We were a group of 30 ladies, various ages, and we loved our stay!! The house was very clean and it had plenty of space and beds for all of us. It was a great stay, however, I would like to point out to small things. 1) the coffee maker is so slow so if you are a coffee lover, take this into consideration. 2) for such and large house, there is a lack of counter and dinning space. Other thank that it’s a great Airbnb.

We really enjoyed every bit of our stay at this location. It was very near to our event place and convenient. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious while the kitchen is pretty small for such a big house!.

This was perfect for our 15 guest vacation. There was plenty of parking in the neighborhood behind the house that provided safe parking that wasn’t right on the Main Street. The host was responsive and helpful instructions, and provided a beautiful place to stay

Stephanie place was perfect. As a retired woman who was born & raised in HB; you couldn’t get a better location for the experience of what Surf City is. To walk across the street & stroll the boardwalk, the beach or an evening stroll on the pier was just what we hoped for in our stay. Stephanie had wagons & plenty of beach chairs & beach towels for everyone. So easy to pull our items across to the beach. The house was super comfortable and stocked. Comfortable beds & fluffy towels. Although we were in town for a sad occasion, Stephanie was very accommodating. We actually went to come back for a holiday visit. A+ host & beach house.

I hosted my babyshower here and I’m so glad I did. It was the perfect place, beautiful property, everyone enjoyed it, would love to stay here again.

Would recommend this house to anyone traveling to LA. Nice and peaceful location, close to all the restaurants and the nice thing was the house has herbs we love to eat.

John and Candy were excellent and very friendly communicative even before our reservation! They messaged us the day after we checked-in and made sure we were comfortable in their airbnb and were incredibly accommodating. The space was beautiful, spacious, great natural lighting, lots of parking, and it had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. We loved our experience!

Judit’s home was perfect for our family. It was very clean. Lots of room for my family of 7. The bathrooms were clean. Towels and all the necessary toiletries were provided. Kitchen was well stocked of all the things you need to cook a homemade meal, should you choose. Parking was available for our 2 cars. Check in and check out was simple. Considering this was my first Airbnb I’ve booked, I was very much pleased with the overall experience and look forward to my next booking. Thank you Judit for sharing your home with us.

The place was exactly as listed and we loved it. The house was spacious, clean and had a great outdoor patio. Coffee was provided and there was plenty of utensils/pots/pans in the kitchen. We appreciated the washer and dryer, plus they provided slipper to wear inside the house. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed very safe. Without a doubt, we will stay here again.

Fantastic house! Very clean and cozy! Avi helped us get in last minute after another listing canceled on us. He really saved our thanksgiving!

Jack, our host, was very responsive and the venue definitely fit our needs. This is saying something as there were six adults and five children in our party. The residence was large enough to sleep everyone comfortably and the bonus was a large outdoor area in the back relaxing, playing basketball or throwing the football around. Unfortunately it was off season so we didn’t have access to the pool. The house allowed you to have some private time to yourself or enjoy it with your friends/family. The house is in an excellent quiet neighborhood and the location is perfect as it a close drive to Disneyland and Universal Studios. The keypad makes it easy to go in and out of the house. We had no reason to contact Jack but I’m sure that he would’ve been there if we needed to. I believe that we received excellent value by staying here and would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in the area.

We had a group of 9 adults and 3 children. With the king, 4 queen beds, a crib and a blow up queen mattress everyone slept well. The kids loved sleeping on the blow up in the living room with a fireplace. The kids also loved the Jacuzzi in the Master.

Kim & Hoa were great hosts and addressed all questions and requests we had in a timely manner. I stayed with my colleagues for a working / retreat weekend and the house had everything we needed with plenty of space. We would've loved to take advantage of the pool more but we were busy during the day when the sun was out. The location is perfect if you love Vietnamese food - it's located within a mile of Little Saigon.

This house was an absolute gem, I would recommend it without hesitation.

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay in Burbank! The property was beautifully clean and just like the photos. Loved watching the sun rise through the glass doors. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our party of 7. It was a great base to explore the nearby attractions, just a 20 minute drive to Universal studios, and a 7 minute drive to a walmart. Wouldnt hesitate to book again if in the burbank area. Felt like a home away from home.

Jay was a good host, he responded back the whole time I text him during my stay. Home was nice as well with the spa, made it better! Will book again!
