Quel beau séjour ! L'accueil, la beauté et la propreté de l'appartement, nickel. Belle cuisine, belle salle de bain aussi. Merveilleuse vue depuis la chambre et le séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cet appartement.

We had the pleasure of staying at Pascal's apartment for a week recently. Our family of six truly enjoyed our time there. The apartment has everything we needed, and everything worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. The apartment’s private, lawn area leads directly to the beach. The apartment is spread over three levels, and there is a parking garage beneath it. The location is excellent: there are grocery stores nearby, and it's a short drive to Marbella and Estepona. A car is recommended. If you enjoy running or walking, there is a long, paved coastal path that starts right in front of the apartment, stretching several kilometers toward Estepona. The apartment is so wonderful that we would come back anytime. We highly recommend it to everyone. It is also perfect for families.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z mieszkania, było świetnie wyposażone dla rodziny z dziećmi (mieliśmy dwa łóżeczka turystyczne, dwa krzesełka do karmienia, wszystko o co poprosiłam). Dobra wyposażenie kuchni, duzo pościeli i poduszek. Mieszkanie jest wyposażone bardzo przytulnie i wygodnie. Jedyny minus mieszkania to brak słońca. Okna wychodzą na stronę północną i górę przez co słabo dociera światło dzienne. Pewnie latem nie jest to minus, ponieważ można się skryć przed upalnym słońcem.

La localización es excelente, tienes la playa a un salto, literal y muy buen ambiente girando la esquina. Las fotos no hacen justicia del apartamento, en persona gana. Hemos estado muy a gusto, y los anfitriones han estado atentos a nuestras necesidades. Muy recomendable.

Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in Barbate! Die Wohnung ist direkt am Strand und man ist sofort an der Promenade mit ihren zahlreichen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Am Wochenende kann es allerdings etwas lauter werden, man darf also nicht Lärmempfindlich sein. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht um bequem mit drei oder vier Leuten dort zu sein, das Internet ist schnell und stabil. Barbate ist eine sehr authentische kleine Künstenstadt mit einer wunderschönen Landschaft und wilden Stränden in Laufnähe, wir empfehlen sehr, ein Auto zu mieten um die Umgebung zu erkunden! Jose Maria war ein guter Gastgeber, es wurde immer sofort geantwortet und sich schnell um alles gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir haben 9 Tage in der schönen Wohnung von Sylvia verbracht und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Die Dachterrasse ist traumhaft und der Ort Los Llanos ist sehr entspannt. Man ist direkt am Meer, es gibt viele Cafés, einen lokalen Markt (montags) und ein Fischgeschäft, den Fisch haben wir auf der Terrasse gegrillt. Sylvia ist sehr freundlich, offen und zeigt einem alles was man braucht :) wir kommen sehr gerne wieder danke für alles!!

The apartment was brilliant. It was clean and bright, and had everything you need. Gorgeous views of the sea and was in walking distance to plenty restraunts, situated on a quiet street there no noise from the beach front. Carmen was great, she kept in touch before arrival and met us as soon as we arrived to show us around the apartment. Highly recommend!

El apartamento está al lado de la playa y con acceso directo a la piscina, tiene todo lo que necesitas para unos días de descanso, mucho menaje de cocina, toallas hasta para la piscina, sábanas, hasta hamacas para la terraza, está muy bien acondicionado, Susana nos atendió en todo momento muy amablemente, muy simpática y servicial y Michel se intereso también por mensajes para ver si estaba todo correcto, 100x100 recomendable, el año que vuelva a veranear en Roquetas sin duda volveremos a su apartamento

Villa was exactly as described in description and photos , location was in a great place very close to beach and numerous restaurants which we used and were reasonably priced, close to 2 small supermarkets well stocked, (with English bacon) The area around the Villa is very quiet, a good thing we had a hire car and parked in the garage each evening which added extra security What we book again, yes we certainly would. Thanks Yvon for a pleasant stressfree holiday.

We had a great family holiday in Puerto Banus, staying at David's flat. The flat is spacious, light and has a beautiful view directly out to sea. We made full use of the pool, which we all really enjoyed. The flat had everything we needed and the main seaside area of Puerto Banus is easily within walking distance. It is a pleasant beachside walk along the boardwalk and there are many restaurants in either direction. We really enjoyed this resort and would definitely visit the area again. We were met at the property by Emilie, who was really helpful and polite.

Nice flat. Excellent gardens and pool. Great location, very central, easy walk to everything. Straight forward check in and instructions. We had a great stay.

This was our second time staying at Roberts apartment. The apt was spotless and everything was great. The gardens are immaculate & well maintained. Location wise - it's very convenient for visiting lots of places along the coast & we visited the following - Marbella, Estapona, Cabopino, La Cala, Mijas Pueblo. We had a car but the bus is also very convenient and cheap and runs until late at night. Torremolinos. Bellamedina etc are easy to get to by bus . Robert is an excellent & friendly host & responds very quickly to queries.

We had a great time at Robert's place. The apartment had everything we needed, with a fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom and good storage spaces. The terrace facing the old town was amazing. The apartment was situated close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, but still calm and peaceful. We stayed for a whole month and enjoyed it very much!

Apartamento cómodo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin echar de menos nada. Los colchones cómodos y la conexión a internet rápida...¿qué más se puede pedir?

We stayed for two weeks over Christmas with our three teenage boys. We all loved it! The apartment is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the sea from the big balcony and the roof top terrace. Breathtaking. With three active boys we utilized the amenities alot. We playes tennis and padel every day (often a few times a day 😊) and used the gym. We took wonderful walks along the beach on the great boardwalk that stretches along the coast for miles. A dip in the ocean on Christmas was a must! The Sonora restaurant on the beach just in front of the condominium was a fab place for a drink, lunch, coffee. Loved it! It was also just a short drive to explore towns like Puerto Banus, Marbella as well as nearby hikes in the mountains. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We’ll be back! ☀️

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful urbanisation in a beautiful area. If you’re looking for a short stay with all mod cons and an lovely host, this is the perfect location. And once you there, you will want to stay longer. The apartment has everything including equipment for trips to the beach, five minutes walk away. Shops and restaurants are less than 5 minutes in the other (textile) direction. The pool area is fantastic including the indoor pool; there are plenty of sunbeds. Myriam’s fully equipped two terraces ensure that you can catch or avoid the sun at any time of day. Despite 30+ degrees the ceiling fans provided enough air to maintain comfort. Aircon is also available in all rooms. The kitchen has everything you’ll need on your stay here. All in all a perfect holiday apartment. Bravo Myriam.

Eric, who works with Fredric, reached out to me before our check-in and provided clear instructions on how to reach the apartment. He met us at the garage entrance, helped us with our luggage, gave us a brief tour, and explained everything we needed to know. The apartment was great, and the air conditioning worked well. Although the area is a bit noisy, the apartment was well insulated, so it didn’t disturb us much. There was a power outage in the entire building, which was beyond the host’s control. However, Eric was very helpful and made sure the concierge worked on it, at the end we were without power for about 16 hours. Eric also offered to refund one day’s rent for the inconvenience. I highly recommend both the apartment and the host, as well as the area, especially if you’re looking to have fun, enjoy good restaurants, and indulge in great shopping.

El apartamento es muy coqueto con una ubicación excelente frente al mar. Esta equipado con todo lo necesario para vivir, incluso toallas para la playa... La comunicación fue fluida y directa, gracias Yeye por todas las explicaciones y estar pendientes de nosotras. La pena el aparcamiento, si llegas a partir de las 20:00 ya no tienes aparcamiento y buscar fuera esta complicado. Pero, muy ajusto, VOLVEREMOS SIN DUDA.

Rewelacja! Miejsce z dala od zgiełku ale blisko wszystkiego co jest potrzebne na wakacjach to właśnie to jest największa zaleta tego miejsca. Apartament wyposażony lepiej niż prywatny dom (łącznie z pojemnikami na żywość). Naprawdę warto!
