I can’t express enough how wonderful Eric’s place was. He thought of every little thing and clearly marked items all the way down to where the trash bag’s were. The game room was wonderful, the kids loved it! Strollers, ice chest anything and everything you need while on vacation, he had it! The home was roomy and clean. We decided this will be our new destination when visiting LA.Eric was also available for any and all questions you had responding quickly. Thank you Eric for a wonderful experience 😊

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

This is a lovely house at a very convenient yet quite location, under LA weather the pool is fantastic for a relaxing journey.

Stayed at Anh’s place for my family’s Disneyland adventure. It was great! Easy to get to Disneyland/California adventure Park. We had lots of fun in the pool on our down days. Anh was a great host and would respond to my questions quickly. He would also touch base just to check in and make sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend this house to stay in - great for families.

We had a great time at Deborah's. She was very responsive if we had any questions. The place was immaculate when we arrived. We were a short drive to the ocean and universal studios, which were our main attractions visiting the area. Overall great experience!

The house was great, it is in a quiet little neighborhood within walking distance of Disneyland. It’s a charming house, fit us well, and Carmen went above and beyond to make the stay great! She had strollers for kids, ponchos for Disneyland, and even got us an extra pack n play for our kids so we didn’t have to pack any on a flight. She also heated the pool for us before the stay and decorated with some balloons for my wife’s birthday.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. We stayed at this house for a month. Just loved it and the neighbourhood. Alison was a perfect host-- there right away when we had a questions, but otherwise did not intrude. Just book it. You'll see 😀

The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

if you are familiar with LA when it comes up to parking, this is the place you want to be because they have plenty of parking for your car😀

after some long days walking almost 9 miles in Disneyland, the hot tub was a miracle! Judy was very responsive even in later hours of the evening when we had questions. Definitely would stay here again.

This place was exactly as advertised! It was the perfect start to our family cruise vacation. It is very centrally located. The beach is very walkable. My kiddo loved the donut shop that was less then a minute walk away. We loved hanging on the porch and people watching. Kevin was very attentive and available, he was able to give us a list of things to see and so. The house was clean. The water pressure was unreal. Great house, we would 100% book again if we make it back to the area.

I have stayed in many Airbnbs. Steve’s care and dedication to being an excellent host has made this the best stay I’ve ever booked. Steve is not your average host - he is the definition of a super host. When I arrived, it had been long day and I was tired and hungry. I read through the guest info and found that Steve had stocked the fridge and cubbards with a few food items in case his guest was arriving late / hungry. I can’t describe how luxurious it felt to ACTUALLY be able to relax and not worry about getting groceries on my first night. The property is absolutely gorgeous and very easy to access using code locks. The guest house provides a very generous amount of privacy while still allowing access to the front yard and pool in the back. In my opinion this stay was perfect. The location was almost too good to be true being walking distance from Trader Joe’s, target, Ralph’s, and a ton of awesome cafes and restaurants. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing experience. The location was convenient, and Loreni was welcoming and helpful. Everything was just as expected, and we truly enjoyed our time. We'd happily stay again!

The beach bungalow was perfect. It was 4 houses from the beach (but not really much of a "beach", more like a mooring for the local boats) and was beautiful and peaceful. The house got lots of natural light which is a must for me! It was small and I wouldn't recommend for a family of more than 2 kids because of size and the need to be quiet because of very close neighbors. The master had a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom had 2 twins. Kitchen was small but functional and fully equipped. Had a Jack-n-Jill bath. Rooms were small but the house was cozy and exactly what I was looking for. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Patricia gave clear instructions on gaining access to the house. Altho the houses were very close together as is normal on a small island in Newport Beach, it was very private and had a nice private patio in front. Great place to stay and I would definitely return!

It’s our 4th or 5th time staying at Debra’s and we’re already planning our next stay! Her home is so charming, plenty of amenities and is a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants, TJoe’s, gift shops, bars, and parks. Weather permitting, her patio, garden and yard is so pleasant and private - a great place to relax, read and just hang out. Debra was also so accommodating when my brother drove down from Nevada and stayed with us a couple days. At the tail end of our stay, her dishwasher stopped working and she’s already sent me a pic of the new DW she purchased! Obviously we love it there and can’t wait to return!

Veronica’s home was perfect! Peaceful, beautifully decorated and attention to detail. One of my best stays in Los Angeles. Hope to stay here again.

Great neighborhood and beautiful home. My family and I enjoyed it very much. Lots of space. Game room was definitely our favorite! Would come back here anytime.

We really enjoyed our stay! The jacuzzi tub wasn’t producing the bubbles and although it wasn’t able to be fixed, I sincerely appreciated ashai being so helpful and doing all he could to rectify the problem. Amazing stay overall!

We loved everything about our stay! Location,comfort, and had the pleasure of meeting the home owner and he was wonderful! Highly recommend if you are looking for a homey get away with relaxing stay! The bed I. Master was better then the heavenly beds at Westin lol 😂 we will be back!!!
