The apartment was on the first floor. Had private parking with it which was great in middle of Keswick. Lovely to have tea and coffee available and also left us a bottle of Prosecco which was a nice touch. Very clean, comfortable and lovely apartment. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it. Has a hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner plus soap in bathroom - didn’t have to use. T towels in kitchen plus washing up liquid, cloth and sponge. Towels and bedding provided. Even had Disney on TV. Walking distance of about 5 mins from town centre but still very quiet. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

My fiancée, our dog and I stayed with Liz for 3 nights recently. We absolutely adored the property, it was lovely and peaceful, it has wonderful surroundings and it is very peaceful. Liz is a lovely lady, although we didn’t meet with her during our stay, she was always on hand to help us with any questions that we might have had. The property is very modern, very clean and very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic after a day of walking in the sun. Our dog, Mabel, was very happy too. There was plenty of space for her to explore and there is plenty of great walks, such as Ingleton Falls, which isn’t a long drive away. We had no issues with the property, or Liz, and we felt incredibly welcomed. We really appreciate your hospitality and hopefully we will be able to stay with you again in the future. Thank you ever so much again.

Church Street was a lovely place to stay, good layout, comfy furniture, plenty of room and all very clean. Location was good for us, 10 mins walk into the centre of Keswick or the lake. A great base for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

This was a surprise stay for my wife’s birthday. She has wanted to come to the Lake District for a while and after searching available properties we decided that this was the place for us. Elizabeth is a very responsive host. A lovely welcome pack was waiting for us at check-in. Bread, butter,fresh milk and a bottle of Prosecco. What a lovely touch this was. Property is in an ideal location for Windermere and Boweness. Lots of walks available on the doorstep. Restaurants and pubs all within easy reach. Plenty of information available when you read the welcome pack and recommendations made by Lizzie. Lovely spacious family home. Everything on hand if needed and supplied. Lizzie has thought of everything. Would definitely return if available next time we are thinking of staying in the Lake District. Overall a fantastic stay and host.

We had a fantastic weekend away with friends in Upper Oak House. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, the hot tub being an added bonus. The house was spotless and cleaned to a very high standard. It’s in a great location with Windermere high street, with its great range of shops and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. Bowness is a 25 minute walk away but there are regular buses which only take 5 minutes. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our two nights at Buxton Lodge. Rachael's cottage is beautiful, very comfortable and relaxing, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. We travelled by train to Ulverston, an ideal location for access to the local railway network. Buxton Lodge is in the centre of Ulverston with excellent restaurants, pubs and shops on the doorstep. Thank you Rachael for a fantastic stay, we would definitely love to come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anna's, a really beautiful home in a beautiful part of the country. The home is modern and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds which is good after a long day of walking! The home is adorned with some gorgeous photos of the lake district taken by the host herself and she is quite an accomplished landscape photographer. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and we would definitely love to return to the house again.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Penthouse! It was exactly as described, very clean & had everything we needed. The location was great with amazing views. Check in was simple & we had no trouble finding free parking. The milk & biscuits were a lovely touch after a long drive! Sedbergh has Lovely pubs within walking distance & the Spar shop up the road was very handy. This was a great base for us to explore. We would love to return & I’d 100% recommend staying here. Lovely luxury modern facilities and everything we needed for cooking treats away from home. A really comfy stay for all of us including our two doggies. Great for them to able to go for a walk right from the doorstep. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely views from a cosy apartment. Great to be both within a stones throw of Kendal for some lovely doggie friendly cafes and one of the best butcher shops around as well as being in the quietness of the countryside.

The apartment was beautifully furnished, spotless and incredibly comfortable. Set in a lovely town with some amazing restaurants very close by. Lottie was a fabulous host from the get go, arming us with local recommendations of where to eat and what to do. She is incredibly kind and responsive, answering all our questions promptly and with detail. I could not be more grateful to Lottie nor recommend the flat enough. We all had a wonderful time!

Excellent and cosy stay in a comfortable basement flat. Very quiet setting with lovely views from the door and a beautiful quiet garden to utilise. Walking distance to Grasmere and onto the hills. Everything of good quality in the flat and easy to access and park. Highly recommended

Lovely little flat for two, conveniently situated in the centre of Sedbergh. Access tight and parking snug but we managed perfectly well, just took it slowly!

The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Beautiful location and very convenient, just off the M6. Very well equipped and comfortable. Ray and Sue were super helpful and friendly. We would certainly consider this again if travelling up this way. Thank you Ray and Sue.

This was our second time to stay at Graeme’s place. We love it here! It was squeaky clean on arrival (as it was last time), very modern, and clean beautiful bed linen and towels. A new bathroom had been installed since our last stay. The shower was amazing! The extra low down shower head made it so easy to shower the kids! Kitchen well stocked with high quality plates/utensils/cooking equipment. If you’re coming with young children best bring own children’s plastic plates etc. Washer-dryer was very handy! No dishwasher but didn’t bother us at all. Large store cupboard in hallway, well equipped with coat hooks/ironing board etc and a great place to dump your walking boots and bags out the way! This is such a modern, luxurious place to stay and in SUCH a good location. LOVED being right on the high street, and walkable to the lake. Graeme was very communicative and let us know that we could go in when it was ready much earlier than stated arrival time. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
