We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful private villa. The place was exactly as describe, perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the stunning living room with a fully openable wall that overlooked the river and garden - like an indoor-outdoor lounge. It created a seamless connection with nature and was simply breathtaking. The 3BHK villa was spacious, clean, and came with a lovely pool. The caretaker and the chechi who stayed on-site to help with housekeeping and preparing quick meals were courteous and helpful, making our stay all the more comfortable. The location was serene and peaceful - ideal for unwinding.

The place is amazing. Melbin is a very good host, very friendly and treats guests like family. He helped us with the itinerary and cab for the trip around Munnar. The stay was amazing, zero hassles. About the place: The road which leads to the stay from the main road is a bit narrow. But Melbin himself arrived and took us in his car to directly to the stay. The place, the architecture, the plan, the accessories and service is all great. The view, nature, surroundings is nothing less than exceptional. Thank you Melbin for making the stay memorable

Who ever wants to stay in close to nature and surrounded by dense coconut trees and clean air and ideal place to spend with family. The house owner incredibly hospitable, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy ambiance and host has arranged home food was excellent .I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Definitely planning to return!

You will not regret it. The home ticks all the boxes that you can think of and more: location, views, comfort, space, convenience, facilities, privacy and an amazing host who's super kind and ready to assist with all your needs incl food delivery, airport pick up & drop. The home and location was so good, I never bothered to venture out anywhere else during my entire 3 night stay. Hey Cyriac you got awesome place. We expected to stay sandalwood surrounded place only but we have found lot more. Entrance with both sided sandle trees Water canals, Fish pound, Barbecue, Spice trees, Coffee plants, Tree house, Arecanut trees, Beautiful flowers, List is long…. Near to a beautiful river, bamboo trees at river bank, Shakti temple, Church Can go for cycling Seen Turkeys, Deers Bobby acted like host cum guide and took us to these places. Good food. We had plan for one day only realised one is not enough to explore. Thanks Bobby and Cyriac.

The stay at Swastham was great and unforgettable experience. Mr. Joy was so helpful and very friendly. The bungalow has a massive plantation where Mr. Joy took us for visit, it was so pleasant and informative. He described about the plants and cultivation process, my kids and wife enjoyed very well. Had homemade foods daily which is so tasteful. One day Mrs. Joy cooked traditional Kerala style breakfast and it was truly tasty. Every morning we wake up by hearing beautiful sounds of the birds and hot coffee and sit out is unbelievable. There are two caretakers and they were very friendly and we felt like staying in our home. I highly recommend this place. Truly truly amazing. I suggest this place for those who enjoy calm and beautiful stay. The entire property was clean and the host was good and responsive. However the location is about 20 km far from munnar and also don't expect any nearby restaurants (but the host will deliver us the food items if we tell him).Also if u are planning for cooking ,there are local shops for buying groceries.

The location was also perfect—close to nearby attractions, restaurants, or transportation options, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Joby was such a warm and welcoming host. He really looked out for us and made sure we had a comfortable and enriching stay in Anakulam. He arranged breakfast for us as well as a safari ride and he took us to see the elephants drinking water at night, which was amazing to see. The house was spacious and comfortable and in a beautiful setting!
