Our stay at Vivian's beautiful lake house was a long series of pleasant surprises. Where most airbnb's have the bare minimum of cooking supplies, her kitchen was fully stocked, with every appliance and spice you'd need for home cooking right at hand. The beds were comfortable, the sheets spotless, the bathrooms were pristine, and the whole house had a clean and welcoming feel that only comes from dedicated work. The lake equipment was extensive, and allowed us to make many treasured memories out on the water. And to top it all off, she left a platter of homemade chocolate chip cookies on the counter as a welcoming gift. We would happily stay here again, I can't emphasize enough how well kept this house is.

Stayed here with the family for a fishing trip. Perfect amount of rooms, TONS of space. Kitchen and bathrooms were nice. Still a little confused about the layout because it’s so spacious. Upstairs is awesome, the games are definitely a fun touch. Host was super helpful/responsive. For being in Detroit, I’d say this is a good find and reasonable pricing.

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

Great experience! Cute and cozy little spot but close to so many things in Royal Oak. House was clean, local recommendations were helpful, and very easy check in and check out process. We would stay here again!

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. This Airbnb was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning property and warm hospitality of the hosts. The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could have wanted. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

My husband and I were looking for accommodation close to my best friend's wedding venue and home when we discovered Michael and Patti's rental. The place was easy to find, comfortable, and they were wonderful hosts. The mornings were beautiful and peaceful, filled with the sounds of birds. I would definitely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Had a great stay, the place was cozy, very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen had everything I needed. It was quiet, but also close to some great restaurants and supermarkets. Check-in was very easy. Couch and bed were both very comfortable! I would definitely stay there again.

My brothers and I with our significant others always get together for a weekend at the Renaissance Festival in Holly and this was literally the perfect cabin for us - close enough that we could go to and from if we needed a break during our long days at the Faire and peaceful enough at night to come back to and relax or play games like we love to do together. Plenty of space that we could all have beds and felt cozy. The lake is beautiful this time of year and even was warm enough that we could have swam after if we wanted or weren’t warn out from our long days. Parking was easy to figure out even with four vehicles. Host was responsive and super helpful and even allowed us to check in early when we realized that we would rather all drive in together last second. (Whoops! Poor planning on my part.) There was even provided water which was lovely as well, and a really nice touch when it comes to well water! Thank you so much and we will be back!

I was very pleased with this booking. Jerald was a lovely host. The house is gorgeous and clean. Jerald has an eye for decorating and everything was beautiful. I love to read and loved the book selection! We felt very safe and the outside area was beautiful. There are lots of beautiful song birds and other critters around and in the canal. I would definitely book this place for a long weekend and would love relaxing on the deck or by the fire pit with a book from the house! It is a perfect location for any activities in Detroit, or for an extended stay. Highly recommend!

The Lodge was a great place for our family to stay for a family wedding! We had a great experience, very close to lovely Clarkston! Dan was really great. The lodge was a great place fore us to gather and relax for this fun event. Hanging out during the day as well after events. It was great!

Stephanie and Dana's place is great and they answered all of my questions whenever I had concerns. the place is clean and has a fully stocked pantry and kitchen, we enjoyed the pool and rec centre very much. the resort is quiet and clean, the staff and residents are friendly and helpful, unlike other camp grounds that we have been that people were rowdy and loud until midnight. we had a great time relaxing and have fun in Stephanie and Dana's place and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Perfect spot for my mom & I to stay while we visited family in the area. We loved the cozy-chic cabin vibe. The decor was beautiful and SO COMFORTABLE, from the couch to the beds. Well-appointed kitchen for all our needs & we appreciated the Keurig. It’s very quiet, and the skylights are amazing. We took advantage of the nearby hiking trail on a frosty morning - perfect start to the day. When I had a couple questions, Annalisa was very quick to respond. We miss the Hideaway already and hope to visit again!!

Enjoyed our stay very clean a lot of necessities for us more than expected you really don’t need to bring anything but food they had everything you could think of there to use for cooking supplies… was also was very easy to find and the neighbors around us were nice also would definitely recommend…

Stephanie was very sweet and welcoming. The place was just like the pictures and much more! Anything that you could think of, that you might need for the kitchen, was there. There was also games that was provided as well as a guest book for recommendations for food. There was also wine openers, water and ice available to you. I felt very comfortable there, 10/10 would recommend. Looking forward to possibly booking again in the future!
