Elijah, and other staff are very kind and approachable. We went there late at night just to work supposedly, since my mom's house doesn't have an internet connection yet, but I ended up not working because their internet connection is slow, and close to no internet. It is unstable and just runs 1-3mbps which was asked prior booking. They said yes, internet connection is strong however, it's not. I was just advised that it was 10mbps when we're otw (which is not really 10mbps), and there's no working space. The room is nice, however it seems that they haven't cleaned it to think that we arrived late. There were things that are from the previous guest like shampoo wrapper, toothpaste.. cups. Which was supposedly cleared before the next guest. Btw, they gave us free coffee and water and that was really nice of them. Thankyou.

Great place to stay, few mins walk to the beach. The restaurants nearby also offer great food, you dont have to go far to eat. The place was clean, there’s also a spacious yard outside. Amenities are complete too, even utensils are provided.

We recently stayed at Florida Place and had a wonderful experience! The room was impeccably clean, and we were especially impressed by the incredible staff. They provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay, right up until we checked out. A special shoutout to the girl with short hair who was so helpful—unfortunately, we forgot to ask her name! The only downside was the road leading to the resort, which is quite narrow, and the pin location wasn't exactly accurate. However, these minor issues were easily overshadowed by the perfect service and hospitality we received. Overall, Florida Place is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding staff. We highly recommend it and would love to return!

Highly recommended place to stay in Bolinao, especially if you have a private car. The space is safe even with multiple rooms in a compound. Not sure if we're talking to the caretaker or the listing agent here on Airbnb, but she's very polite and accommodating. The room was clean when we got there; the linens were superb. The kitchen is clean and complete with utensils (glad that the other staycationers we bumped into there are also well-mannered and cleaned up after themselves). My friends and I really had a great stay here; it felt like home away from home. If you need a sign if this is a legit place to stay, THIS IS YOUR SIGN, BOOK THIS ONE!

Feels like home. It was a bliss checking in and out. The staffs are so courteous and helpful with everything. As well as our host. We will definitely recommend hers, and will stay again soon. Thank you very much! GodBless.

This accommodation comes highly recommended for those who want to stay in La Union. The house looks exactly as shown in the pictures — from the living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining area, pool, etc. It’s just a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. However, please note that the passage to the beach through the private resort in front of the compound is not allowed, possibly due to security concerns and difficulty monitoring guests. This place is perfect for large families, especially those with toddlers who love to explore. It’s spacious, clean, and relaxing. I would like to commend them for their clean swimming pool and jacuzzi. Ps. One suggestion for improvement would be to add more chairs or a longer table in the dining area, particularly for larger groups.

My family and I had an amazing stay! We ended up staying for 3 nights and 4 days, and the kubo was incredibly relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and Rosalinda and her husband were fantastic hosts they even gave us some plants to take home! We’re already planning to come back for our annual family reunion. A special thanks to Bibing for making sure we were well all taken care of before she headed home. Very helpful. The place was very homey. Very near to the place we are actually going. Complete amenities. Very Province setting vibe indeed. We arrived late because of traffic leaving Manila, but Ms. Coken was very accomodating and even told us we can check out late for consideration. Thank you again! 😇

Sir Aki and Ate Rachel is accomodating. The place feels like home. Sobrang ganda ng spot to picture and enjoy sunset and also for stargazing.

Everything was fantastic! The place itself was beautiful, clean, and absolutely perfect for capturing stunning photos. However, parking was a bit of a challenge. The sand was very soft, and unfortunately, our car got stuck. Luckily, the caretakers and neighbors were incredibly friendly and helpful. While a microwave for reheating leftovers would have been convenient, it's a minor detail compared to the overall experience. We had a great time overall, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

The host was welcoming and easily reached via phone. Staff provided cooking materials for a fee. They also helped speak to local vendors on our behalf to get the best price for seafood. I would recommend this to friends and family.
