Ameglia : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

In primis devo ringraziare Stefania e la sua cara mamma per le indicazioni dettagliate, la cortesia e l'ospitalità con cui ci hanno accolto. Pietrasanta è stata una piacevole sorpresa, ovunque vai respiri arte ci sono innumerevoli botteghe di artigiani e l'atmosfera specie a Capodanno con le luci notturne ti dà gioia. La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato è una bomboniera arredata ed attrezzata in modo confortevole non manca nulla, la cucina è completa, la camera da letto spaziosa, il bagno funzionale e soprattutto si riposa nel silenzio assoluto pur essendo a pochi passi dal centro. Ho viaggiato molto e usufruito delle strutture di Airbnb ma devo riconoscere che Stefania è molto attenta ai suoi ospiti ed è difficile trovare tanta professionalità e amore nel proprio lavoro. Continua così ti auguro ogni bene e spero di tornare.

Federico ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und der Blick aus dem Fenster aufs Meer ist einfach fantastisch...Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Ganz prima fanden wir, dass Handtücher bereit gestellt wurden und die Betten bezogen waren!Wir sind gerne ins nächste Dorf auf dem Berg gelaufen. Und mit dem Zug kommt man gut von Moneglia aus in die Cinque Terre. Vielen Dank an Federico, der sich gut um uns gekümmert hat!

Maison impeccable, très propre et bien équipée. Hôte accueillant, à l’écoute et très réactif. Le seul point à noter est que la chambre du sous sol sent légèrement l’humidité. Et pour les fan de grasse matinées, vaut mieux dormir à l’étage, car dès que les voisins sont dans leur jardins on entend tous. Au niveau de la localisation de la maison, nous n’avons pas été déçu. Elle est située dans un quartier plutôt calme, à 10min en voiture de la plage, d’un grand super marché et à 15min environ du centre historique de Camaiore où il y a pleins de bons petits resto et boutiques dans des rues piétonnes. Bref, on a passé un excellent séjour et on y retournera volontiers.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

Pour trouver le logement, un grand merci à Samanta pour ces instructions car le logement se situe dans des petites ruelles piétonnes assez ressemblantes, dans un village magnifique et authentique.Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé et propre. Samanta a été à l’écoute et très sympa dans les divers échanges que nous avons pu avoir. Si vous recherchez une jolie maison au cœur des montagnes en ayant quand même une proximité avec la ville et les plages, foncez. Je recommande vivement.

Logement très propre et fonctionnel, bien équipé. Situé à moins d'un km des plages et dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et agréable, le logement est très bien situé. Francesco a été très accueillant. Merci pour ce séjour !

Wir genossen 10 Tage die Wohnung von Arianna und Daniele und verbrachten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, grosszügig ausgestattet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Von Daniele erhielten auch wir machen interessanten Tipp für Ausflüge und Besichtigungen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne, vielen Dank euch beiden.

Everything about our stay was amazing, Barbara is so friendly and helpful, the apartment was spotless with the most equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb and the location is perfect. Barbara also helped me with sourcing a vet for my dog which was above and beyond, and helped us out with flexible check in and out timings. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Siamo stati divinamente bene. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e cura per i particolari, è dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. Ogni sera, guardare il tramonto dal magnifico terrazzino, è stato un sogno impagabile, la vista è di una bellezza struggente. Lola è stata super accogliente, molto empatica e professionale, mi è sembrato di conoscerla da sempre. Un posto del cuore. Siamo grati per tutto. Bea, Gigi w la Milù ❤️

Le logement est encore plus beau que sur les photos! Très grand et très propre, la vue sur la terrasse est magnifique! Les hôtes étaient d’une gentillesse incroyable ! Comme dans la plupart des logements d’italie, des bouchons peuvent être utiles, car les voisins parlent et ont leur chien à l’extérieur vers 23h. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Levanto, l’appartement était super et l’accueil était chaleureux! Merci!

Wow !!! La vue sur la terrasse nous a jetté par terre !!! Si on retourne las bas un jour on reprend clairement se meme logement !! On le recommande a tous ! On à adoré que directement en sortant du logememt il y avais l'action avec les boutiques et restos. :)

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Emily. Net buiten de muren maar de stad lag op loopafstand en in de buurt van het appartement zaten ook leuke restaurantjes en bakkertjes. Aanraders zijn Osteria al Borgo voor lunch of diner en voor een koffietje met iets lekkers zeker eens bij Pasticceria Sandra Bianchi langsgaan! We zouden deze plek iedereen aanraden. De hottub hebben we niet gebruikt.

Such an amazing space! This place has everything you are looking for including an amazing private rooftop view! Not to mention the bedroom also has an additional balcony view.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa casa nel periodo della fiera di Lucca. Gli host ci hanno subito accolto calorosamente, assieme alla dolcissima cagnolina Luna, facendoci sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. La casa si trova sopra una collinetta di Balbano, garantendo quindi un ottimo silenzio. Avendo un grande giardino, presenta anche un ampio parcheggio, che non è da sottovalutare. La casa è ancora in fase di ristrutturazione quindi è sì una bella casa, ma con ancora qualche piccolo accorgimento mancante. In generale una bella esperienza.

This apartment was perfect for our overnight stay. 1 minute walk to the Main Street in town and really close to water as well. The kitchen area was cute and had everything we needed. Large bathroom & bedrooms. Instructions for finding the apartment were perfect-we never would have found it otherwise! There are definitely a few steep stairs to get up there, as described. But the whole town is full of steep stairs!

Giulia est une hôte très sympathique,accueillante qui nous a fournit des supers conseils pour notre séjour a la Spezia, des conseils pour nos visites aux cinq terres,et aux alentours. Merci Giulia pour tout. L appartement est très cosy bien agencé,nous étions 2 couples il correspondait a tout point a nos attentes. Il nous a manqué le ☀️ mais cela on 'e peut me prévoir.

Antonella went out of her way at every turn to make our stay as wonderful as it was. She is kind, warm and caring. The place as everyone has said is a dream come true. And it was a huge bonus that Antonella lives next store as she was unobtrusively proactively helpful. And there if needed. It was especially important to us that she cares about the environment and is into sustainability as we are. She is mature but forward looking and youthful in so many ways. We thanked her privately and here again publicly. Both Antonella and her place are deserving of it. Le Cinque Terre is legendary for good reason. So is this home.

This was a really great place to stay. It matched the photos and description, was super clean and we had a warm welcome from Stefano, who was a friendly and helpful host. There was a lovely and generous set of initial provisions and it is super convenient for the train station and accessing the Cinque Terre towns. Overall, very happy to recommend!

Petite maison charmante, propre, c’était chaleureux et rustique comme chez mamie ! A 15 minutes de La Spezia, endroit isolé mais c’est ce que l’on recherchait. Commerces à proximité (superette, boucher, petit restaurant de village). La literie était confortable, le chauffage était appréciable. La maman de Francesco nous a accueillis avec bcp de gentillesse ! C’était un peu humide car il y a eu beaucoup de pluie pendant le séjour mais rien de gênant. Nous garderons un joli souvenir de ce séjour !

Amazing location, walkable to everything within Pisa. Giula left us our own devices which is exactly what we wanted but left clear instructions on how to enter and was lovely when we bumped into her on our way out. Messaged a few times about a couple of things and she responded quickly and was very accommodating and friendly. Very kind host. Would recommend for a weekend in Pisa.

Worth it for the view alone! Place was cozy and comfortable. Easy to access from the Train station by either walking up the 385 steps from the station or taking the little bus. Just steps away from the bus stop so great if you don’t want to lug suitcases around the little streets. The garden was magical—mostly for the view. Great places to sit outside and enjoy. Recommend Corniglia for a quiet, less-visited town in the 5T. One word of caution-at least in summer/early fall, bring mosquito repellent! Some was provided but we bought more.

Andrea is a lovely host; friendly, responsive, and available to assist. The apartment is perfectly located to explore Pietrasanta and the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again. Grazie Andrea, a presto!

Absolutely beautiful, clean place in fantastic location. Views were even better than the photos. Balcony and yard felt very private. Had no intentions of using the jacuzzi, but after all the walking and hiking, it was exactly what we needed and used it both nights of our stay. We weren't sure which village to stay in but Riomaggiore turned out to be our favorite--especially appreciated the nearby elevator which takes you right down into town. Via dell'Amore was closed due to heavy rains the previous days, but we found trails open in Corniglia and hiked to Vernazza--spectacular views and a wonderful restaurant just before you get to Vernazza. Also grabbed a small bite at FuorOtta in Riomaggiore--walked in, no reservation. Only regret was not having a full meal here--food was outstanding. Francesca was a great communicator before and during our stay. Provided helpful recommendations on everything from taxi service to trails to restaurants. This place is a hidden gem--book it!
