The place felt just like home! It was cozy and comfortable and in a nice quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and will def recommend this place to others. The bed was comfortable and all of the extras were great! Toiletries ands extra towels, ziploc bags, spices and a fully equipped kitchen made the stay even better! Thank you Robert!

This was a return stay for me and I did so because Linda offers a lot for guests at a reasonable price. Also, she is friendly and responsive and made my stay comfortable. Her home offers a lot of space and privacy and was close to hiking trails I used as well as a great Thai restaurant. I recommend Linda’s home to others!

The riverfront backyard is so amazing! The pool area is gorgeous with its swim-up bar, palapa, sunken outdoor kitchen, and expansive patios. The spa has strong jets and gets nice and hot. There’s a relaxing little riverfront patio, too, for taking in the soothing sights and sounds. The room has everything you need and thoughtful extra touches (extra toothbrush, snack bar). Good Keurig coffee selection and comfortable bed. Although we loved the room, some couples might be uncomfortable with the small space and lack of bathroom door. The room is ideal for a solo traveler or cozy, familiar couple who don’t need bathroom privacy. April nicely greeted us personally, then we had privacy the rest of the evening. It’s so nice of she and James to share their gorgeous riverside property!

This is a great find! Lots of parking, quality linen and furnishings. The bed is very comfortable. I really enjoyed my time at this comfortable home. Last thing to note is the place was spotless and the neighbors were very quiet. I will stay here again next time.

My team and I had a wonderful stay at this home! Marlon was a great host and gave very clear instructions for our stay! We enjoyed the organization and atmosphere for our long work trip! Plenty of space for our guests!

Karli is a great host! We have enjoyed working with her so much! The house was decorated was so cute for Christmas. The kitchen had more amenities than we expected which really helped out during our stay. Karli is very responsive and I highly recommend working with her!

The place was very spacious, i feel that it should fit more than 10 people. We really enjoyed our times here.

My coworkers and I needed a place to stay while in Red Bluff for a Water Rescue class on the river. We stumble upon this gem, the problem was not wanting to leave. The place was tucked away nice and quiet but still close enough to enjoy town. The hot tub was clutch after being in the river for 8hours each day. Also 15 min drive down the road is Roxie Deli and BBQ. By far the best find out there.

This home is perfect for large families! The space is open and welcoming, with a cozy, homely vibe. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the lake and only 35-45 minutes from Mount Shasta Ski Park. We had an incredible time and would definitely recommend it to others!
