Amsterdam-Centrum : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Sagenhafte Unterkunft!!! UND: Übergroßes Lob an die Gastgeber! Dies ist die am besten gepflegte und durchdachte Unterkunft, die mir bisher untergekommen ist. Das Haus ist komplett mit allem notwendigen Zubehör aber ohne unnötigen Kram ausgestattet. Alles sehr geschmackvoll und mit Stil aber auch mit dem Charme gestaltet, der einem sofort das Gefühl vermittelt Zuhause zu sein und bleiben zu wollen. Und super sauber!!! Auf Sonderwünsche (Schlafplatz im Garten in der Hängematte) wurde flexibel und unkompliziert reagiert, die "Info- Zettel" im Haus sind in meinen Augen sowohl vollständig als auch nicht überbordend...eben genauso durchdacht und liebevoll gemacht, wie der Rest....Kirsten, ihr(du und dein Mann) habt einen Fan ;-) Schade, das wir nicht länger bleiben könnten! Tolles kleines Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung mit einem schönen kleinen Garten! Wir haben uns auch mit kleinem Baby hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt: Küchenzeile mit Herd, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowellenofen, schönes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, großer TV, großes Bett und geräumiges Bad. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich und lief problemlos. Das Auto kann kostenlos auf dem großen Parkplatz geparkt werden. Haarlem City erreicht man in nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto, Ruud hat uns zudem darüber informiert, wo wir citynah und umsonst parken können. Amsterdam ist ebenfalls sehr gut erreichbar, auch wenn wir uns diesmal ausschließlich auf Haarlem konzentriert haben. Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wirklich eine perfekte Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter. Eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und ein sehr schönes und modernes Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend. Einkaufsläden waren fußläufig zu erreichen genau wie die verschiedenen Anbindungen an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Bink was really helpful. The main entrance for the neighborhood was closed due to some works, but Bink managed to get for us the code for the other entrance so we could park next to the house and didn't have to walk more than 10 minutes from the parking area.

So schön!!! Schon das Inserat hatte große Vorfreude geschürt und der Aufenthalt hätte gern noch länger dauern können. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt: den Ofen angefeuert, gekocht, gelesen, Musik gehört und sogar getanzt. Alkmaar selbst hat uns sogar noch besser gefallen als Haarlem und auf Amsterdam haben wir gleich verzichtet. Viel Grün drumherum, freundliche Menschen in den Läden und auf den Straßen, wunderschöne Häuser… Romaike hat eine kleine grüne Oase hinter dem Haus, die schön anzuschauen war und bei besserem Wetter eine wundervolle Ergänzung ist. Auch im Innern gibt es herrlich viel Grün und es ist spannend in einer guten Mischung eingerichtet. Ich kann mich nicht entscheiden, was mir am besten gefallen hat, aber das Gästebad mit der tollen Tapete war sicher ein Highlight (habe mir im Kringwinkel sofort einen Dino :) gekauft). Viele individuelle Möbel, die ein stimmiges Ganzes ergeben. Alles, alles Gute!

Geweldig huisje op heel mooie locatie. Vlakbij de stad, maar in de rust van de natuur. Binnen schoon en netjes, perfect uitgerust. Communicatie met verliep heel goed, ze was vriendelijk, snel en dacht mee. Kortom, helemaal super!

Tolle Unterkunft in historischem Ambiente direkt an den Schleusen von Ijmuiden. Wir kannten uns vor Ort bereits gut aus , aber durch dieses tolle historische Haus haben wir noch einen neuen Blick auf Ijmuiden bekommen. Einmalige Einrichtung und tolles Flair !

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

We spent an amazing 4 days in the apartment celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday. Everyone loved the apartment, the views are to die for, great amenities, high quality furniture and plenty of spaces to sit and relax, even in winter. Would love to come back!

Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Great for 2 people, but for 4 it was a bit tight. Not any big issue as bit was only for one night. For longer would have been a bit tight. Comunication was very quick. We booked pretty late in the evening for the same night and there was no issues.

The place was great, the neighborhood is quiet and quaint. Welcome treats on arrival, wines in the fridge (did not drink them cause we don't drink wine), but it was a great touch! The place was spotless and there is ample space for a family 5. JP was very responsive on a couple of issues we had, and he resolved them extremely quickly. Our hub was really Utrecht to get around (Utrech Station), so had to commute to utrecht Central daily and it was between a 15-25 minute bus ride (not ideal). The heater (Nordic Fire) is fantastic, took us some time to figure it out to get the apartment at the "right" temperature (right , like art is in the eyes of the beholder). Great value for what you pay. Great hosts. Thank you for your hospitality.

Wir hatten drei tolle volle Tage in den Niederlanden / Amsterdam / Zaandam. Die Unterkunft ist zwar außerhalb gelegen, aber mit der Bahn , die nur zehn Minuten entfernt ist, kommt man überall gut und schnell hin. Margot ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Amsterdam ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, die Niederländer sehr freundlich. Ein Städtetripp dorthin lohnt sich allemal.

Anna and John , out hosts were wonderful. Place was so well designed and so beautiful. I could tell a lot of thought was put into the design. I think the place would be even better with a notebook with instructions about house, tv, appliances , and check out procedure . On the other hand, Anna and John were so responsive. Anna and John met us at the apartment , plane was delayed so arrived late around 9:30. Anna and John were flexible and gave us a warm welcome with tour of house. However in the morning, I discovered scaffolding with green mesh across windows. I paid top dollar for a canal house with view of canal. This was a disappointment and was not told about this. I would never have rented if I knew there was barely a view through the windows with scaffolding and mesh . Everything else was wonderful! Future renters should ask about the obstructed view.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns wurde bei Ankunft alles gut erklärt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great, cozy place to stay in if you want something close to Amsterdam, but nice and quiet. Great to be on the water, supermarket/shops in a nice picturesque town 5 mins from the house and you’ll drive into Amsterdam in 10 mins. Host super responsive and smooth and flexible checkin and checkout. Recommend!

Fabulous Villa. Perfect for a staycation. Jacuzzi , Sauna & spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Could not ask for more. Really responsive & nice host. Thank you for having us

The amazing house offers the perfect home away from home with everything you could possibly need. The accommodation was very spacious, well equipped and in a wonderful location. Murielle was exceptional from start to finish, helping us with arranging things to do, sorting a grocery delivery prior to our arrival, and on hand at any moment to answer any questions we had.

Beautiful living room facing the water front. It definitely gives the dream house feeling 💕

Wir haben uns während dem Aufenthalt in Amsterdam sehr wohl gefühlt, da man nicht direkt mitten in der Stadt und sich perfekt zurückziehen konnte. Der Ort bietet alles was man braucht und die Unterkunft war der Hammer! Eigene Saune & Whirlpool waren an den kühlen Oktober Abenden perfekt. Zimmeraufteilung top und besonderer Stimmung durch die hohen Decken! Alles in einem 10/10

We had an enjoyable stay in Dinand's beautiful home. It was even nicer than we expected from the photographs. A great place to stay for a group and very friendly responsive host. The sauna was very welcomed after we ran the Amsterdam Marathon. Haarlem is beautiful and very easy to access the beach by bike, lots of restaurants etc near by.

My family of 5 had a wonderful time at this home! It was beautiful, clean, relaxing and extremely convenient to get around town via bus/metro. We walked every morning around town because the town is extremely charming with several restaurants and a market 2 blocks away. I made breakfast every morning in the beautiful kitchen which had everything one would need. The host was so incredibly amazing, he tracked my flight and knew I would be arriving hours before I told him I would be so he was waiting for us which was amazing after a long flight. He was so sweet, courteous and caring. We were greeted with a warm welcome and many, many treats for us in the refrigerator. From eggs, milk, selection of fresh breads, sweets, fruit, wine, a delicious pear juice, selection of deli meats, butter, and many more items. The warmest welcome we’ve ever received. As if that’s not enough, the AC worked great! The pics don’t do it justice. This is a must stay! Thank you so much for everything!!
