Came here for the Players Tournament. Beautiful little place literally one block from the beach and a 2 minute drive to a bunch of little restaurants and bars along the beach strip. Would 100% come back again. Thank you so much

We had such an amazing stay here! The place was amazing in every way—it fit the description, was clean, had everything we needed, and was located near great restaurants and things to do. Jorge and his co-hosts were quick to respond and were helpful and courteous when doing so. They offered great recommendations and cleared up any questions I had. Location wise, street parking is free, but it can be a little tricky to find a spot if you get there too late. There’s also a few steps to get up to the apartment, but they’re not too bad. The listing is in Downtown, so it’s very central to everything but we didn’t always feel safe when outside, especially at night. However, the apartment is well secured and we felt safe when inside. Overall, it was an amazing listing and we’d stay there again!

Amy’s house was perfect for the wedding wknd I attended at the Cummer Museum. Its location was close to everything and she was both friendly and available for any and all things! Thanks again for everything!

If you love / vibe with apartment living "feel", you will feel right at home in this cute, spacious, two bedroom, two full bath apartment steps away from the swimming pool/hot tub/gym. ...and the sheets on the beds..... soooooo soft. Oh, and depending on traffic you're anywhere from 5 to 11 minutes away from the Mayo Clinic. Super convenient for us since we were visiting Jacksonville specifically for the Mayo Clinic. 🤗

Very communicative and accommodating host. The place was really nice, very cozy. Quiet neighborhood and Uber knows how to pick you up from the back of the property alley that services the unit. Very nice place

The penthouse at Turtle Dunes was incredible in every way. The views from the 6th and 7th floor were amazing, looking over the ocean and pool. The condo was new and extremely well furnished and spotless clean. The windows and doors were made by Anderson so they worked great. I cannot rate this condo and AIP high enough, it's a 5 star+++. We will definitely return again. We have been coming to AIP for 30 years and this was our favorite condo. Laily and Josie were very professional and proactive with all our needs. They were so friendly and helpful. All around a wonderful great time.

My wife and I did a month long stay here and it was wonderful. Kayla and her husband manage the property very well, it’s nicely decorated, has everything you need, and they are very responsive hosts. If you’re looking to enjoy the San Marco area, the location couldn’t be more perfect. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and visit the river daily. 10/10! Would rent from them again.

Beautiful and quiet location! short distance to the beach and downtown. House was very clean and exactly as described! Jodi was helpful and quick to respond.

My sister got married nearby so we stayed at the place for the week. It was amazing from start to finish. Firstly, the beds were so comfortable. Secondly, this place is really private and quiet. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the enclosed porch. This place looks even better in person. Very well maintained and probably one of the nicest houses on the street. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other people.

House was as listed. The host is awesome. The grill was full of propane which mattered to us! Pets enjoyed it, too. It was just right for our trip and reason for traveling.

Appreciated the sweet treat left for our 3 kids and the coffee pods for the morning!! The house was clean and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed sitting in the front screen room and would happily stay again!

We are very thankful for Sammy and all that he did for us! We had some issues with our travel orders and he was very understanding and extremely helpful. The house is perfect for those traveling for work and with small kids. We LOVED being able to utilize the pool also.

What an amazing stay we had here! This is a peaceful & very clean home in a safe neighborhood, walking distance from the beach & any store or restaurant you’d need are a quick drive. There’s an incredible playground/park called South Beach Park & Sunshine Playground just a few mins drive away! The beds & furniture were all so comfortable, the house is thoughtfully stocked well-kitchen, bathroom & laundry had all we needed including soaps, shampoos & conditioner. There are plenty of beach towels, pool & beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc). If you have small children, there’s a few games & packnplays too! The backyard is beautiful-a great space to hang out, have a meal, relax & swim. The pool is heated-we could even get in on the cool & rainy days & still be warm! This was such a huge bonus for us! The hosts are AMAZING-very quick to respond to any questions, great communication, the check-in/out process is super simple. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Tina was thoughtful and easy to work with. The space was impeccably clean, safe, very pleasant, had excellent amenities, and the location was outstanding. It truly felt like home. Thank you, Tina, for allowing us to stay there!

Property is really wonderful and the host was very responsive and helpful. Derrick had very clear instructions for the check in process. We really enjoyed our stay. We looked forward in visiting again whenever we’re in the area again.

As advertised, and we will definitely be back. Excellent communication from Gary & Rachel, and we were even allowed to check in early due to a schedule change on our end. Great experience over all!

The condo had a great view of the beach with easy access to the water. The sunrises were amazing. It is close to stores and great restaurants. The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable and had plenty of linens and kitchen necessities. The thick walls were soundproof, so it was quiet and peaceful. I will definitely book with them again. ☀️

This was our second stay at Vicki’s condo and once again it did not disappoint!! It’s a perfect location for walking to the beach and has great beach chairs, beach wagon and towels! The condo is roomy, clean and the patio area is perfect for relaxing! We hope to return again!!

This place was absolutely amazing! This was a personal vacation I took by myself. I have an emotional attachment to Amelia Island, and I haven’t been since I was a teenager. I’m thankful that this place was available for me to stay in! The pictures are just like how it is in person. Christina was also very helpful and responsive! The WiFi was down my first day there, and she responded pretty quickly to let me know I could reset the modem. It was fixed instantly! The patio is also beautiful! It was pretty private too. The sound of the beach waves was so peaceful, and the view was beautiful. The only downside for the patio was that the employees for the complex were working on fixing it. But that can’t be helped by anyone. Just bad timing! Overall, this was an amazing experience! The price is also very reasonable compared to other places listed on the island. I’ll definitely be wanting to come back!

We had another fantastic spring break at the Beachcomber. I was reading different reviews to get a sense of what to write, and I was struck that so many people have stayed at this location multiple times and continue to choose to come back. I think that speaks a lot to how great this place is. And we have already reserved a return trip!

Waking up to the sound of the ocean surf and to the sunrise, looking directly at the beach, and being able to walk right onto the beach right from the apartment is unbeatable. The apartment was well equipped with lots of little amenities, very comfortable, and exactly like described. The personal welcome note was a lovely touch. We loved our stay and will be very happy to come back and recommend Bruce and Pamela's apartment.

This is a beautiful property with wonderful views of the ocean and of a great lawn. perfect for dogs to run. This property is a perfect example of how dogs and humans can coexist and enjoy time together on the beach and throughout the resort. Throughout the resort, the dogs were well behaved and people cleaned up after their dogs, which was wonderful to see it really is a dog and human paradise! The condo itself was well maintained and has all of the amenities that you need for a stress free vacation.

Immaculate condo right on the beach. Beautiful sunrises right from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay.
