Beautiful space with many thoughtful amenities! Wonderful location just next to the University and not far from many shopping options. Hosts communicated well and were very responsive during our stay. Would definitely stay there again!

This house was a wonderful place to spend a ski vacation at Alyeska. The kitchen was very well furnished and thoughtful things like a bluetooth speaker, dual washer/dryer, and boot dryer were included. The house is also the perfect location for apres ski to enjoy the high end hot tub and barrel sauna. The ski resort is any easy 4 minute drive with plenty of parking. A fun twist on skiing, the resort does not open until 10am, so we enjoyed many relaxing mornings with several pots of coffee before heading out. The Girdwood famous Double Musky Inn restaurant(great for steaks and deserts) is an easy 10 minute walk. There is a recreation path on the mtn road, so you could even bike to the resort if you wanted to. Be sure to stock up on groceries in Anchorage before heading to Girdwood as the town is small and does not have a full sized grocery.

We stayed at this Airbnb for 10 days with two young children. Upon arrival we noticed the the home was a located on quiet street tucked away from busy traffic but also within reasonable walking distance to a grocery store. The home was absolutely pristine and decorated nicely. We enjoyed a full kitchen that was stocked with pots and pans, dishes and cooking utensils for cooking our meals. Our hosts were attentive and made sure they were readily available to answer any questions. I recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, and immaculately kept home.

Nelia’s place was so convenient after a long flight into anchorage airport, it was only about 10 minutes away. It was an easy check in, and the house was very clean, and decorated super cute. The beds were very comfy and she provided extra blankets. We were very cozy and would definitely stay here again when in anchorage! Thanks for everything Nelia!

My stay at this place was pretty great. The host was very responsive, proactive and flexible. Very appreciative of being to stay somewhere close to get certain places in Anchorage quickly. Not only that, but the place was very clean, and had the essential amenities. Definitely recommend this place.

Nice place to stay. Everything was very clean. It was my wife and 2 kids that stayed there, even then it was still plenty of room. Only thing I didn’t like was the pull out sofa, it was not comfortable. But I don’t think I’ve ever slept on a comfy pull out sofa. Overall, great stay.

My kids loved the how much space it has compared to a hotel. They appreciated the courtesy airbed and fan! Us adults appreciated the coffee maker and dishes with the fridge made it so homey compared to hotel. Everything of this place was well worth it!

Rubys place was easy to find and very comfortable and we felt right at home. Would absolutely recommend 10/10.

This place had so many extras that other Airbnb locations don’t have. They had a white noise machine, percussive massager which was great for muscle recovery after hiking and cross country skiing, a variety of teas, coffee makers, a variety of pillows, day packs and water bottles if needed, and they supply bear spray in the summer months. They had a great book with recommendations in the area as well. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Great central spot to call home while you explore the surrounding area. Super clean, extremely comfy bed, all the comforts of home. Jonathan even had a small basket of snacks and coffee, which was a life saver since I landed late and didnt get to the store. Super detailed instructions and easy to get find. Kitchen has everything you need including a coffee maker, coffee and basic cooking needs like salt/pepper & olive oil. I even got to meet Jonathan, who was super friendly and nice. I didnt use the patio area but it was very inviting and lite up nice with yard lights at night. I would recommend this place if you need a homebase in Anchorage!

I really enjoyed my 5 days there. Looks like a great location for summer use. Owner has an herbal greenhouse which as a guest was free to pick and use. The location was cental and easy to get to any location in Anchorage. Definitely will stay there again

In a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the mountain and to the brewery. The place was very clean and quiet. The kitchen was super nice and fully stocked, which was a nice bonus!

Steve's place was exactly what was needed. Our accommodation we booked in May canceled at the last minute and Steve's place was a perfect fit. He was responsive, the house was nice and the location was great! Would definitely book again.

Staying here was a wonderful experience! A perfect little escape in Hope, so remote, and all the amenities -- including the most amazing breakfast! The beds were so comfy, the cabins were warm, and we had the perfect space to prep for our next days bikepacking adventure. Having a hot breakfast ready and accessible was a great start to the day! I would definitely stay again/recommend to anyone hoping to experience a peaceful and beautiful remote Alaska experience!

Responsive host & everything matched the ad. Simple rules & check-out was straightforward. Would stay here again, good proximity to civilization but still plenty out there enough to see the stars.

My husband stayed at Jim’s property for three nights and there are not enough great things I can say about it. The cabin is beautiful and we felt right at home. Jim greeted us as soon as we arrived and showed us the cabin and the property. The hot tub was easy to use and so nice to hang out in. We had a lovely evening hanging out with Jim and Teresa one night too. Fishing from the dock was fun too and there are a bunch of ways to get on the water if you would like too. The place was clean and clearly very loved. Overall this is a beautiful property and our time here was just perfect. Definitely recommend!

Mackenzie's cabin was mostly exactly as described. The only exception was the third bed. While she described ladder access to all beds which is accurate the third bed is located in a small nook above a storage area. In order to be comfortable in this bed one must not have any trace of claustrophobia. Otherwise the cabin was beautifully decorated and clean. The hot tub did seem like it needed a water change or chemical adjustment, there was an excessive foam layer when the jets turned on, in addition to debris from the trees and foliage around on the bottom of the hot tub. The hot tub cover was pretty water logged making it heavier to remove and place back on.

This is my third stay at this location. I absolutely love it for it’s peaceful and quiet surroundings. I will certainly be back again!

First time using Airbnb, I was not disappointed at all.

Absolutely beautiful place with amazing views! Very comfortable beds with sounds machines in each room. Erica was super responsive and very accommodating. We LOVED this place and would recommend it to anyone!!
