The villa is truly amazing! Newly renovated, beautiful inside and outside design, very clean - everything was just perfect! The outside spaces are green and quiet, nevertheless it’s just a 15 min walk into the city center and to Kandy lake. The manager, housekeepers and owners were always available for any request and super friendly and nice. Delicious breakfast is included and served on the villa terrace. It’s really the perfect place to stay with a group of family or friends and we can 100% recommend it!

Shenuka and her son were amazing hosts. Our stay was excellent, the place is beautiful, spacious and peaceful. A small suggestion would be to provide bottled water for the guests. Otherwise a 10/10 experience would definitely book again.

I’ve found this place at the eleventh hour and Indy was very helpful. The place is amazing and exactly as it’s described. The location manager was very helpful and friendly. Even gave us fruits from their own garden. 😊 Loved the place and how well it’s built with the view! I’d definitely return and recommend this place.

Der Aufenthalt in Champa Apartment war super! Seine Eltern sind tolle Gastgeber und hatten immer einen Tipp für Aktivitäten sowie ein Netzwerk von Fahrern, die uns dorthin gebracht haben. Das Frühstück war super und typisch sri lankanisch. Auch die Kommunikation mit Champ war top, mit schnellen Antworten. Ein Aufenthalt ist absolut empfehlenswert!

If you are looking for a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Tranquil Quarter is the perfect escape. The space is immaculately and tastefully decorated, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. Nestled amidst lush greenery and forest, you are enveloped in nature. Each moment felt like something out of a dream. Upon check-in, I was greeted by the soothing sound of rain, and as night fell, fireflies lit up the surroundings. Mornings were even more magical, with the distant chants of Buddhist monks echoing from a nearby temple, paired with the gentle chirping of birds. The breakfast prepared by Kanil’s mother was fresh and absolutely delicious. Though my journey has taken me home, a part of me never truly left. Tranquil Quarter lives up to its name. Kanil was more than a host—he was a guide, a gentle presence, full of heartfelt hospitality. This place is pure magic!

Truly wonderful! We, three ladies of a certain age from Germany, felt so welcome and spoiled. We enjoyed the marvellous view, did some yoga in the morning and were happy about the super tasty and fresh food prepared by Mark. It was Mark who took us for walks to tea factory and temple, always according to our needs, and showed us a place with natural swimming pools. The communication with Rajeev and Sharmini was also very pleasant. A place where you couldn't wish for more! I will be back soon. Thanks for everything!

The place is incredible and looks exactly like the photos. There‘s a lot of space for two people. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. It is peaceful but you do need a tuktuk to get to the city center because the way is long and the streets are steep. But if you like the nature, this place is made for you.

It was one of the best houses i have ever rent during my 4 years travellings. We stayed at this place for 2 weeks. When we arrived, we were really surprised - the scenery and the place itself were beyond our expectations: much better than in photos. So beautiful view and the house is really stylish. Everything here is made with love and attention. Siva was looking after us and after the house. They cooked breakfasts and dinners for us and food was so tasty. Thank you for this opportunity!

My family and I planned to stay in Kandy for a couple of nights but we enjoyed it so much that we extended our booking. The house is very spacious and peaceful with a beautiful view of the river. You are not disturbed by the traffic noise of Kandy. I would not recommend it for children under the age of 5 due to the high balconies. There is an office with fibre internet where I was able to work remotely. The staff were very helpful and looked after us well. Ravana is a great host who went out of our way to make us feel welcome. He also took the time to recommend places that avoided the crowds. He was quick to answer any of our needs. On several occasions we walked into town - about 30minutes on foot. If you are not comfortable negotiating traffic I wouldn’t recommend this but it is easy to catch a Tuk instead. The house has an impressive driveway which kept us fit! Overall I would highly recommend staying here.
