Anastasia Island : locations de vacances avec suite privative

We had a wonderful 5 week stay with our gracious and equally wonderful hosts, Paul and Omi. This is an excellent location in a beautiful neighborhood. There is a very peaceful and well kept backyard garden space just out side the cottage which lends a magical air to the property. The cottage itself is small but very cozy and clean... and filled with an artist touch. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommended.

Jennifer's place was awesome. Comfy bed, very clean and super quiet. Great location. Will be back for sure:)

This was our second time staying at The Treehouse. We love the location and access to the park. We enjoyed the farmers market on Saturday and went to a show that night. Highly recommend.

We had such a great time here! The house is lovely with a fantastic front yard facing the beach. Christina was very accommodating & went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable & enjoying our vacation. Hope to come back here again!

David and Patricia were amazing hosts. My girlfriend and I loved the house. It was peaceful, quiet and tucked away, yet had quick and easy access to the beach. I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone. Can’t emphasize the hospitality of Pat and Dave enough.

Perfect location- so close to the beach. Beds were so comfortable. Great shower. High quality linens and towels. They provided everything- great quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic, coffee, coffee filters, hair dryer, even a flat iron. - all fully stocked, no dinky hotel sized bottles. Even left us some fresh fruit. Fresh flowers and living plants throughout. Strong WiFi. Direct TV Washer and dryer. Beach supplies. You could truly come here with just your clothes and be set. Grocery store less than a mile down the road. Bakery around the corner with great coffee- Debra Jeans. Great BBQ across the street at Captains. Plenty of other options too. What stand out most is the attention to detail - they made it easy to be a traveler there. Very impressed and we have stayed at many Airbnb’s.

What a cute little apartment! I needed a place for my son and I to spend a weekend in St Augustine for the holiday events. The place was conveniently located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Everything was within a 10-15 minute drive! The dogs were super friendly and I loved seeing them in the mornings. I will say that the rooster was not my friend haha, but other than that, all was great and we had a pleasant stay.

This was the perfect place to stay; the beach was across the street, the house was charming with room for parking and plenty of space and places to sleep. A big thank you to our hosts! They were helpful, flexible, and friendly.

This spot is top tier. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. So many small thoughtful design touches from the epic bathroom to the high ceilings and skylights, the plants, the outdoor shower, the little dishes on the side of the bed to rest your jewels at night. 10/10 Elijah was communicative, kind, and helpful. Book it.

We enjoyed the tranquility and privacy of the unit. Although it was situated in a neighbourhood a bit south of historic city , everything was accessible by 15-25 minutes by car . Bedroom was spacious with comfortable king bed, room darkening curtains and ceiling fan was appreciated . A sink plug would have been handy to do dishes properly as well as a strainer/ colander. Also we are used to recycling our plastics and paper, but there were no bins so we took a lot of it back home . All in all ,excellent place to stay for the price. Would return again.

Corinne was an amazing host. She was responsive to any concerns and kind. The space was a bit small but would be perfect for a weekend getaway! Overall great stay! Close to the beach and downtown!

Perfect tucked away location with a large area for our pup to roam around freely. Large comfy bed and nice living area. Not a ton of cooking stuff, so make sure you bring what you need (we didn't cook at all, so was ok). Back yard was nice and huge. TVs all connected so it was nice to be able to watch all our apps (and it logged out for us too!).

We had a fantastic stay! The house is in a perfect location, making it easy to explore the area. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again!

It truly is a home away from home! Sara’s home had just about every thing you could think of down to a hair dryer lol Sara gave us a wonderful list of things to do & places to eat. Her home was perfect for the 3 of us and was very clean. I will surely return ❤️

It's a beautiful, spacious place, exactly as pictured. Muriel had the place spotless for us when we arrived, and was responsive and helpful throughout. The short walk to the beach made us feel so spoiled, and there's a lovely Mexican restaurant a few steps down the street as well. Historical St Augustine is within very easy reach, about 4-5 miles down A1A S. We cannot complain about the location or the host. Would definitely book again!

This location is perfect for a small family of 4 (like us 😊). The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was perfect to make a good meal and hang out on the porch. The house is just 5 houses down from the beach entrance. We got in super late due to travel delays and the drive was was full because the upper level of the house was rented too but we just parked on the side of the road in front of the house until morning. The area is beautiful. Nice local restaurants. Definitely would come back for a longer stay.

Our stay was wonderful. I stayed with a dear college friend; and we loved the two-room set up, ability to cook, chill, and eat on the deck; and WONDERFULLY walkable and close, beautiful beach (also close to bars, restaurants and Publix). We made use of the groovy beach bikes and appreciated all the beach towels and ability to wash things. Our hosts were super helpful- above and beyond, really, accomodating our late check-out due to my flight time--- and we caught some great conversations on the deck with them. The place is a comfortable, peaceful haven and we certainly hope to be back...and so does my friend's dog; who LOVED the deck equally while trying to befriend all the cute little lizards.

Loved it! Dima is such a warm and hospitable host. She made me feel right at home. The cottage is wonderful. It is located on a quiet, peaceful property. I really enjoyed my stay. I originally booked it for three months but due to some health issues, I had to cut my visit short. Dima was so kind and worked with me throughout the entire process.
