The villa was so lovely! Clean, organized, plenty of linens, and very accommodating! Elsa has just about everything you can think of to make your stay even more enjoyable. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes, and even spices. It was more beautiful than the pictures. We loved shell hunting on the beach. It was very peaceful and private. Grocery store is not too far away to be able to stock up. When we went to the pool, we were always the only ones there. You are about 1.5 hrs from the rainforest and about 2 hrs from amazing snorkeling in Rincon. I can say enough about our stay and we already want to come back! The kids said it was the best vacation ever!

All was great! Will definitely stay again and even recommend it to friends and family. The backdoor literally opens up onto a wonderful grassy area and then onto the Beach. The water is great and the sand so clean. You can hear the waves during the night as you sleep. The home is also awesome. It was clean and organized and very spacious. All the items we needed were available to us down to the garbage bags. It truly is a home away from home. Thank you, Patricia, for being patient and understanding with me.

We had an amazing stay at this house in Patillas! My family and I visited to spend time with loved ones, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was perfect, and the house itself was super charming and spotless. We absolutely loved the decor, especially in the kitchen— and it had everything we needed to cook our meals, and then some. The AC throughout the house kept us cool and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the convenience of having a colmado right next door—it was a lifesaver when we arrived parched! 🍺😬 On top of everything, the hosts were wonderful—very responsive to any questions we had. We’re already planning to come back this summer and will definitely book here again. Highly recommend!

We had the best time at Kevin’s tiny home! The surroundings were breathtaking, from the back garden and patio where we drank our morning coffee, to the pool and beach where we spent most of our time. My kiddos loved everything about this place, including the very friendly dogs that would accompany us on walks along the sea. We don’t usually spend much time indoors, so a tiny house was all we needed, but even so it was surprisingly spacious, had everything we needed, and was a perfect home base for us. Kevin was very responsive and was in touch throughout our stay with helpful suggestions. We would absolutely return here if we have the chance on our next trip to PR.

The location was absolutely beautiful. When we arrived, there was some ongoing construction, which was a bit confusing since the signs indicated the road was closed—but you can still access the unit without any issues. Be sure to check out the Food Truck in Arroyo, Frappe Rica Fruita 3—their desserts are incredible! Enjoy a stroll along the beach, take a dip in the illuminated pool, and leave the shades open to let in the fresh ocean breeze. There's nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up feeling refreshed. I would definitely stay here again—the place was perfect!

Easy to find, close to my family that I went to visit, no issues with stay! Host is great at communicating I will be back.
