È stato un gran bel soggiorno alla casetta Sant’ Angelica! Roberto è un ottimo host, gentile, disponibile e molto simpatico. Abbiamo trovato la casa comoda per noi 4 adulti con 3 pelosi, materassi comodi, cucina attrezzata, doccia perfetta e piscina molto utile. Nonostante il terreno sia in pendenza non ci ha creato difficoltà per le nostre serate all’aperto e i pelosi erano in totale libertà essendo la proprietà completamente recintata. Torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo passato un we fra amiche in questa casa dotata di tutti i confort necessari per passare del tempo lontano dal caos quotidiano. L'host è stata molto disponibile e ci ha fornito via telefono le indicazioni per raggiungere la casa, che si sono rivelate molto chiare. La casa corrispondeva in pieno a quanto descritto sul sito e abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno.

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

I just returned from the most incredible stay at a villa in Umbria, Italy, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Italian hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The villa itself was like something out of a storybook—stunning stone walls, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of rolling hills that seemed to stretch on forever. The interiors were beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Each morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace while soaking in the sun and the magnificent scenery. The kitchen was a dream for cooking enthusiasts like me; we even picked up fresh ingredients from a nearby market and whipped up our own Italian The locals were incredibly friendly, making our experience even more special. I’ve traveled quite a bit, but nothing compares to the magic of Umbria. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to recharge and immerse yourself in Italian culture this villa is it!

Abbiamo trascorso giorni davvero indimenticabili immersi nella pace e nel verde. La casa è perfetta,pulita, curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di tutti i comfort. La Jacuzzi sul terrazzo è un vero valore aggiunto: fare un aperitivo sotto il cielo stellato al caldo, specialmente a Capodanno, è stato magico! Il camino in salotto non solo riscaldava l’ambiente, ma contribuiva a creare un’atmosfera unica e accogliente. All’esterno, la bellezza della natura circostante è mozzafiato: un campo pieno di oliveti, verde e vari animali carinissimi. È stato rigenerante svegliarsi con questi paesaggi ogni giorno! Altro punto forte è sicuramente la posizione: strategica per visitare i luoghi più belli dell’Umbria, una regione che già amavamo ma che abbiamo avuto il piacere di scoprire ancora di più durante il nostro soggiorno. Grazie di cuore a Micaela e Stefano, padroni di casa eccezionali, sempre disponibili, pazienti e cortesi;ci siamo sentiti sempre coccolati. Torneremo sicuramente in primavera!!

il nostro soggiorno, anche se di una notte, è stato veramente piacevole. La casa ha uno stile "cottage" che è piaciuto molto, era molto accogliente, pulito e con tutto il necessario. la signora che ci ha ricevuto per il check in e check out è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Per quanto riguarda la location, negli immediati dintorni non c'è molto, ma in macchina a meno di 5 minuti già si trovano ottimi ristoranti ed altro. Assolutamente consigliato!

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

Spello is a beautiful village, and Paolo's place has a great location. Really good view, and in a peaceful street.

We hebben een heel fijn en rustig verblijf gehad. Heel vriendelijke host; een zeer ruim en net appartement waar alles aanwezig is wat je nodig hebt; een heel aangenaam zwembad met heerlijk uitzicht op de heuvels; fijne restaurants in de buurt en dichtbij de zee. Ideale plek om te verblijven.

Posto perfetto per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Immerso nel verde, con bellissimi dintorni, è il luogo ideale per chi viaggia con gli amici a quattro zampe. Alessandro è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Perfetto se si è interessati ad andare sia a San Marino che a Rimini e Riccione. Se ripassiamo in zona, torneremo sicuramente qui!

Trotz verspätung der Anreise hat uns Stefania sehr herzlich und mit einem leckeren Wein im Kühlschrank empfangen. Sie hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt und viele Ausflugsempfehlungen ausgedruckt. Während unserem Auffenthalt war sie immer erreichbar und hat uns mit Kräutern und Gewürzen ausgestattet, damit wir in der ansonsten sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche kochen konnten. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und klimatisiert. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön und es gibt viele alte sehenswerte Orte und leckere Restaurants die zwischen 2 und 15 Fahrminuten schnell zu erreichen sind. Unser Urlaub dort hat uns sehr gefallen und wir werden bestimmt noch einmal dort buchen! Stefania und auch ihr Mann sind unglaublich nett.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir haben sehr viele Tipps und Empfehlungen bekommen und sehr viele Angebote von denen erhalten, sodass man sich wohlfühlen konnte. Bei Kleinigkeiten wurde auch immer auf uns geachtet. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Siamo stati nell'alloggio di Cristina una settimana con mio marito ed i nostri due bimbi piccoli. Che dire? È stato tutto perfetto! La casa è splendida, dentro e fuori. Internamente è tutto scelto con molta cura, ben arredato e tutto molto pulito, tanto da renderla così accogliente da sentirci come se fossimo a casa. Anche l'esterno è veramente bello, dalla terrazza al giardino, noi lo abbiamo sfruttato poco ma solo perché fuori stagione, sarebbe da tornarci solo per rivivere la casa anche nella bella stagione. Cristina è stata fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli e suggerimenti nonché coccolati sotto ogni punto di vista regalando anche una bella esperienza ai nostri bimbi. Direi dunque che è stato tutto davvero perfetto, da ripetere sicuramente.

We had a wonderful stay at Domenico E Michela's. The property was a great size and layout for our large party, it felt cozy yet spacious. The location was ideal, close to the train station (although you never hear it!) as well as a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Hosts were highly communicative and helpful, even coming over short notice to help us with the fireplace. Highly recommend!

Non abbiamo visto Claudia di persona però abbiamo incontrato Stefano ( suocero) gentilissimo sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta , casolare fantastico piano terra con patio con griglia e dentro con camino con abbondante legna da ardere, tutto in ordine e pulizia anche utensili e biancheria !!! Consiglio vivamente questo posto

The house is located in a beautiful area! The views are stunning and the house is comfortable. We made a barbecue, went for hikes and enjoyed the surroundings 😊 it was a lively weekend!

We had a wonderful week's stay at La Capuccina. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable for us and our two teenage children. The photographs really do not do justice to how beautiful the villa and its surrounding gardens are. The villa is well furnished and the kitchen in particular is the best we have ever had in a holiday villa. The gardens are lovely, full of olives, figs, palms, myrtle and oleander. They are kept at their best by Mr Mino who gardens and cleans the pool a couple of times a week. He left us tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes and figs from the grounds. The pool is clean and just as lovely as it looks in the photos, with 8 comfortable loungers. The stand out feature for us however was the lovely big dining table set underneath a beautiful loggia outside the kitchen. The loggia is shady and surrounded by climbing flowering shrubs; the view out across the hills and valleys of Le Marche towards the coast is spectacular. A great villa and we hope to return.

Casa perfetta per 8/10 persone in zona molto tranquilla e con vedute splendide sui Monti Sibillini. Super apprezzata la jacuzzi all'aperto.

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

Alloggio molto bello con spazi adeguati ad ospitare un gruppo numeroso di persone (noi eravamo 12). Abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno presso Casa Bellavista, alloggio che sicuramente esprime meglio tutte le sue potenzialità in stagione estiva ma comunque adattissimo anche per chi vuole passare un weekend in compagnia in una zona molto tranquilla. Celeri nelle risposte e sempre molto disponibili, sicuramente valuteremo se tornare anche d’estate per trascorrerci qualche giorno.

Fantastisch huis op een prachtige plek! In een dal tussen de olijfbomen en druivenstruiken. Het huis is gezellig opgedeeld en er is genoeg ruimte om samen te zijn, of even af te zonderen. Ruime voorzieningen:bestek, borden etc en alles keurig schoon. We hebben helaas een paar dagen noodweer gehad, dus erg fijn dat er regelmatig gevraagd werd hoe het met ons ging. Het zwembad en de tuin werden super onderhouden. Een engelse informatiemap zou nog handig zijn geweest. Voor de mensen die wat beter Italiaans spreken lag er ruim informatie. Daarnaast kwamen wij er zelf wat laat achter dat de jacuzzi en buitenspa tegen bijbetaling gebruikt konden worden, dit was voor ons een best ruim bedrag. Al met al een heerlijke week gehad, in een prachtig huis, vriendelijke host en zeker het aanbevelen waard!
