I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back

The unit completely fulfilled our expectations - quiet and clean. A couple tech issues were dealt with dispatch. The owner is quick to respond to any questions.

Everything was great and just as expected. The apartment was very clean and close to lots of great shopping and restaurants. It was also very close to the expressway, so really easy to get to. I would recommend it if you’re going to be in the area. Ciera, the host, was very responsive and communicated well. Exit and cleanup were also wonderful! She had her cleaning crew do everything. We just had to make sure the lights were off and the doors and windows were locked. 100% recommended.

I rented this property for the Georgia Florida game, and it was perfect. Very clean & modern. The owener did a great job. 5 stars!

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

Brooke was an excellent host! She checked on us to make sure we arrived on. The condo is stunning ! Very clean, comfortable beds , ocean front view !! Jeff’s place was a great spot for our weekend in Fernandina Beach. It was clean and just as described. Perfect location for easy access to the beach and a short drive to everything else we wanted to do in town. Our kids loved the Pac-Man and watching birds and turtles in the pond from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

Our little family just got back from a 4-night stay, where we felt right at home the entire time! It’s central location made getting around easy with plenty of options nearby, too. Photos accurately depict the cozy little apartment and was perfect for me, my husband, and our 3-year-old. 10/10 would stay here again, and would recommend to others time and time again. The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

We had 6 of us in our group and it was the perfect space! 30 minute drive to the beach but it was great! Host was very responsive and friendly! Will stay again!

Hands down the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Three friends and I rented this immaculate house for the weekend while we attended the Players Championship. Positives: - Squeaky clean. - Comfortable beds. - Wonderful amenities such as a heated pool, fire pit, gas grill and several games (pool table, foosball, cornhole, etc.). - Large kitchen stocked with everything you need. - Starbucks within walking distance. Negatives; - NONE!

House was very spacious with plenty of seating. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Kitchen was great. Nice backyard. Neighborhood was safe and very nice. Convenient to San Marco restaurants and Community First Igloo hockey rink.

Yelena's house was perfect for our family trip to the Jacksonville area. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. We ate several meals at the house and the kitchen was well stocked for all of our cooking needs. The bedrooms were all nicely made and we found the mattresses to be very comfortable. The large and comfortable sectional couch and TV made for great lounging time in the evenings and the screened in porch allowed us to extend our dining outside. Having access to the nearby fitness center was a plus for our young athletes. And the neighborhoods around the area were nice to walk through. The location was good for us as we wanted to have access to the beach and also enjoy some nearby parks. We'd definitely recommend the house to other large families/groups and will consider staying here in the future if we are in the area. Yelena was very prompt and friendly with her communication!

I really enjoyed my stay even more than my last visit,house was clean smelled so fresh when u walk in,everything was perfect, the pool table was so much fun it came with other activities witch was cool,the view was amazing especially when the sun sets,its so peaceful I will be booking again soon
