Mini appartamento dotato di tutti i confort. Bello il bagno con comoda e ampia doccia. Particolarmente apprezzabile l’ampia terrazza dove poter cenare e rilassarsi al fresco

What an incredible house! It was definitely off the beaten path but, if you're looking for a peaceful place with a view, you cannot beat that with Lolita's place. I will add that Lolita and her husband went out of their way to fix a wi-fi issue on our arrival, which we very much appreciated since the house is remote and cell service can be spotty. The weather was rainy while we were there so we weren't able to take advantage of the outdoor kitchen set up they have but, if we are ever in the area again during the summer, I'd love to spend a few more days taking advantage of everything the place has to offer.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 ( 3 bambini e 2 adulti) dimora come da foto casa ben tenuta con ampi locali! Vista dal terrazzo magnifica! Piscina grande ben tenuta e pulita! Poco distante c’è un centro commerciale molto fornito ! Spiagge molto pulite e mare stupendo! Pardo è la moglie sono due persone molto discrete e cordiali, sempre disponibili a darti indicazioni! Che dire…. soggiorno perfetto che consiglio a chiunque volesse trascorrere una vacanza all insegna del relax! Ci torneremo sicuramente ! Consigliatissimo

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento assolutamente di qualità in tutto, con quel qualcosa in più..... La grande cura dei particolari e le attenzioni dei proprietari hanno reso il nostro soggiorno veramente piacevole. Sarà un piacere poter tornare, grazie a Marco ed Eleonora.

The accommodation was very pleasant, clean. We had a very good stay. Pierpaolo was very nice and helpful when we needed something. I recommend this accommodation!

Evaristo's beautiful cottage is nestled very near Assisi, but tucked away in nature just enough to make you feel at peace and on your own. We highly recommend this stay! The olive groves, trees, and open space are great for the soul. It is very quiet with stunning views, and the cottage felt very comfortable and clean. There was a downstairs apartment that was not booked, so we had the entire villa and garden/terrace to ourselves. The gardener did come each morning to water and maintain the grounds, but he was very friendly and unobtrusive. Evaristo is very clear about all of the rules of the house, including payment of the city tax and extra guest fees, but be sure to read all of these details before you book and arrive so that you are not surprised. We highly recommend this stay!!

Das Apartment hat eine 1A-Lage, direkt an der Straße, an der abends viel los ist. Gleich gegenüber befindet sich ein hervorragendes und sehr gefragtes Restaurant. Zum Strand sind es etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß, und auch eine Bar mit leckeren Brioche und gutem Kaffee liegt direkt am Jachthafen in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist sehr gut geschnitten, die Betten waren äußerst bequem und die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Bäder sind hervorragend ausgestattet, und die Terrasse ist außergewöhnlich schön und groß. Alles in allem wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!

Appartamento molto carino. Ancora di più rispetto alle foto. Sembra davvero di essere a casa della nonna. Alloggio pulito e curato, vicino al mare e con una passeggiata di una quindicina di minuti ti ritrovi in pieno centro. È presente tutto l'occorrente per passare un piacevole soggiorno. La zona in cui è ubicata la casa è molto tranquilla, ma in pochi minuti puoi raggiungere supermercati, panetterie, farmacie, ristoranti, edicole, ecc. Domenico un padrone di casa impeccabile! Grazie ancora di tutto e a presto!

Siamo state veramente bene. L’host molto disponibile e ha sempre risposto subito alle nostre domande. Ci ha lasciato anche un gradito regalo gastronomico! La casa è bellissima, ampia, ben attrezzata, con tanto spazio verde fuori. Molto adatto a chi come noi ha bambini e cane! Se capiteremo da quelle zone di nuovo, di sicuro torneremo lì.

Das Haus ist ein absolutes Schmuckstück, hervorragend ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Alleinlage in wunderschöner Landschaft lässt einen zur Ruhe kommen und sich sofort zuhause fühlen. Die vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten in dem herrlich angelegtem Garten und dem Pool bieten viel Möglichkeiten sich zu entspannen. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war unheimlich nett und sehr hilfsbereit, Check in und out waren völlig unkompliziert. Janet war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert. Definitiv eines der schönsten Häuser, die ich je gemietet habe. Leider waren wir nur eine Woche da, aber wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, so das möglich ist.

Stedet passet perfekt for oss, en familie med to små barn og besteforeldre som skulle på en ukes høstferie i Rimini-området. Rolige omgivelser, gangavstand til det meste, egen parkering og stor uteplass. Anbefales!

Elisa and Luca were a wonderful hosts. They kindly had a taxi meet us at the train station so we could get into town easier. The space was beautiful with great country views, quite spectacular! Thank you for a memorable and fantastic stay in Assisi. My family truly enjoyed the apartment—it was comfortable, charming, and perfect for our trip. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful with all our questions. We wish them continued success on Airbnb!

We had a fabulous stay. Filippo and his family were so warm and welcoming! The location is stunning and just what we needed for a peaceful hideaway. Filippo’s recommendation of the family restaurant was wonderful and we enjoyed the medieval festival during our stay! We hope to return again someday!

Oasi felice! Sono stata lì qualche giorno con i miei due cuccioloni e devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. Giuliano è una persona fantastica, sempre solare e disponibile, un padrone di casa estremamente gentile già dal momento dell’accoglienza. Casa pulita, ordinata e con tutti gli accessori di cui si puó necessitare. Ci sono parecchie informazioni utili anche per ristoranti e locali vicini dove poter mangiare, farmacie, supermercati. Posto vicinissimo al mare e molto tranquillo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Ein wunderschöner Ort mit vielen versteckten Details, ich wurde sehr herzlich aufgenommen und würde gerne wiederkommen

Heel mooi verblijf, waarbij we met onze vrienden en familie goed hier konden verblijven. We waren zeer tevreden over de geweldige buitenkeuken en het zwembad, hier hebben we 90% van onze tijd doorgebracht. De inrichting van de kamers is top, en alles is goed voorzien. Ook met kinderen is dit een geweldig verblijf door de aanwezigheid van een zwembad, genoeg buitenstoelen en een tafeltennistafel. De communicatie met Nathalie was snel en efficiënt, waarbij we altijd goed geholpen zijn. Ik raad dit verblijf zeker aan vrienden aan en mochten we weer in de buurt moeten zijn dan willen we hier weer verblijven.

Tolle abseits und freistehende Villa bestehend aus zwei Wohneinheiten. Der Aussenbereich ist speziell hervorzuheben; viele Tische\ Sitzgelegenheiten mit schönster Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Den Pool konnten wir noch nicht benutzen, da zu früh im Jahr. Die Kommunikation war einfach und prompt.

Appartamento grande e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, soprattutto per famiglie con bambini. Per noi è stato il primo viaggio con Letizia e abbiamo scelto questo appartamento proprio per l'attenzione ai piccoli. Nelle vicinanze troverete supermercato, mare e passeggiata serale con gelato 😉. Andrea è stato impeccabile. Pur non potendo riceverci di persona, ci ha supporto telefonicamente ed è sempre stato reperibile e molto disponibile. Alla prossima 😊

Cercavamo un posto dove rilassarci e sentirci a casa e cosí è stato. Stanze e pulite, spazi comuni grandi e accoglienti. Andrea è una persona che ti sembra di conoscere da sempre, amichevole e disponibile. Che la sua passione sia la musica non ci sono dubbi e riesce a trascinare gli ospiti nel suo mondo tra strumenti musicali e dischi strepitosi lasciati a disposizione di tutti. Un posto che consiglio!

This was an amazing place to stay. The Villa was great: clean, comfortable and in a spectacular location with a panoramic view from the pool across the countryside to the mountains. We barbecued most evenings as the sun went down and then had breakfast most mornings under the vine pergola. We had nice trips to quiet local towns like Ripe San Genesio, with more amazing views, and a longer trip to historic Urbino. The Oasi Tigre supermarket in Tolentino was close by for food and wine and like most Italian supermarkets gave us fresh fish, vegetable, meat and a good selection of local wines - much better than many UK supermarkets. We found Le Marche to be much less busy than Tuscany but still with lovely scenery, lovely weather and lovely food.

La struttura è bellissima, confortevole, elegante ed accogliente nello stesso tempo, comoda negli spazi e curata nell' arredo e nei particolari, cucina attrezzatissima. L' esterno è molto ampio: un patio ben attrezzato ed un prato esteso molto curato con ulivi e con vista sulle colline circostanti, presenti anche amache e giochi per bimbi. L' host Matteo super gentile e presente all'occorrenza. Tutto molto bello. Super raccomandata.

Very clean and lovely house in the middle of a quite village! Who is looking for authentic Italian places, can stop searching and book the house with a very nice view! Davide was very friendly and always reachable - no matter if we had questions around the house or were looking for some recommendations (places to visit or to eat at). Simply perfect - and also with a little baby awesome.

Wir (4 Erwachsen, ein Kind und ein Baby) waren 12 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben es von der ersten Sekunde an geliebt. Das erste Treffen mit Michael und seiner Familie war sehr herzlich und willkommen. Diese Herzlichkeit hat sich durch den gesamten Urlaub gezogen. Alle Räume in unserer Unterkunft waren extrem sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, man hat sich direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Kinder haben sich sehr über den Pool gefreut, von dem wir erst am Ankunftstag erfahren haben. Wir bekamen ein Willkommensgeschenk, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Auch hatte einer von uns während des Urlaubs Geburtstag und auch da wurde ihm einen Kleinigkeit überreicht. Ich könnte noch so viel mehr schreiben, aber leider reicht der Platz nicht aus. Für uns war es der beste Airbnb Urlaub, den wir je gemacht haben. Jeder, der die Möglichkeit hat dort Urlaub zu machen, sollte diese nutzen. Vielen Dank für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt!
