Super location to access the ski lfts.

Wonderful cabin in Eagle River, perfect for a group getaway! The house is super cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Hot tub and pool table were a big hit for our group of 10. We especially loved turning off the lights at night and watching the moon through the huge panoramic windows — such a peaceful experience! We were hoping to catch the Northern Lights, but even without them, the view was magical. Linens and towels were spotless and smelled great. All amenities worked perfectly. The cabin has a beautiful rustic feel with high ceilings, wood interiors, and a warm dining space for meals and games. The small touches like the Christmas tree made it feel extra homey. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and be close to nature while still having all the comforts of home!

This house was a wonderful place to spend a ski vacation at Alyeska. The kitchen was very well furnished and thoughtful things like a bluetooth speaker, dual washer/dryer, and boot dryer were included. The house is also the perfect location for apres ski to enjoy the high end hot tub and barrel sauna. The ski resort is any easy 4 minute drive with plenty of parking. A fun twist on skiing, the resort does not open until 10am, so we enjoyed many relaxing mornings with several pots of coffee before heading out. The Girdwood famous Double Musky Inn restaurant(great for steaks and deserts) is an easy 10 minute walk. There is a recreation path on the mtn road, so you could even bike to the resort if you wanted to. Be sure to stock up on groceries in Anchorage before heading to Girdwood as the town is small and does not have a full sized grocery.

This Airbnb was amazing. The unit matched the photographs perfectly and was very comfy for our group of 8, which included 4 teen boys. The activities in the house and of course, in Girdwood made for a perfect stay!! I mentioned to my staff that I was not coming home after spending some time in the massage chair. It was very clean and just as advertised. The icing on the cake was Trenitie’s responsiveness on every question we had in advance of our visit. We would love to return to the area and hope that we can stay in this home away from home, again! It was perfect!!! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Holly’s place for a ski trip with our kids and some extra family. The location is amazing - private and also walking distance to the lifts. We loved the fully stocked kitchen, cozy atmosphere, upstairs TV space and amenities. The mudroom with space to hang wet ski gear is incredibly helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Girdwood!

The home was very comfortable for a group of 6! There were different living areas to spread out into, which was nice. Emily came by to meet us and gave us some wonderful suggestions for our trip, I just can't say enough good things! Can't wait to come back during ski season!

This was a great stay for my group traveling up for a hockey tournament. The space was great for being able to visit in the living room, play card games at the table and being able to cook and visit in the kitchen. The cozy nooks for relaxing or reading were great too.The beds were comfortable, and hot tub was a treat fir those that used it after playing hockey. If you are a large group be sure to carpool and aware of the vehicle limit. We were able to logistically work with this so it didnt become an issue. Overall we loved the space and were grateful to have a place that provided the space for our group and within a good distance to the rinks. Tanya was responsive at check in, and check out and with any questions we had. She was easy to work with and we also appreciated the ability to check in early.

If you want to be reminded what peaceful feels like, if you want to reminded how beautiful nature can be, and if your spirit needs to be renewed and refreshed then THIS is the spot to go. A truly unique and special retreat! We loved the swans and ducks, the cozy wood stove and stunning lake views. Every detail was perfect, and we definitely will return.

This place is fantastic. We had a wonderful 5 days of skiing powder at Alyeska and Brittany’s place did not disappoint! The beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and hot tub amazing after a day of skiing. Literally walkable to the lifts…couldn’t be more pleased

Mackenzie's cabin was mostly exactly as described. The only exception was the third bed. While she described ladder access to all beds which is accurate the third bed is located in a small nook above a storage area. In order to be comfortable in this bed one must not have any trace of claustrophobia. Otherwise the cabin was beautifully decorated and clean. The hot tub did seem like it needed a water change or chemical adjustment, there was an excessive foam layer when the jets turned on, in addition to debris from the trees and foliage around on the bottom of the hot tub. The hot tub cover was pretty water logged making it heavier to remove and place back on.

The place is a small distance off the road accessible via a gravel/dirt road. It's easy to find and a very quiet location. There is a neighbor close by, but they're quiet and respectful just in case that's a concern for anyone. Wifi was fast, kitchen was clean, there was a washer and dryer, the hot tub worked, and the place fit 10 adults perfectly. I used the keurig machine everyday. Russ was responsive in addressing concerns. I would stay here again if I were to come back to Alaska. Thanks for hosting us!

This was the perfect little getaway for my husband and I’s first wedding anniversary. It was peaceful and secluded. We were close enough to town that if we wanted to go out we could have but with all of the kitchen supplies we cooked every last meal. The kitchen was by far our favorite space (though the patio and wood-fired hot tub were a close second). And as two ex-baristas the espresso machine was a great bonus. Michelle was so responsive and helpful! When we did have questions we did not have to wait long for a response. We would definitely stay here again and you should too!

The view of the hillside was nice to watch the skiers come down. The hot tub was a great touch even though we didn’t have an opportunity to use it. Everything was clean and described as expected.

All the amenities of home in the seclusion of Alaska, just 15 minutes off the well-beaten path! This place was just as lovely as the pictures show, if not better. We enjoyed the hot tub each night after long days exploring the lake and surrounding areas. The waterfowl and wildlife were unmatched. The WiFi was even better than back home. All facilities were immaculately maintained and well cared for and you can tell the folks that care for this cabin take a lot of pride in it. Please note: This cabin is truly off the well-beaten path. The last 10-15 minutes to the cabin include a mix of gravel roads and one ways. Jennifer went above and beyond in being communicative and transparent with us about the location and accessibility of this cabin and we knew what we were getting into. We were thrilled to stay in such a tranquil place where we saw only one car go by in 3 days! We will definitely be back!
