Anacapri : locations de vacances avec terrasse

The appartment was perfect for our needs, those of a family of 4 including two small children. I believe a larger family or group of 5 people would also find the accomodation spacious enough. The two bathrooms and three bedrooms (including the living room) provide ample space. The location includes a large balcony, without spectacular views but useful for storage and drying clothes. For an additional 15 EUR/day, parking is available right downstairs, in a private and closed garagge (at 1/2 the price of public parking, provided you can find it). Other pluses include A/C, well equipped kitchen, great espresso machine, nearby supermarket, friendly neighbours and walkable distances for good restaurants and the main beach in Maiori. Maiori itself is an excellent base for the Amalfi coast. It is reasonably populated and priced compared to Amalfi and Positano, and well connected logistically to the entire coast. This was one of the best stays for us, and we highly recommend it.

it was a pleasure to stay at Alex's place, clean, beautiful view, nice and quite, everything you need , short walk to great restaurants. nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of amalfi and positano. approx 10min via bus either way

Caprì es caro pero esta estadía lo vale. Te sientes como en casa, las fotos no le hacen justicia es más linda de lo que aparentan. Su ubicación aunque en principio parece laberíntica después es muy fácil de entender ya que así es todo Caprì. Estas francamente pegado a todo. Además de una linda casa y cómodas habitaciones, creo que lo que más nos dejó contentos fue la atención tan personalizada de Marco. Le agradecemos mucho todo el apoyo incluso nos envió una chamarra que olvidamos a nuestra dirección. Inigualable. Lo recomiendo al máximo.

Verde Smeraldo was everything and more! First we were given excellent instructions on how to enter the beautiful apartment area. Once we entered we were just in love . Vincenzo gave us a wonderful recommendation for a driver. They took us directly from Napoli Centrale to the door of the Air bnb! They also picked us up for other activities we did while staying. The views are exactly like you see. Spectacular and peaceful! Yes there are steps going down to the actual apartment but this is Italy! Great way to burn off some extra wine , cheese, and bread calories! When you leave the apartment there are a few steps down to the water. There’s a private gate that lets you out then just about a 10 min. walk to the marina. We loved the little market. The owner has everything you need . Including the best fresh baked bread, fresh mozzarella, beer and wine! Just bring a flash light if you are walking back in the dark! We didn’t want to leave ! It was truly paradise! Can’t wait to go back!!

Stunning view where we took our morning coffee and breakfast and evening sits. New kitchen appliances all worked well. Very comfortable sitting areas outside on deck and inside living room. Comfy beds. One bedroom had mosquitos one night cuz they left their windows open but other had none. So keep windows closed at sunrise and sunset. AC worked perfectly as did washing machine.

Alessandra è stata disponibile, gentile e una host fantastica. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita, arredata con ottimo gusto. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Ci si sente a casa. In salone un grandissimo divano ti permette un piacevole riposo guardando la grandissima tv. L'host si è dimostrata subito gentile e alla mano, consigliandoci luoghi da visitare per rendere più piacevole il nostro soggiorno in un quartiere, Chiaia, che ti permette di raggiungere facilmente tutti gli angoli più belli e caratteristici di Napoli. Assolutamente consigliato!

We had the most incredible stay here at Fabio’s Airbnb. The city was beautiful and easy to navigate. The apartment had an amazing view of the town, coast, and Mt. Vesuvius. The public transport via the Circumvesuviana made getting to all of our destinations very simple. Fabio was extremely responsive and helpful at all hours of the day! He gave us tons of recommendations and even offered to pick us up after we got lost on the train. His artwork is displayed throughout the Airbnb which made for a very cool experience as well. We absolutely recommend this place and this very well may be the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at!

This place is incredible. It has beautiful views and is walkable to everything Ravello has to offer. It is a mountain town so the short walk is at quite an incline. Luisa gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and responded quickly to all our questions, including giving us detailed information about how best to access the walking path to Minori.

Blue Vista Positano was so wonderful! They helped us with arranging transportation with Rainbow limos that was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, as described, comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The host was communicative and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to stay, it is important to note that this home is not walkable to the main city and using the city bus is needed, which can often be full in the morning and in the evening meaning you either have to walk a far distance with a lot of steps or wait another hour. We worked our way around it and got in a lot of walking, not a negative to the property just something to consider if there are limitations on mobility. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again at this property.

If you want to see, feel, and taste Positano stay here. This place is amazing. I can’t emphasize enough that if you are planning on visiting the absolute beautiful village of Positano you should stay here. This place will always stay in my wife and my memories. Some of the best ever memories were made here. But there is more. Imara, the co-host is over the top. She went way beyond the norm to make sure our stay was a great experience. Great communication and great recommendations for things to do and where to eat. And very important, how to get around. Transportation is this beautiful little place is tricky. Imara helped us tremendously. She arranged travel from Napoli that went flawlessly. She also arranged a catered private dinner on the terrace on our last night that will go down as one of our all time favorite nights. And we travel extensively. Hands down……..Casa Viva and Imara are what you hope you find when you travel. Thank you for a real good time!!!!!!

Our stay at the Dreamer's House was everything we had hoped - the beauty of Positano in the November sun, no crowds, stunning views of the sea and across the town. We felt like we were in the most special location of the most beautiful town. We enjoyed the steps and the way they made us take our time and savour the moment and the view round each corner. Maria welcomed us warmly and introduced us to the locality with a helpful map and recommendations for places to explore, shop and eat. The house was well equipped, comfortable and providing delicious wine and a library of books were lovely extra touches. Breathtaking views from Nocelle and the Walk of the Gods were a bonus with blue skies and sunshine.

Wow. This place was fantastic. Very clean, spacious and the views are incredible, better than the pictures honestly. The large walk out patio with retractable awning give you the perfect place to hang out before or after all of the steps. Yes, this is quite a walk from the beach (30ish mins), but there’s a small grocery shop right down the street and a great restaurant steps from the entrance to this place. There is a bus stop just down the street and that bus will take you down the mountain if you’d like. We walked up and down every day and after the first day we were used to it. You’re expecting to walk a lot in Positano after all. Our only complaint was that we ran out of coffee pods for the coffee maker after day 2 (we stayed for 7) and couldn’t find any compatable pods in any of the nearby shops so we just had to get our coffee each morning from the bar about a ten minute walk from here. Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Sorrento and your home base for the Amalfi coast. My adult family spent a week here and it was a great location to get to everything. So easy to walk to the city center. Many tours picked us up just down the corner from us which was great after a long day. The home is extremely clean and has everything you need and so much room. The views from the terrace were great and made for a great place to relax and enjoy the views. Host was so friendly and responsive! Would highly recommend staying here and we would stay here again for sure!

This was by the far the cleanest AirBnB we have ever stayed at. It was immaculate!! We felt like we were in a fancy hotel. We were even given homemade limoncello, as well as water, beer, soft drinks, and snacks upon arrival. The location is good, the walk down to the beach is doable but the walk up is a bit tougher - but we just purchased bus tickets (1.30 euro) so we could avoid the stairs, and the bus stop is right next to the AirBnB. As well, there is a lovely grocery store close by, we went there every day for a cold beer and sandwiches! We highly recommend this place!!

Buena ubicación, queda en piano di Sorrento que está a 2 estaciones en metro de Sorrento o 30 minutos caminando, se puede ir caminando y disfrutar de las vistas. Eso sí, te cobran un impuesto de 4 euros por persona por cada día que te quedes ahí, es algo a tener en cuenta y se tiene que pagar en efectivo.

The place had amazing views and lots of comfort! We stayed there for a week of home office, had great internet connection and comfortable spots to work in :) The area is very safe as well, we had good parking spots for the car! The location was also great to do trips, Positano is only 30 minutes, sorrento 10, and starting point of nice hikes 15 min away. The hot tub was a very nice addition too for relaxing in the evenings! The only negative we found was the smell of the house, it is a bit older and built into the side of the mountain so naturally has a bit of smell. It’s not too bad, I would just recommend to open windows a lot 😊

We had a fabulous stay at this Airbnb!! The location is great! It is up in the hills so the view is spectacular. We had a car and it was about a 20 minute drive to the town of Amalfi where we shopped and walked, caught a ferry to Positano one afternoon, and had a wonderful meal at Lo Smeraldino (recommended by Francesca), right on the water. Across the street from the Airbnb is a sweet little bar/coffee shop and just a few steps further, a wonderful market that we loved that had a deli where we bought the most wonderful fresh sliced dried beef and amazing cheeses, fresh produce and things we needed for breakfast. But the best part of the experience is Francesca, the most wonderful Airbnb host we’ve had. She is so welcoming and quickly responds with any and all questions and had great recommendations for us. I hope we can one day return to the Amalfi coast and if we do, we will definitely choose this Airbnb again.

Coming from the States Communication before hand was timely, through and reassuring that we were going to be taken care of in Atrani . Pima met us and showed us into the apartment. We paid an extra fee to park in the very convenient garage. The room location is spectacular and has everything one would need; washing machine and kitchen. The window view and balcony are perfect to watch the beach waves. It felt very private and a short walk to the plaza.

Beautiful place to stay in Sorrento. The shuttle service was very convenient and we loved having the private hot tub. Highly recommend this location!

The apartment was very clean, everything looks like in the pictures, the host responds quickly to messages. Very good price to quality :)
