Had a great time at Jenny’s property. Lovely, spacious character property on a quiet street but moments away from the centre of the town. Lots of things to do in the area so I think we’ll be back to explore more. Loveley welcome pack left by Jenny and very helpful with all aspects of our stay. Would definitely recommend.

An easy 5 stars. This was our 2nd time staying in Whitley Bay in one of Joanne and John’s homes and we couldn’t have been happier. They are fantastic hosts and the property was amazing. Turning up to have bread, milk and teabags as well as some other treats was lovely and the home had everything we needed. The location is walking distance to the high street, beach and some great local restaurants. The Christmas tree and log fire were such a magic touch. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas in your home!

Paul’s place in Amble was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Northumbria. The property is located in a peaceful residential estate within walking distance of the town centre and Harbour Village. On site parking, dog-friendly gardens and spotlessly clean, we loved everything that this property had to offer and we look forward to a return visit. Amble is a fabulous place. Great pubs, plenty of shops for the essentials and some great restaurants - especially The Old Boathouse where we enjoyed the best seafood platter that we have ever had.

From start to finish all our dealings with Lynn have been friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lynn and this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay in this beautiful part of Northumberland.

Amazing house, wonderful host and excellent location. What a great weekend

We had a lovely family weekend in the Chateau by the sea. The house is beautiful and spacious with lovely communal areas to spend time together in. The seafront is only a short walk with plenty places to eat and drink, and morrsions is only over the road should you forget anything. The hot tub is a perfect addition for relaxation with the outdoor shower to rinse off after. Would definitely recommend this home and we may even be back.

our family had a lovely four nights here over New Year. We made good use of the kids toys and board games. Kids loved the quirky bunk beds. Had a nice breakfast and dinner down in the town, and also a wonderful pizza takeaway. Made several great day trips to Alnwick, Simonside forest and Bamburgh castle. A lovely relaxing home, thank you very much to the hosts 💛

The Juniper lodge is a lovely place to stay! On arrival the lodge was spotless clean and well presented All the info we needed was to hand. We will definitely be back to stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sammy’s place. The flat was easy to find with the descriptions/directions given prior. The host was very quick at responding when I queried parking (which was no issue at all). It was all exactly as described with a nice homely feel. The bedding felt luxurious, the towels were soft, the sofas super comfy and there was even a bottle of wine and milk in the fridge. The location was superb, so close to the centre of Hexham, yet very quiet. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend to others. Thank you ☺️

We came to Amble for a weekend in February and were pleased with the location and the flat itself. It was well set up for self-catering and had everything we needed. Zoe was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to families with up to 2 children for the size of the flat. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Linda's place is a lovely two-bedroom flat in a nice quiet street close to South Gosforth metro (less than 10 mins walk), which is a short metro ride from central Newcastle and close to Jesmond. It is spacious and airy with two large bedrooms and a decent living room. It has a little yard area too. It was clean and well-equipped. Short walk to a shop. Linda, the host, was really helpful and friendly. We went to see my son who is at the University and we had a lovely time. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying in this property in Rothbury. Lots to do and see nearby and we loved visiting Cragside. The property was exactly as described and Andrew was very helpful with any queries we had. We would definitely visit again and recommend.

This is a very comfortable apartment right in the heart of Corbridge with views over the church. It is well-equipped and has the advantage of a parking space.

This pad is FANTASTIC! If you're visiting Newcastle, look no further because this is the place! It is an excellent well laid out space with all the amenities you will need. The location can't be beat and it's right by the train station! We stayed for a week and felt so at home. It was quiet and comfortable for everyone. We plan to visit Newcastle in the future and will stay here every time! I will also add that, Neil, the host, is so friendly, funny, and kind. As Americans who have never previously visited Newcastle or northern England, he spent time talking to us and orienting us to the area and culture. We felt so at ease after speaking with him and are very grateful for the time he took to talk with us!

The Hayloft had everything I needed for a great stay, including little touches like filter coffee, shortbread and flowers when I arrived. It was really clean and beautifully presented. Joan was really helpful and responded quickly with great suggestions of places to visit. The food in the pub next door was good and the staff very friendly. The Hayloft is perfectly situated to visit lots of places in Northumberland, from stunning scenery, castles and houses, and coastal towns. I explored lots and then went back to the Hayloft to relax. I had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

The flat was perfect for our family of three, spacious and conveniently located near shops and pubs. Haydon Bridge is a great base for Hadrian's Wall and the North Pennines. Thomas was very responsive and helpful if we had any questions.
