Andrea and Flavio were excellent hosts. The location is perfectly situated just outside the city gates. The parking on premises was very convenient and saved us a lot of money. The tub was perfect to give our little one a bath and the children’s park just a five-minute walk away was perfect to keep everyone happy as we would come and go in the city. I highly recommend this BNB to everyone, especially families.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

Really beautiful Airbnb. The host was suuuuper friendly and responsive, always checking up on us and giving recommendations, making sure we had everything we needed. Great location at the top of the town, and super peaceful. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Our stay was great overall—the space was clean and well-maintained, and the host was welcoming and helpful. However, we did find the heating a bit insufficient, which made the nights a little chilly. Despite that, we still had an enjoyable experience

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

casa pulita e accogliente a pochi km da Urbino. Ideale per un soggiorno tra amici perché gli spazi sono veramente ampi. la chicca è il caminetti che Angelo ci ha gentilmente fatto trovare acceso al nostro arrivo. consigliatissimo!

Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

Guiseppe und Maria sind herzliche und sehr nette Gastgeber! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Es ist ein ruhiger Platz, ideal zum Entspannen. Aber auch gut gelegen, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen zu können. Gerne wieder, danke für alles!

So happy to report that our Airbnb in Riccione surpassed our wildest expectations - super clean, spacious, large balcony, high quality kitchen equipment, beautiful ocean view, near the beach, steps away from good restaurants, the train station, bike rental, Gelato (of course) and a Conad grocery store. Daniela and the front desk staff were always very helpful. We’ll be back!

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! We reserved the house for our colleagues. The house is very spacious, well laid out, clean, suitable for a longer stay, as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und mit dem privaten Pool außergewöhnlich. Die Lage ist super zentral direkt in der Altstadt umgeben von vielen Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit Chiara war freundlich und unkompliziert, wir würden hier direkt wieder buchen.

It was a beautiful and complete house in a good location with nice views. The house is clean and richly equipped. Close to Fabriano, so all amenities nearby. Paolo is a very friendly and helpful host who is always ready to answer your questions. For the pizza oven and bbq, all necessities were present, so we used this several times. A lovely pool and beautiful garden, we enjoyed our stay.

Tolle Villa! Lage, Pool, Gelände und Villa sind ein Traum! Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit zwei Familien geeignet. Die Kommunikation war einfach und alle waren sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I took three kids to Roberta and Vania's house and it is just perfect. Close to San Severino but also perfectly placed to go exploring in the immediate area. The house itself is wonderful and the pool kept the kids busy! Very relaxing and could not recommend enough. Vania and Roberta were always contactable and are so kind and friendly. A super experience all round. Thank you!

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.
