A comfortable 2-storied unit typical of this part of the world (East Fort area), close to a plethora of temples and alley pathways. The breeze from the pond right in front of the unit is the highlight, and helps spending time on verandah a pleasure in mornings and evenings. All the necessary amenities (working AC, washing machine, cooking facilities, etc) are there to make daily life easier. We were mostly interested in walking to temples through the alleys, especially by late evening. Hosts were gracious to allow us early check in (our flight arrived too early). Another highlight of our trip was the surprise gift from Veenas father. Just accept the experience as it is, nothing more, nothing less - simple life...

One of the great place to stay around Trivandrum. The views are really breathtaking ! The property is fully accesible with ramps and the bathroom wes having grab bars for disabled and elderly people.. Thanks Terry would love to stay there again !

Absolutely great experience. Place was exactly as described- stick n span. Shaly was very helpful and ensured all details/instructions were shared before our checkin. While it's close to the major locations, only downside is the approach road which was bit narrow. But she shared very clear instructions and helped us with parking. This will be the go to place in the city for any visits

family friendly accommodation. 2 big bedroom, spacious living room, dining room, separate kichen and private balcony. vehicle can park inside the property. the place was as per the description. the host and their family staying nearby, always respond to our request. parcel food available in 30 minutes from near by hotels. 4 properties in one compound, highly recommed for group travellers.

The property was nice and clean. We were a family of 10 and it was pretty spacious for us. Noel was very responsive and friendly, and he provided early check in which helped us a lot. Only caveat is that the property is located on a very narrow downward slope, which might be difficult to get to and park inside the property, especially on bigger vehicles.

Great place to stay. Our host, Sony was very helpful. The caretaker, Vimal was also supportive. It was a quiet residential area closer to town and uber services easily available. Overall very happy with the stay.

Big and spacious room. Very neat and clean both living room and bathroom. Caretaker is very helpful and arranged everything you need. Little bit interior but the privacy is maintained. Calm and peaceful place. Nearer to Kovalam beach. Overall worth for money.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. The location was perfect, really close to KIMS, which made things so much easier for us. A big thanks to Renjith—he was so understanding and helpful throughout our stay!

It was one of the most beautiful stays I had recently. Soon after booking, I had a call with Mr. SKJ who was very responsive and sent me the caretaker, Anil's number. Anil again was very helpful with everything. We reached around 30 or so minutes earlier than the check-in time, but Anil made sure we were comfortable and got us the room ready as quickly as possible. The cottage is located in a very beautiful locality surrounded by trees everywhere! If you have the time, there's lots to explore in the vicinity. I am so glad my previous booking with another cottage got canceled and I ended up booking SKJ's Farm coz this was an experience unlike any other - both the stay and the location! Thank you SKJ and Anil! Will be visiting soon again. :)

Luxury Villa @ Vellayani Lake by Explore World

The place was exactly as described and in the pictures. Very thoughtfully built and furnished, quiet and cozy home. Kept well equipped and clean. The host was super cooperative when we realised we were out of cooking gas, he immediately arranged for a new cylinder to be delivered, which was helpful for a family member with health issues. The Vellayani lake viewpoint is close by (3 km) and was peaceful to spend the evening. There is a temple right across and we enjoyed a brief visit there as well.
