This place is ALWAYS clean and very home like. I would recommend 11 out of 10 times!!

This was my second time staying in this unit & was just as good this time as in 2022. Having grown up in Lynchburg in the 80s, downtown is much different than back then. This is a great location to stay to be near all that downtown Lynchburg has to offer now. Even though there are nice hotels downtown this is a much better option.

Nedra and Bubba made me feel welcome from the moment I met them. They helped me pack in my luggage and showed me around the place. It was cozy and warm! I saw them through out my stay but they were always giving me my privacy. The house is in such a great location, it allowed for close access to restaurants, historical spots and entertainment. Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed here with our teen son while visiting Liberty as a prospective university. Nice that he had a separate room from ours. Kitchen had just what we needed for a simple microwaveable dinner and making our own breakfasts. In a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again if we ever come to Lynchburg.

Loved it here! Super cozy & secluded but close to a lot of the main spots in Lynchburg! I bet it’s amazing in the summer!

This place was very clean, and we have stayed at alot of places to be able to say that. The host was great. Its in a good neighborhood, and very quiet. Check in was so easy, and check out was easy as well. If we travel that way again, we would definitely want to stay there again. It was the perfect get a way for our 44th wedding anniversary.

Kelly’s home was absolutely perfect! She literally thought of everything for every guest, including the dog. The decor was homey and super cute, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Cooking was a breeze with the well stocked spice cabinet, which is always a plus in my book. The boys and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Biscuit loved his playtime in the yard! We will definitely be back!

This is the second time we have stayed here with a small group of staff accommodating us while we attended a local expo as vendors. We like the separate spaces. It provided for everyone's needs in the way of sleeping, bathroom, laundry and kitchen. It is close to shops and restaurants. We will stay again if we get the opportunity. The host is great!

We enjoyed the Little House. It was cozy and perfect for our stay in Lynchburg. It’s is decorated very nicely. Kitchen is beautiful. Had everything we needed to cook a meal. Would recommend!

Jack’s place was a perfect spot for relaxing -my husband is hiking the AT; Amherst was quite close to a trail crossing. We stayed 2 nights. The house felt like home. We loved the sun room and the comfortable seating in the living room. The kitchen was very well equipped. We ate out at a local restaurant (Jack had the menu on the fridge) and cooked one night. The house had everything we needed and more. There are sidewalks on the main street and town is very walkable. I would stay here again if in the area!

We loved our stay! The house was pristine and had all the extras we might need: laundry detergent, extra toothbrushes & coffee. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. There was even a friendly neighborhood cat that greeted us. It was the perfect stay for our weekend touring Liberty University.

This house was perfect for the 4 nights my friend and I were in Lynchburg. We loved watching the deer in the woods behind the house! It is a very quiet and peaceful area. The house is super clean and cozy yet modern. The fireplace in the living room is a nice touch! The parking was very easy to access, as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely LOVED this stay the house is so cute and so perfect. The attention to detail and having things available that you may have forgot was an amazing touch. The hosts were wonderful and the area was beautiful hoping to come back!

Sometimes an Airbnb is just a place to stay while you're away. THIS PLACE was a refreshing blessing that literally added to our trip! Having 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms allowed us to all stay comfortably together and yet in our own spaces. The owners have tried to anticipate whatever a guest may need and it was so appreciated. (For example, there is a high chair in the dining room and a baby changing area in one of the bedrooms. There are multiple USB charging ports throughout the house which were so convenient for charging devices! ) There were plenty of linens and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean and well cared for. The house was very relaxing to be in and truly felt like a home away from home. Thank You, Bob!!! :-)

The location is amazing for spending a few days in Lynchburg! Right in the middle of downtown and a great little condo. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting Lynchburg! The location of the condo could not have been better! We parked our car and did not move it again until time to leave. It was so easy to walk to restaurants, hike the Blackwater Creek Trail, and to tour the beautiful city as first time visitors. We enjoyed the view from the balcony... the cobblestone street below, the James River, and even a guitarist playing soft tunes at The Glass House. The condo was nicely decorated and definitely had a feel of casual luxury. It was incredibly clean and just perfect in every way!

Can not rave about this stay. My extended family is local to the area and I make frequent visits. This air bnb has been hands-down the most perfect. Everything from parking (hard in downtown) to getting in to, to check out was 10/10. Interior wise I was blown away by how stunning and historic it felt. The balcony overlooks foliage that I can say from experience is stunning. Everything is so close. 10/10 recommend to anyone saying to stay downtown WITH peace and quiet.

This was a perfect location in the historic area of Lynchburg. We loved the beautiful view and being able to walk to nearby restaurants.

Great apartment on first floor which made for easy access from the parking lot. Apartment was super clean and in great condition. Easy access to Liberty University.

Will be staying here every time we come back to Lynchburg! A great location and an even greater set up! The parking situation is nice and the entire apartment was clean and welcoming!

The place is beautiful, well decorated, and very walkable to so many spots. It should be noted that there was noise from their night club neighbor that was a bit of a nuisance until about 1 am. It pains me to mention it, as it is certainly out of the owners control, but it should be mentioned as it is not in the listing. Such a shame, as the Airbnb is wonderful. Even with the night noise, I would still have stayed, given the quality and walkability of the loft.

This is a beautiful space in downtown Lynchburg. Quick walk to many great restaurants, farmer’s market, and great walking trail. Space is huge, with very comfortable beds. The fireplace is not just pretty, it heats the living room area very well. Would absolutely stay here again.
