Our stay couldn't have been better for me and my family. Great location, quiet and private; set back from the road. The house was just what we needed with plenty of space. We ended up staying longer that planned and Maria was able to allow us to stay as long as needed. Maria was an excellent host and responded quickly to our questions. If you are planning on staying in Concord, I would recommend staying here! Thanks again Maria!!

Julie's place is so close to Mount Sunapee and the Lake! It is wonderful on the inside and has plenty of room for guests. It is also close to a couple great food options. This house is a great place to stay.

We had a great stay at the chalet! It felt very cozy and was close to Gunstock. The place was very well appointed and modernized. She thought of everything including a s’more maker! Nice choices on the decor and comfortable environment. Clearly a lot of thought went into everything and it felt clean and bright. Dolly was very responsive and helpful!

Great stay at this place! We stayed there a week before Chiistmas and the place had a beautiful Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations around the home. This really made it feel like home. We were able to sit at the fireplace and have a glass of wine and it even snowed that night which totally made the stay feel like a holiday. I would highly recommend this place. It was squeekly clean, sits on the water with great views, and easy to get to.

The house was great and had everything we needed for a few nights skiing at Ragged. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and the coffee bar was a nice perk. We enjoyed the hot tub after cold days of being outside. Steve sent clear instructions leading up to the stay and was responsive to questions during the stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Parents - do not hesitate to book! This cabin was the perfect place for my family of 4 to stay. The front room with the bookshelf full of toys is where we spent the majority of our time. I enjoyed drinking coffee and taking in the view from the GIANT WINDOW SEAT (seriously perfection). I have a 10-month old and an almost 3-year old and this was seriously the perfect rental. The host offered a pack & play and a high-chair seat that worked perfectly for the baby. The toddler was entertained by all the new things to play with. The front deck is the perfect spot to get some beautiful family photos. We will be booking again if we are in the area.

Had a peaceful weekend relaxing by Locke Lake. The home was very clean, with comfy beds! Darryl was very responsive to a few questions that came up during my stay. The only bummer was the gas fireplace not working well. Great place, great host!!

Overall was fantastic experience. The home was better prepared and stocked compared to other passed Air BnB experience. All in all family voted as one of the better Air BnB places to date.

A lovely spot nearby to everything the Beverly/Salem area has to offer. Karen and Brian were so warm and welcoming, we felt right at home. This was the most well-appointed Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, we really appreciated the snacks and amenities. We’d love to return in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Anthony place! The apartment was spotless, perfectly located, and the local recommendations really made our trip special. We would definitely stay here again

My friend and I wanted to have a girls night away. This was the perfect place for us! It was close to many restaurants and things to do but the place was so beautiful and peaceful we wanted to just relax and enjoy it. In the morning we sat in the sun room area and just enjoyed the birds chirping and sun shining. This was exactly what we needed to relax.

Such a clean and aesthetically pleasing place to stay. I travelled a few states in the past 2 weeks and that was by far the best sleep I’ve had while travelling. Ryan was very easy to communicate with should there be an inquiry. 10/10 recommend

Beach front view, hot tub & a fire pit, hearing the waves crashing outside & seeing starry night sky was so relaxing, and exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. John & Carol were such an amazing host and so helpful to accommodate us if needed and there was open communication which made the experience even more comfortable. Their space felt so welcoming that we wished we had a longer weekend to be able to stay an extra day or 2. Highly recommend, honestly the view of the beach was amazing, local restaurants and marketplace within minutes away (no more than 8 min), everything we needed was all there. Thank you for having such a beautiful place for us to stay♡

We couldn’t have asked for a better setting to reunite with grandkids. Peaceful, sunny and perfectly appointed. Our human hosts were friendly and fun to chat with and our canine hosts were a delight. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we felt so very much at home.

My boyfriend and I were beyond ecstatic about this tiny cabin. Very clean and just as described. The comforts of home, outdoors. It was cold during our stay (there is no heat or AC) but extra blankets and plenty of firewood was provided! We saw otters, bald eagles, deer, blue jays and beautiful sunsets. We brought our electric scooters and scooted to the town of Ayer which was absolutely adorable! Highly recommend “Tiny’s” for breakfast, “Nashoba club pizza and taproom” and “Gibbet Hill Grill” check out Bancroft Castle while at Gibbet Hill Grill. We were very happy with our stay. Snacks and drinks were also provided at the cabin. Thank you for sharing your property with us! We’ll be back!

We loved our stay! This house is perfect for a group vacation giving everyone enough space to spread out. The main living area is cozy and open for everyone to enjoy! We would definitely stay again!

We *LOVED* our time in the Cabin in the Woods. Sondra and Daniel were very responsive in responding to questions about the property. The layout of the cabin was sensible and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. We would love to go back! The cabin location is perfect and is sweet and romantic. Sondra and Daniel have thought through every detail. Thanks again for a splendid vacation spot!

My stay at Alex and Colleen's cabin was exactly what I wanted and needed. The instructions for finding the place and where to park were very clear, and the use of a sled to carry things from my car to the cabin was a life saver. Everything from the toilet to the sauna had clear written instructions and the hosts were available any time to answer follow up questions. The cabin is in the back of the property, but faces out to the fields and woods making it feel both private and safe, knowing help is nearby if you need it. The place had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. The stove kept the place nice and warm for my whole stay. My only suggestion for anyone coming in the future - make sure you have a good mix of logs and small pine strips, or you'll be feeding the fire frequently. Thank you Alex and Colleen!
