I can't remember the last time I stayed in an airbnb that wasn't feeling tired and worn out. This home was fresh, inviting, clean, well stocked with great condition pans/utensils/gadgets, the knives were super sharp! That never happens happens anymore! Our group was able to cook big meals after a long day of skiing. Being walkable to the lifts, ticket offices, and Sitzmark was a win for our group. Incredible murphy beds for our kiddos. Plenty of room for our boards/skis, boots to dry downstairs. Can't say enough great things!

Fantastic view of the frozen lake from the deck! We thought winter there would be boring and covered with white snow, but we were wrong. The iced lake reflected beautiful blue shade when sunrise and sunset. It is Amazing! We enjoyed our entire time staying at the property. From the windows of open spaces living room and dining room and from the deck, we can see open beautiful lake view. The house is big, beautiful, open spaces and by the beautiful lake. Feeling of welcome when we first stepped in. The house is very clean. We had everything that we needed there. Owner provided quality materials to use. Host Rebekah is very nice. She responded to our questions within a short period of time. A plus that I would giving for this house is the water came from the refrigerator tasted better than most other the water bottled. We appreciated water source in AK vs. CA I wish I could stay there longer. Definitely will come back.

Beautiful and clean lodging that is well located close to the ski resort and things to do. Jamie was very responsive and accommodating. Lots of spices and groceries left for us. Beautiful furnishing, and not cluttered. The upstairs apartment was nice, but had 20+ steep steps. The hot tub was really, really nice and appreciated. Last week we rented in Palm Springs and they charged $100 to be able to use the hot tub! Overall, a great rental experience.

Booked property for our traveling Board members for our Board Meeting in August and they loved it! They had nothing but positive things to say and loved the location! We will definitely be booking this property again! Thank you, John, we love your rental!

Everything is as advertised. We had a very cozy and relaxing long weekend enjoying the nearby trail and lagoon then lounging in the comfortable recliners by the fireplace or soaking in the hot tub. Close to downtown and a variety of restaurants, cafes, diners, pubs, malls, and groceries. Very responsive host and was quick to answer any and all questions promptly even before we checked in. Was very knowledgeable about local to dos (and what not to do). It may seem silly but they have an excellent welcome binder to get settled and to help plan your visit to Anchorage. Would recommend and would stay again!

Kim’s place was great. It is very comfortable and the location is very quiet. The views are fantastic. The kitchen is nice for making meals. The two bedrooms have a little distance between them which could be nice for multiple guests. I ended up travelling alone so the space was more than enough for me. I appreciated that it was warm and well lit inside!

John’s a great host. Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating. We enjoyed our time at his rental. It was everything we needed and more, especially with our little one and our dog. We highly recommend his rental if you’re a visitor to Alaska. It’s a great location for getting outside to the mountains or traveling to nearby communities during your stay.

We have been doing an annual ski trip in Girdwood with our large group for 3 years. This was by far the best place we’ve stayed! Cale and Taylor were super responsive and even let us check in early. Price was good, they accepted dogs, and the location was perfect for walking to the brewery and taking the kids to the park. Plus, a short drive to the mountain. Their home is modern, clean, and spacious. It has all the amenities, plenty of nice dishes and things, with bathrooms well stocked with extras like face wipes and lotion. It was great to plug the kids into the movie room downstairs while we visited upstairs. The deck of the dining room was enjoyable in the sun. And it had a proper dining table for all! The only downside is there isn’t a bathroom in the basement, and the shower is on the 2nd floor, BUT not a deterrent for us at all. Just stick the folks with small bladders upstairs :) We will absolutely be rebooking!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Makiko’s place. The creek running under the house created a peaceful atmosphere.

This is a wonderful location with great hosts and wonderful views. The hosts, Dan and Kim, were very responsive to our questions. The directions sent with other information were very helpful. Lots of great places to eat. The tram to the roundhouse was awesome and local gold mine where we panned for some gold. The house is beautiful and as described. Loved our stay. Will definitely book again if I get back to Alaska in the future.

Simon's place is such a gem and Simon is a wonderful host. We love staying there and walking right up to the ski lift!

We used this place as a base to start hiking through Resurrection Pass. It was easy to find and comfortable. It was bigger than we expected! Due to weather, exhaustion, and injuries we had to come back early and they were able to accommodate us last minute! We were so grateful for their hospitality and flexibility. It made it so we could rest and recover comfortably. Definitely would recommend and will be back again.

Great place to stay a short walk from the mountain. Very comfortable accommodations. Makiko was very helpful.

Very nice studio and super convenient to the slopes, as well as the multiple amenities offered by the Alyeska resort. Nice small touches as well. The updated bathroom and shower were very nice.

This place was exactly as described. Very clean, plenty of space. Very rustic and beautiful surroundings. Deborah was extremely responsive to my questions. The kitchen wasn't as modern, but it fit in with the rest of the house. Everything was functioning correctly. The laundry room was a super blessing to have access to! The only caveat to all this beauty was the location. You need to add about 35 minutes to anywhere you want to go in Anchorage because it's in a very remote location, and the road to get there is full of potholes. But the views are breathtaking! Totally recommend for the outdoor enthusiast and for anyone looking to seriously get away from it all!

A great place to stay and discover Anchorage. We loved the wood stove that is creating a very warm atmosphere. Jason is an exceptional host, extremely responsive!

We had a lovely stay in Girdwood (what a cute place!), the apartment was very conveniently located for skiing and had everything we needed for a wonderful and very comfortable skiiing holiday. We absolutely hope to return and would stay here again :)

Had a wonderful stay here at this beautiful cabin! Shane at outpost was very nice and made sure that all was well throughout our stay. Me and my girlfriend had an excellent 2nd anniversary trip thanks to y’all! Definitely recommend, and I’d love to be back sometime! Thanks again!

We loved this place so much. The cabin was very clean and cozy, and it had all the amenities we needed. The check in and check out process was smooth. Loved the location with it being close to Hatcher Pass. I'd definitely be staying here again and would recommend this to friends!

Snowmachines + toasty fire right on the Iditarod route + the best homemade moose chili we’ll ever have = the ultimate in Southern hospitality…but in Alaska!

Loved how private the location was! Sitting on the deck gave an amazing view of the snow capped mountains and had spectacular sunrises and sunsets! The cabin was spacious, kitchen stocked with fresh coffee beans, and all the fixings. Will definitely be back and refer this to everyone visiting the Palmer and Wascila area!

Ron's place is absolutely wonderful! It is peaceful and quiet, and his animals are so friendly. The view is immaculate and the location is perfect. Staying here feels just like being at home. Even with no running water, this has been my favorite air bnb in Ak so far. Can't wait to book another stay!

Our stay at the cabin was great! It was so comfortable and had everything you needed. The views were amazing! The highlight of the trip was seeing the Northern Lights from the decks! Incredible! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend the cabin to others!
