The location and unit were amazing. The amenities in the building, as well as the walkability to restaurants and the National mall, made this a fantastic location for our long weekend. If you want to stay in this area, you’ll either be in a corporate apartment or hotel, so having the space and amenities of an apartment was important for our family including in unit laundry and the pool. The only downside was the communication. Being a corporate apartment, I realized we’d be corresponding with different people throughout, but it seems no one put notes about our arrival time or check out requests in the file as we were asked 4-5 times what time we’d be arriving (including being asked how check in went hours before the arrival time we’d previously communicated on 3 separate occasions). There was also conflicting info given about check in (whether someone would be at the front desk or special arrangements needed to be made due to arrival time) and check out depending on who answered.

I had a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was extremely responsive and supportive, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The location is excellent.

An ideal place to stay: conveniently located, easy check-in/check-out process, and CLEAN!!! Cleanliness is very important to me, and I was not disappointed. We brought our family of six, and there was enough space to be very comfortable. Condo is not huge, but has good design and uses the space well. The host is very responsive and communication was fast and easy. I highly recommend!

We loved this family- and pet-friendly space. It was quiet, spacious, and conveniently located to main traffic corridors, shopping, and restaurants. Loved the in-room laundry, kitchen, and private parking space. Definitely a place that we'll return to.

Sparkling clean with spacious bedroom and living/kitchen/dining area. Loved the couch and decor. No clutter. Bathroom clean shower nice roomy with lots of towels. Closet space was wonderful as well. Bed was comfy and I slept well and felt right at home. Great gated area safe and close to many places to eat and have drinks. I would recommend this with 5 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was the perfect spot for a week long stay where I needed to work, cook, and also be able to explore the area. The apartment was clean, well-decorated, quiet, had great wifi, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The bed was super comfy and the blackout blinds were perfect for a great night sleep. Carlos was a great host - super responsive, allowed me to check in early, and all instructions were very clear. Only drawback to this place is the location - not walkable to anything but as long as you have a car its a short drive to all the great areas of Richmond.

great place. looked newly remodeled. close to grocery store, dollar general, etc. bar right across the street with nice pool tables. they communicated well with prompt replies.

Awesome location, the building is just perfect with a great and confortable hall, the Whole Foods right around the corner and within a few blocks of downtown. The app was perfect and confortable, just like the pics. Would def come back!! Loved it!

Рядом расположен большой парк, где всегда можно встретить много людей, супермаркет находится всего в пяти минутах ходьбы, а вокруг – множество ресторанов В самой квартире очень много окон, благодаря чему днем светло и тепло, а вечером небольшой нагреватель создает комфортную атмосферу. Апартаменты полностью оборудованы всем необходимым для готовки и проживания, здесь всегда чисто и приятно Хост проявила особую заботу: она помогала с решением любых вопросов и давала полезные локальные рекомендации Мы почувствовали себя как дома и с уверенностью рекомендуем эту квартиру всем, кто ищет удобное и комфортное жилье в хорошем районе ❤️

Tive uma ótima estadia. Foi minha primeira vez na cidade de SJC. Achei a localização muito boa. O apt é ótimo, com ótima vista. O prédio tem uma fachada moderna e elegante. O apt tem todos utensílios para se ter uma boa estadia. Espero voltar novamente.

Annette et Myriam sont des hôtes très sympathiques et réactives. Tout s’est très bien passé. Suite à notre arrivée tardive, Annette nous a donné de quoi nous préparer un petit déjeuner pour le lendemain matin. Une très gentille attention. Le logement est comme décrit sur l’annonce et la vue est magnifique. Je recommande ce logement.
