We had a fantastic holiday at Hien's lovely property. Our trip was an international family get together rather than sightseeing holiday and the location was ideal for us. We had young kids with us so the local park and pool were really handy as well is the nearby beach. Hien was very helpful with organising the boat trip and local restaurant suggestions. Both sets of grandparents had a lovely time and the spacious property gave us lots of opportunity to spend quality time together. I would highly recommend the property and have no doubt that Hien is indeed a superhost! Thank you Hien for making our holiday so special :)

Chúng tôi đã có 2 ngày nghỉ rất dễ chịu ở Villas. Hai vợ chồng bạn chủ nhà rất dễ chịu, các bạn chu đáo, vui vẻ và tỉ mỉ trong mọi công việc. Đoàn chúng tôi có 25 người và đặt 2 bữa tối ở Villa. Giang và chồng Giang đã là những người phục vụ tuyệt vời, đáp ứng gần như mọi yêu cầu và quan trọng hơn cả là các bạn luôn tỏ ra rất vui khi được chăm sóc và phục vụ các vị khách của mình. Thanh Thao was an amazing host. By far the best Airbnb property I have stayed in. She was very co-operative and supportive and always available for any assistance or guidance. The property we booked and stayed in was different due to some fire alarm clearance issue. But the host made sure we were informed well in advance and was ready to share more options if needed. Having said that it was a steal to get a host and a property which was so good that it made us feel at home. The house is 4 storied and we have private elevator inside the house. Thanks Thanh Thao for making our stay comfortable and making sure we had a great Xmas break and celebrations. Again appreciate all the support extended and this by far is one of the best Airbnb property I have stayed in. Wishing you a very Happy New Year and hope to visit Halong Bay and would surely book this property.

Lavender is an incredible host -- very responsive and was able to arrange all sorts of services for us, including taxis, private chef, grocery delivery, etc. She also set up amazing Ha Long Bay cruise and Hanoi Jeep Tours, for great prices. The house actually matches the photos. The air conditioning works well and the pool is incredible. Beds are comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily. TV and Sound System all worked great for karaoke as well!
