We stayed for 3 nights. Nice neighborhood. Our stay at Phillip's place was fantastic! The suite was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Philip and his wife went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. From the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches, everything was perfect.

Clean place. Didn’t realize it was attached to a larger house. Not clear in the description. Luckily it was still quite private so that was nice. Very clean. Felt right at home. I was a little unsettled when I found that people were coming into the gated private area while we were staying there. Someone came to get the trash cans and the landscaper was also in the private gated yard and also blocked us in the driveway. While I understand the needs of these services a heads up would have been nice. Just unexpected. Other than that it was great and very close to the Disneyland resort.

This is a lovely, private studio on a hill. While it overlooks the 2, it is far enough away that the road just provides background sound like surf. The far view to the north is beautiful and the immediate neighborhood very quiet. We loved the unit. It is extremely well equipped and comes with thoughtful instructions on how everything works. We particularly appreciated good coffee and the fixings. The kitchenette had all we needed for stowing and serving our usual continental breakfast. Bed and bedding were excellent, as were the other furnishings. Plenty of hot water. Good off street parking. Lots of usb outlets. Heat pump for heat and cooling. The hosts clearly want this place to work for their guests. We will return here.

We absolutely loved staying with Gemma. Lovely place, really put so much love into it. Furniture is amazing, really high quality and loads of great taste. The whole family was super cute, they helped us with the laundry, brought us some delicious out milk and cookies as a welcome present, always responded in time. This was exactly the experience you aim for on platforms like air BnB. Absolute highlight!

I came to Newport beach for a conference, and Jeff's place was fantastic! Check in was super easy, the space was as advertised, it was plenty big, the wifi was strong, and the bed was comfortable. The real star of the show was Jeff himself - when I had specific requests, he was always able to make them work. He's a great human being, a great host, and when I'm back in the area, I'd absolutely stay with him again

Everything about this place was amazing!! From the location to the inside and outside of this place, we loved how private it was and how comfortable it felt. We loved it, it was just the perfect size for us three, the bathroom was nice!! And loved the bedroom, it had many good things, also Charles was very responsive, always making sure to answer any question you had! Please make sure to stay in this place if you ever visit LA specially if you have an event near downtown LA or if you want to visit Koreatown. It’s affordable and super nice!! Thank you Charles!!

Lee and his family were very communicative and friendly hosts for our wedding guest weekend in Pasadena! The cottage was extremely cozy and comfy, and we really appreciated the local guidebook, which pointed us to everything that was accessible on foot. Thanks for having us, Lee!

Rachel and John were super welcoming and provided enough space, privacy, and even went the extra mile by providing local guides, and also inviting us to enjoy of the extra amenities and natural features at their home. It felt like being at our own home. Communication and responses were always prompt and clear. They even accomodated and provided an extra portable foam mattress for me, since my teenage daughter sleeps pretty crazy all night, and will not share a bed anyway (emphasis on "teenager" 😅). Closed-in parking a super plus! Their side of town has so much history and museums to visit, a pier, a calm beach, Santa Catalina Island overview (and planned/paid trips there, via boat) Marinas, free Aquarium, and restaurants at walking distance (about 20 minutes in any direction). L.A. is within 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic (Hollywood, Santa Monica, popular attractions, etc.). I loved the historical and peaceful San Pedro. So quiet. Calm. Walkable. Thank you! Will visit again!

I was looking for a place to stay only one night in LA (from San Diego) to see a concert at the Masonic Temple at Hollywood Forever. I was unsure of nearby hotels - price, quality - but when I found Anand’s listing on Airbnb, I knew it was exactly what I needed. Available one night, only a couple blocks from the venue, and I was able to easily arrange my train arrival/ departure around check-in/-out times. Anand was very responsive and provided clear check-in details. The house was easy to find - only 20-minute rideshare from Union Station. The suite was clean, the kitchen was incredibly convenient to have access to, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect. Definitely a 5-star experience!

This was our 2nd stay and it's still a great place! Comfortable beds, super shower and a kitchen with what I needed for the 2 dinners I made. You're close to Eldred Street Stairs, a real uphill slog, but worth it!

Super serene and beautiful experience! We loved every minute spent in that we canceled our going out for dinner plans and just ate food to go so we could eat in and spend more time inside the space. Would definitely return and would need to spend more time on the deck next time, with more additional days on the trip! Thank you very much for the hospitality.

John was great and would answer our emails quickly. The place is absolutely adorable. The shower is amazing! Our dog had a little yard to play in. It really is the perfect place to stay. We would stay here again if the need arises. We even told our friends incase they need a place to stay in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was in the area for work and it was so nice to be in a quiet neighborhood. Heather’s place had everything I needed for my stay. She is quick to respond to messages, which is always appreciated. Instructions for my stay were detailed and easy to follow. Would definitely stay again.

Denisse’s guest house was bigger than expected and very comfortable for our family (3 adults, 4 kids, and an infant). The rooms were huge with 2 queen beds and televisions. One of the rooms even had a small living area with a couch which was great for the kids to watch a movie before bed. The guest provided Disney plus, hulu and more. The area was very safe and clean, I can honestly say we were very comfortable with our nieces playing in the driveway which was gated. We accidentally left the gate open once after an exhausting day and the host was polite and understanding. No one approached the property even when we left the gate open accidentally which spoke greatly of the neighborhood. There were other airbnb guest in other units and they were also polite and respectful. I highly recommend this guest house and property yet I can’t say enough good things about it. Denisse was also very kind, supportive, and responsive at any time.

This was our first stay at an Airbnb and it was a great one. Winnie was very communicative both in response to our questions and proactively. The place was in a nice neighborhood setting, very close to many of the attractions we wanted to see. The place was clean and spacious for the three of us. While there were multiple rental units in the building, our stay was quiet and peaceful. We absolutely recommend Winnie and would stay at her place again.

Great accommodation for my family of four- the beds were nice and spacious and we slept very comfortably! Location is convenient and close to lots of food and shopping (Walmart, Costco, 99 Ranch). We also appreciated the simple check in/out process and all the amenities offered- would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling to Torrance anytime soon!

Great place! Cute furniture, private entrance, assigned parking, working kitchen, hosts were attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had. Liquor store, fruit stand and food within walking distance and close to the freeway. Would definitely stay again! My family and I felt right at home.

Wonderful space and very easy to function in. Had the windows open the whole time and never used heat or A/C! Quick walk to the beach and to the cutest downtown! Perfect location. Very quiet and peaceful. We hated to leave!!

Adorable little place a bit hard to find on Mapquest. Just drive to the house number and park in front of the house. Then turn right at the Corner going south and look for the yellow door immediately on your right. Worth the trouble. Could be I’m just a dummy.
