Our stay was incredible. We really enjoyed the property and the surrounding area of Jacksonville! I could see how amazing it would be for a family with kids - but it was also perfect for myself and my husband who are both disabled. It was so easy to get in and out of the pool, shower and bed without help. All steps into and out of the property had handle bars and the slope to the dock was easy to navigate. The kitchen was wonderful to work in and the grill did a great job with our steaks! I can’t say enough great things about this house. There are only two things I would change if I lived there: 1. A king size bed because my husband and I are large and could not sleep in the same bed. 2. A larger sofa - (possibly reclining sofa) for the same reasons. Honestly, you just can’t go wrong with this place. The pool was heated and so warm! We hope to return next year.

The lot was beautiful and plenty space for ages 8 to 80! Due to storm did not get to use the amazing fire pit , but everyone was able to take turns , get on the lake, walk neighborhood and pool was nice chilly! beds were comfortable. Stores close by and we had all needed to cook great meals. Could have used more kitchen towels. Plenty dishes, cooking needs and several places to spread out. Very beautiful spot. We had a great stay for the week. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. The back patio with a shaded overhang and firepit were the perfect extension for a bit more living space when we all needed it.

We have stayed at Anne’s place several times and it never disappoints. It is a dream home with a happy decor and the views are spectacular! Anne goes above and beyond to accommodate your every need. Home is well stocked and beds are very comfortable. This is always our first choice for accommodations when we are in Jacksonville and look forward to next time!

Was there for a family wedding. Place was big enough for a large family. Was clean and comfortable.

Lacey's place was amazing. close to the beach, shops and restaurants. As soon as we opened the door we felt right at home. Everything was super clean and organized, lots of pots and pans in the kitchen. When we come back to Jacksonville this house will be at the top of our list. Do not hesitate to book if available.

We only took a few days to enjoy family time and had a great staycation in the area. My kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and we enjoyed relaxing inside in the evenings. Lots to do in the area, when it isn’t super cold and St. Augustine isn’t a crazy drive either if you’re looking for a hub at a more affordable price… Plenty of space in the home and it has everything you need.

We enjoyed this home for Memorial Day weekend to celebrate my son's graduation. The host, Ms. Colleen, was not only amiable and informative but also incredibly responsive and available during our stay. She made herself available to answer any questions via text, often responding within minutes, which greatly enhanced our experience. This home was a true delight, and the amenities were top-notch, surpassing our expectations. Ms. Colleen's attention to detail was impeccable, providing us with everything we needed and more. The beach was a mere three to five-minute walk from the house, making it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy the sun and surf. The neighborhood was a tranquil haven, yet within easy walking distance of all the surrounding areas. I highly recommend rebooking this home for your future vacations.
