This apartment was perfect for me. I was in town for work and the location was great! Near where I needed to be every day, easy walk to cute downtown Auburn Hills, and access to the Clinton River Trail is about a block away. Plus the apartment had all the amenities I was looking for. I would definitely book Jared's place again.

I stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend just to relax and spend time together and this was the perfect place! The home was extremely comfortable and clean and had everything you could possibly need like a true home away from home. We came from Livonia, MI and were unfamiliar with Ferndale, and were so pleased with how extremely safe the community was and how walkable it was even after a snowstorm. Craig was also such a great host, he made everything so easy and always responded in a timely manner. LOVE this place!!! Would absolutely stay again!!

We enjoyed all the comforts of home in this lovely house while getting to know Rochester. Gabe was super responsive and helpful. There was plenty of space to enjoy extended family time. Wooded trails out the back door and an amazing neighborhood park were added bonuses! The kitchen had everything we needed. A great home base for experiencing all that Rochester has to offer!

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, lots of space, adequate parking and had all the amenities we needed! Host is very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and will book again for future stays!

The beautiful restoration work on the exterior of the mansion is simply amazing. The interior was more modern than expected, but clean, bright, and well designed. The location was terrific. The Q-Line was truly within walking distance and we used it to go south on Woodward Ave. to shops and restaurants. We also picked were able to easily pick up the People Mover (after taking the Q-line south to Grand Circus Park) and move above locations on its route without driving. There are many architectural marvels within sight of the Edmond. Additionally there are restaurants, bars, and bakeries within distance as well. It was a very nice stay and a perfect location.

Great stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing & the communication / correspondence was thorough & prompt. A fellow artist & myself were staying in town for the week to paint murals at a new & restaurant opening up & it was exactly what we needed. An oasis of rest & relaxation! My husband and I came to Detroit to see Jack White at the Masonic Temple! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for us! The Airbnb was beautiful, clean, and had a ton of amenities! We loved the special touches from the host! We parked in the parking garage a street over recommended by the host. It was $20 and we left the car overnight no problems! We didn’t use our car while there as we were able to get a Lyft or walk with how close everything was to the Airbnb. It was nice to walk after the concert to a local restaurant and then right to the Airbnb after a late dinner and drinks. The host messaged checking in throughout our stay which was so kind and appreciated! This is probably the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Detroit I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
