Amsterdam-West : locations de vacances dans des lofts

Beautiful, artistic, serene loft apartment. Looks exactly like photos- lovely decor and art, big open windows, gorgeous kitchen and furniture, immaturely clean. We especially loved the small patio overlooking the canal- so peaceful for breakfast or a glass of wine, we watched local kids and families swim and boat late into the summer evenings. Chantal was very responsive and helpful. I lost my passport, and she and her friend went above and beyond to help me find it. The neighborhood is very cool- feels more local than touristy- and a beautiful place to explore with some adorable small restaurants. It’s only a 5 minute walk to a grocery store and a great shopping area, and a 25-min walk to Anne Frank House and lots of other popular places. Also easy to catch buses/trams. The only difficult thing was that we had to share one key, which got a little tricky when we wanted to go different directions. But otherwise, I LOVED this place and would highly recommend it!

Cozy little apartment in a nice neighborhood, close to Utrecht Overvecht station. Nice to have access to a bike. Catharina was flexible, friendly and always responded quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at her place again.

Amazing location by the river and next to the windmills. Very conveniant to reach Amsterdam by train too. Margreet are mindful and welcoming hosts. We really enjoyed our stay, the local recommendations as well as the gigantic breakfast in there charming house

Marie-Sophie’s apartment was the right size for the two of us. The bedroom is a little tight, as one side of the bed is up against the wall. Since the weather was cool, we didn’t use the patio, but it’s an attractive feature. We were within easy walking distance of a couple trams, so getting around was easy. We’re were especially thankful for her washer/dryer, as we had been traveling for a while before we arrived in Amsterdam. She has a beautiful kitchen, but we really didn’t use it much, as we took advantage of restaurants. Also, the fact that it’s on the street level was great. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and I heartily recommend this rental.

This is the only place I stay in when I visit Amsterdam. This is my fifth time returning to Christine’s place and it just gets better every time. The place is cozy, warm and really clean. There are always food and drink for every guest on arrival, such a lovely addition when you’ve just got off a plane. If you want to know more just read one of my other reviews. They’re all positive, and deservedly so!

We hebben een geweldige midweek gehad in een super onderkomen. Alles was perfect in orde en heel schoon met daarbij ook een prachtig uitzicht. Toby heeft ons zo gastvrij ontvangen en je hoeft maar iets te vragen of ze staat voor je klaar. Dit onderkomen is echt een aanrader voor degenen die rust en vrijheid willen.

We had a fantastic stay at Mattij’s place. The photos didn’t really do it justice - it’s a big apartment with lots of space, it’s well designed, clean, and well equipped. Mattij was a great host - very relaxed and welcoming, and was even kind enough to pick us up from the airport. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Fijne, rustige plek met veel aandacht voor details en genieten. Volledig uitgeruste keuken en verblijf. Je mist niets. Enige suggestie is een harder bed. Maar dat is voorkeur. Directe communicatie met de host en leuke suggesties voor de omgeving. Topper: ga fietsen! Fijne fietsen, prachtige omgeving en op fietsafstand genoeg gelegenheid voor een relaxte lunch of diner. Dankjewel Saskia en Harry!!

Le logement est bien agencé, bien équipé et bien décoré. Il est situé dans un quartier tranquille. Le lit est très confortable. Margje prenait des nouvelles et nous a mis des vélos à dispositions. nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement.

Na een zeer warm welkom van Judith, mochten we na de 3 trappen opklimmen het appartement bewonderen. Ontzettend knus, gezellig en zeer compleet! Zowel de keuken als de rest van het appartement waren van alle gemakken voorzien. Een erg fijn bed met idem dekbed. Na een lekker ontbijtje gegeten te hebben, hebben we het centrum (1 staat verderop) van Alkmaar verkend. Erg finn dat wij ons bagage achter mochten laten om na het shoppen op te halen. Het appartement van Judith is absoluut een aanrader!!

Super fijne plek, loopafstand van Haarlem centrum, gelegen in een mooie buurt. Genoten van mijn weekend weg in dit gezellige appartement!

The House with the Curl was easy to find. It’s a peaceful and safe neighborhood to walk in especially since we did a lot of walking to and from the tram. It matched the pictures and description. It was a great place for us and allowed us to cook our breakfast. (A couple of markets in the neighborhood) as well as some great little places to pick up doners!! Tram 26 made the area assessable as well as provided a neat experience. Would stay again if ever in Amsterdam.

The appartment is close to the Main Station, but in a quite neighborhood. It offers everything (and more) you need and the split between the living room (first floor) and the sleeping room (second floor) is quite convenient. The appartment is well renovated, the toilet is a bit small but works well and the kitchen is very well equipped. I was not able to enjoy the small terrace (stayed here in winter), but I am looking forward to coming back once it is warmer.

Mein Mann und ich haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen und großzügigen Wohnung sehr genossen. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig. Der Kontakt zu David und Marieke war sehr nett.
