Our stay was fantastic! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Great location and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

This place is a real gem. The view is amazing and sitting out on the patio, you can hear the waves. The place is super stylish with modern and comfortable furniture. Their interior decoration is on point. The AC worked well and we had all the amenities we needed. We will try and rent this again. It was just such a phenomenal stay!

Leslie and her place are a great spot for everyone that wants to be in a safe and chill location in JAX. The area isn't too close to the beach, but has a good bus system nearby and is in relative good distance to visit the Riverside, Avondale, and Downtown area. Furthermore, Leslie is a great host. She and her family are caring and gentle people, who will give you attention and assistance. Her place is comfortable, equipped with all necessary needs, and with a beautiful back and front garden. In fact, I would say that the pictures of the place aren't capable of describing how good and comfortable the site is. There are good restaurants, grocery stores, and parks nearby, surrounded by houses of beautiful architecture. Unless you don't have a car, can't afford many uber rides, and your main goal is to go to the beach or the zoo, Leslie and her place are a great if not the best deal to make. I look forward to seeing them again.

We loved staying here!! It was our oasis after 6 long days of house hunting in St Marys. The view of the gardens overlooking the St Marys river is to die for. The place was new beautiful and immaculate inside and our Hosts were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend it.

Very communicative and accommodating host. The place was really nice, very cozy. Quiet neighborhood and Uber knows how to pick you up from the back of the property alley that services the unit. Very nice place

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

I rented this property for the Georgia Florida game, and it was perfect. Very clean & modern. The owener did a great job. 5 stars!

The penthouse at Turtle Dunes was incredible in every way. The views from the 6th and 7th floor were amazing, looking over the ocean and pool. The condo was new and extremely well furnished and spotless clean. The windows and doors were made by Anderson so they worked great. I cannot rate this condo and AIP high enough, it's a 5 star+++. We will definitely return again. We have been coming to AIP for 30 years and this was our favorite condo. Laily and Josie were very professional and proactive with all our needs. They were so friendly and helpful. All around a wonderful great time.

It was a beautiful place with a space to look over the water. Courtney responded to a question I had fast and was extremely nice! It was a nice getaway place for me and my friends.

We had an amazing stay at Stressoir’s Airbnb! The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This place is located just a short 10-15 minutes from Fernandina Beach. Our family enjoyed splitting time between the beach, visiting Fort Clinch and downtown Mainstreet and fishing at the cottage dock!!! We caught flounder, trout, stingrays, baby sharks, and saw dolphins swimming by. The area is very beautiful and peaceful which gave us incredible sunrises, sunset skies and even watching the moon rise! The cabin setup was a nice change from typical house. Overlooking the water from every point of view! Love it!

The condo is right on the beach and there is a great view of the beach from inside. The beach is great for walking. The place was clean, the bed comfortable and it is just really quiet and relaxing. Would stay again!

The condo had a great view of the beach with easy access to the water. The sunrises were amazing. It is close to stores and great restaurants. The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable and had plenty of linens and kitchen necessities. The thick walls were soundproof, so it was quiet and peaceful. I will definitely book with them again. ☀️

This was our second stay at Vicki’s condo and once again it did not disappoint!! It’s a perfect location for walking to the beach and has great beach chairs, beach wagon and towels! The condo is roomy, clean and the patio area is perfect for relaxing! We hope to return again!!

This place was absolutely amazing! This was a personal vacation I took by myself. I have an emotional attachment to Amelia Island, and I haven’t been since I was a teenager. I’m thankful that this place was available for me to stay in! The pictures are just like how it is in person. Christina was also very helpful and responsive! The WiFi was down my first day there, and she responded pretty quickly to let me know I could reset the modem. It was fixed instantly! The patio is also beautiful! It was pretty private too. The sound of the beach waves was so peaceful, and the view was beautiful. The only downside for the patio was that the employees for the complex were working on fixing it. But that can’t be helped by anyone. Just bad timing! Overall, this was an amazing experience! The price is also very reasonable compared to other places listed on the island. I’ll definitely be wanting to come back!

We would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation right on the beach. William is a great host and was very proactive in answering all of our questions. We love the views and hearing the ocean while we slept. We will definitely book this property again.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Kristi’s beachfront condo is perfect. Private walkway over a small dune to the white sandy beach. Chairs, towel’s and boogie boards on the balcony. Sunrises from the balcony - amazing. Spotted many Dolphins and 1 whale. The bed is super comfortable and plenty of places to sit. Very quiet inside. So many restaurant options close by. The perfect beach getaway!
