couples.
