Farah’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway in Irvine. The complex is self enclosed and supplies all the parking, convenience stores, restaurants, and play areas you will need. The initial checkin was made so easy by the in depth instructions and photos. We arrived late after a long drive, so the simplified instructions for our tired brains allowed us to unwind quicker. The assigned parking spot is near the elevator that takes you straight up to the unit for seamless access. No need to haul luggage down long hallways or up and down stairs or ramps. The unit itself has vaulted ceilings which make the place extra spacious. The square footage was much larger than many other apartment/condos we’ve stayed at in the area and felt extra spacious. We have Farah’s place saved for our next trip. What a kind host!

Marie was always responsive. The unit was exactly as described and much bigger than expected. Included everything that was listed in the listing. The area is walkable to tons of eateries and coffee shops...other places including Crypto .com, Grand Central Market, Little Tokyo, Walt Disney hall etc No parking included but lots of parking options cheapest was Athena's parkade ($10 per 12hrs) on the same block North-West side of the block, or Joe's ($15 per 12hrs) in the underground across the street. Some surface lots around but pricey and we didn't trust as it was too accessible to strangers. Would definitely stay again!

Artavazd's place was the perfect spot for our last week visiting LA! A short walk from the Glendale Galleria and Americana at Brand, so there are loads of eating and shopping options close-by. The kitchen is great for cooking, and the big TV and comfy couch make it a great place for staying in as well. Check-in and check-out were very easy (though self-check-in wasn't available), and Artavazd was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Nate’s place was amazing! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures—modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. Additionally, the building’s amenities are excellent and truly enhance the experience. What made my stay even better was Nate’s outstanding hospitality and support. I originally planned to stay for a month, but due to some complications, I had to extend my stay. Nate was incredibly understanding and always willing to help, making everything as smooth and comfortable as possible for me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful space and a great host. Thanks, Nate!

Jordi's place is so nice! It was a wonderful location to walk to a concert at Crypto Area. Lots of quick late night food options nearby.

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! We came to LA for a nice getaway for a few days. I loved the apartment. Everything was clean and the view was amazing!! Lobby staff was very nice and helpful as well. The host were awesome and gave us suggestions where to eat/visit. We took advantage of the free museum near by, which Giselle recommended, and i loved it. My favorite part was probably the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! The view up there was to die for! I am definitely going to keep this place in mind next time i’m in California!!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

Great place. Malcolm is very responsive and helpful. Security in the lobby is very friendly and appreciated. Inside of the residence has everything you need. Host was flexible and made our trip very smooth. Lots of restaurants nearby and parking was nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Malcolm!

This space is really special. Everything was as described. The space was stocked with all of the necessary amenities and extra special treats like coffee every day and spices to cook a full meal. Dishes, stemware, utensils and special-occasion dinnerware provided an opportunity for an intimate dinner. I did find the home to be private. Staying in the heart of DTLA I thought I would feel exposed, but the window faces a wall which gave the space a city feel while providing privacy and a feeling of security from prying eyes. The parking availability was a perfect bonus. We used the deck and hot tub and truly maximized all of the offerings in this lovely home. Lastly I will say they do over communicate, but it was great directions and clear guidance on how to truly enjoy your stay. BTW my deposit was refunded the next evening, so no need to worry about that being held up. Thank you to this team for their support and availability during my stay.

We had an amazing stay! Loved the neighborhood and local coffee spots, especially Rad Coffee which is only 900 ft. from this place. Super clean, high chair and pack n play for kids, private backyard, we were able to park right out front each night, and the hosts were super friendly & responsive. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

This location and place was a perfect fit for me and my family. The pictures and descriptions of the home was exactly what we needed and it fit the description. We all felt right at home. Had a wonderful stay, exactly what I needed. Catherine and Steve go to great lengths to make sure all the little things are there. The kitchen has cooking oil, a full spice rack, even foil, plastic wrap, and ziplock bags. I ran out of contact lens solution, and there was even extra of that in the medicine cabinet! Very responsive and friendly, would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at Jean’s place. It’s cute, cozy and clean. The location is great! It’s walkable with a nice coffee shop and stores nearby. Great host!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at Iliana's place! The home was welcoming, and nicely decorated. The location was very convenient- just an easy 20-minute drive to Disneyland. The communication with Iliana was fantastic – she was very responsive and provided perfect instructions for checking in. The space itself was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again, Iliana, for making our trip so enjoyable!
