Andalousie : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Estancia maravillosa en el apartamento que coincidía perfectamente con las fotografías del anuncio. Nunca habíamos estado en Estepona y fue un acierto este apartamento porque está situado en una zona tranquila y no escuchas ningún ruido, y es fácil ir al centro andando, o si te cuesta andar llegas en un momento en taxi. La playa del Cristo está a 5 minutos en coche y con muy buen aparcamiento. El piso está impecable y cuidado al detalle. Pernilla es una estupenda anfitriona que en todo momento nos contestaba los mensajes y nos facilitó lugares para ir a visitar. Sin duda, si volvemos a Estepona nos alojaremos en este apartamento.

Mieszkanie z wielkim tarasem z cudownym widokiem na morze! Apartament był wyposażony we wszystkie przedmioty, o których tylko pomyśleliśmy, że mogą się przydać. Fajna opcja wydzielenia dwóch osobnych stref z sypialnią i łazienką (możliwość oddzielenia korytarza drzwiami przesuwnymi). Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i przytulnie urządzone. Wyposażenie kuchni i jadalni aż zaprasza do celebrowania tam wspólnych posiłków. Strefa wspólna z basenami i sauną też bardzo cicha i spokojna (byliśmy we wrześniu więc w kompleksie było bardzo mało turystów). Bardzo chętnie tam jeszcze wrócimy - dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt <3

One of the nicest accommodations I have ever stayed in. The pictures were even an understatement. The apartment is only a few minutes' drive from supermarkets, restaurants and the highway, but it was also a pleasure just to stay in the accommodation and spend time there. The pool is a dream and the spacious balcony was a highlight for us. Helen and Mustafa were super friendly and helpful, we felt extremely comfortable. I would book the accommodation again at any time!

La casa corresponde con la descripción de las fotos, sin ningún problema para acceder a la vivienda y las dudas que surgieron Montserrat los resolvió rápidamente. Está cerca de granada y a unos 40 minutos de sierra nevada. La casa es amplia y confortable.

Hemos disfrutado de una estancia fantástica. La casa lo tiene todo, con muchos detalles. 100% recomendable! Y María muy amable y atenta. Un placer!

Je ne peux que recommander ce logement si vous passez à Marbella ou dans les alentours. C’est un endroit magnifique et parfait pour avoir la tranquillité d’esprit. 10/10

Pasamos una estancia muy agradable y cómoda. la recepción y despedida muy acogedora y siempre dispuesto a ayudar o hacer agradable la estancia. Zona tranquila, algo alejada fe centro, pero cómoda para aparcar y centro de operaciones. Las instalaciones y equipamiento muy bien, con todo lo necesario

Loved out stay. The flat had lots of space and a beautiful view. Walking distance from the beaches and the Old Town, small playground across the street. Very easy communication with the host. Would stay again!

Bernd’s apartment is everything that a great airbnb place should be; comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is beautifully appointed with fabulous art and incredible views. On a clear day one can look down through the coast to Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and across to the African coast. It is situated in a peaceful spot within Samara resort on the edge of an apartment block, with a private garden area to one side and in front of the apartment. This made for a very quiet and relaxing stay (we stayed a month). We relied on Taxi’s (Taxisol) and online food deliveries, which was more than doable. Bernd was a very helpful and accommodating host, promptly answering any communication. We recommend staying at Bernd’s.

Nuestra estancia ha sido 10 estrellas . Ben ha sido amable, cercano y profesional. El apartamento increíble, perfecto, con unas vistas desde la doble terraza espectaculares. Sin duda un lugar con emplazamiento idílico y nuestra opción número uno si volvemos a La Alcaidesa. Gracias Ben!

A superb place to stay - The apartment was stunning. A great 2 storey layout with two large terrace area’s giving views over the golf course. The rooftop terrace is fantastic with a great BBQ, quality furnishings and plunge pool (which is bigger than the images suggest). The entire apartment is very clean, well laid out and has everything you need. We stayed with our two children and we felt very safe at all times. Cabopino Golf course clubhouse is a 2 mins drive away and is a little Gem of a course too ! Cabopino beach/Harbour is a nice walk or couple of mins drive ! Tina is a great host who keeps in touch throughout. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again !

The apartment is very comfortable and safe. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is a new built with spacious private parking in the garage under the building. City centre is located on the same street level (no stairs). Access to the beach across the street (via stairs). There is an elevator in the city centre that takes you to the beach for .50 cents. Located in a residential neigbourhood but close to shops, restaurant and beach. Fran, the caretaker, was of great help and always checking if we were okay. We had a fantastic week! Thank you Fran.
