The condo is in a great location, just across from a beach and easily walkable to downtown. The place was exactly as described. It's spacious and had everything we needed. A minor repair was needed, and Amark responded immediately and had someone out to resolve it in less than 24 hours! We really enjoyed our stay.

This is a fantastic location for some R&R! Location is very private and the host is extremely considerate and helpful! They are also flexible, willing to work with my schedule changes. I honestly can't say enough good about this property/host! I look forward toward booking with them again! ¡Este es un lugar fantástico para descansar y relajarse! You couldn’t be any closer to the ocean unless you were in it. The view is spectacular and the balcony is where you’ll spend most of your time. The hammocks in the large yard are nice too. It’s easy to get to and find, looks even better than the pictures, and has a fully stocked kitchen. It’s beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. Nearby are local food spots - lots of stops for pinchos, tacos, Guayabo’s nearby, and my favorite Red Flamboyan in Rincon is only about 15 mins away. If you walk down the dead end street, there’s a path to the right that leads to what is essentially a private beach. You’ll be one of the only people there at all times. The house is about 30 mins from Crash Boat and Punta Boriquen, both beautiful beaches. The property offers umbrellas and beach chairs as well. I can’t recommend this property enough!!! It’s halfway

WOW WOW WOW !!!! This pictures are lovely buttttttt when you arrive it will take your breathe away !! This unit was beautiful and booked the same day as I was unhappy with my previous airBNB, and boy am I glad that I decided to look!! I was back home to celebrate my 25th anniversary with hubby as well as my 50th bday !! This unit exceeded ALL expectations !! The most important was PRIVACY, Cesar and his team knocked this out the park. You feel so serene and and at peace in this unit, it was beyond romantic and truly disconnected from the outside. The rain style shower was amazing to have natural sunlight and large windows as you bathe was just ...Lesigh !! The entire layout was well thought and precisely executed, from design to decor this unit is top notch !! Located 10 mins from Crash boat, 30-35 from Rincon and MESON is legit around the corner. Very accessible however you still get your peacefulness. Hubby and I are already looking to book again !!

I had an incredible stay at La Casita Fraysa! The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was super welcoming, responsive, and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great—peaceful yet close to everything I needed. I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Gabriel is an excellent communicator, when a question arose Gabriel was very quick to respond and also helped with some recommendations. The house comfortably fit myself and family of eight, plenty of seats to sit and lounge. The coffee station was a hit with my family. Access to a washer and dryer was very helpful. The outside area was our favorite by far. Having access to an outdoor grill, pool, hot tub and basketball court was perfect. The location was close to all the best beaches- crash boat, jobos, and montones just to name a few.

We loved the villa and location! Looking forward to coming back. Our visit was wonderful!

Great relaxing place. WiFi is not the best if you need to work during your stay. A short drive to beaches and trails.

This house is absolutely beautiful! Exactly like the pictures. The pool is a huge bonus for days you just want to stay home and relax. It is 3 minutes from the airport which is a huge plus! Supermarket, gas station, restaurants, etc are all within a minute or 2 from the house. The host was super friendly and responsive! Whatever we needed, they were always available. I definitely recommend this Airbnb and will stay again in the near future for sure!

Airbnb was very nice. Very clean and up to par with what was listed in the description and photos. Definitely meant for a couple. Orlando was quick with responses and helpful. The only problem was that the wifi was not working however the host stated he is working on it. This airbnb is high up in the mountains and driving into it is on a steep hill. If you're not used to driving on the islands it may be challenging, I'd suggest renting a jeep.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Edwin! Il est très facile de communiquer avec lui pour des questions. Pour une famille de 5, nous avons adoré la grandeur du condo, c’était parfait. Petites choses à savoir, il n’y a pas de condiments (poivre, huile, etc), ni pellicule plastique ou papier d’aluminium, donc juste le prévoir dans vos bagages :) Il y a également beaucoup de moustiques le soir dans ce coin. Nous avons adoré la plage de combate, à quelques minutes du condo. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir!

the place was perfect for my wife and i..everything we needed was in the studio.nice peaceful spot.waterfront was awesome..the Thursday nights festivals downtown rincon are live..the vw bus coffee spot(daily dose) have the best ice coffee.the local beaches are very nice . host was quick to respond with answers and suggestions. will definitely come back...we loved it...

we had a great time on the roof-top and would come again! Although the beach is beautiful, there were very few people there, which we loved. as far as we know there are no shops/restaurants within close walking distance so for that one should plan ahead.

Horacio's condo was exactly as described. It was comfortable for the three of us and had everything we needed in terms of amenities, kitchen equipment, and comfortable beds. The location is great. It's right across the street from the Rincon town beach and an easy walk to beautiful Dona Lala's beach and the town central square. Many other beaches are within a short drive. The patio, pool and outdoor shower were very nice. David

Erica was an amazing host. She provided a great guide, was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The apartment was way more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It was also very clean and tidy as were the property grounds and pool area. The back is literally right there and the sunsets were amazing. I highly recommend this property. The only thing to consider is that there is no elevator so I would reconsider if you are traveling with little ones or people who have a hard time going up the stairs.

Super-great stay. Approaching and walking in, I was surprised how nice it was. Decor was modern yet comfortable, it smelled nice and was very clean. Comfortable bed. The cafe next door serves tasty, yet affordable food (before 3:00 pm). The host was friendly and welcomed my questions. I enjoyed

Pamela was extremely pro active when it came to taking care of our needs. She was very knowledgeable about the entire region and provided us with an abundance of places to visit. I will definitely be staying there again. thank you both for an unforgettable experience.
