This was the perfect stay for my husband and I! We have stayed at one of Dylan and Suzanne’s airbnb spots before and were thrilled to stay at another place of theirs. This place was exceptional and they were so responsive when messaging with me! My husband and I have already discussed booking this place again!!

The overall experience was great. It was very clean & organized. I definitely plan to book again. The price is a little steep with the cleaning fee in my opinion because you are expected to wash your own dishes, towels & take out your trash, which are things I wasn’t fully aware of until I checked out, even though I didn’t leave a mess. There was also a hiccup in communication. I received an email stating check out time was at 10AM but the app said 11AM, which was the time I planned on checking out. She did respond back about it, but unfortunately I had already checked out trying to honor what was requested. Overall though, like I mentioned before, it’s a great place to book. It’s conveniently located with a very responsive host. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars because of the hiccup with checkout & the expensive cleaning fee but everything else was great.

The property was in a perfect location with beautiful views. It had enough there to keep us entertained without having to venture out, but was still close enough to everything when we did want to take in the local area.

FaB place to stay for our 2 night trip into the Smoky mountains and the surrounding area. Our accomodation had fantastic views of the mountains and a little walk up the road great sunset views. Communication with Kathryn was great

Amy’s place was perfect in every way! Exactly as it looks from the pictures, quiet, and close by to LMU and Cumberland Gap. We would definitely stay here every time we come for a visit!!

Beautiful cabin. Upgraded furnishings. Loved the outside fireplace. The golf/dart/bowling game was a huge hit. We also enjoyed the pinball machine and arcade games. The swimming pool and hot tub were a nice addition. Nice movie room to kick back and watch a movie. Loved everything about our stay.

My husband and I have stayed at one of Dustin‘s houses numerous times and we always have a great experience. This time we finally got a chance to eat at one of his recommended restaurants and see a beautiful park. Dustin is a great host and I just love working with him. Thank you so much! Our first impressions were great. Everything felt very welcoming when we walked in the door. The outdoor area was very relaxing and great to just sit and talk. There was plenty of seating and room to spend time with family.

A nice little house near the lake. Quiet little neighborhood. Oh, they do have train tracks nearby, and the trains pass a few times but it wasn’t a problem..No loud train whistles when passing by. Would stay again when visiting Knoxville.

We really enjoyed our time at Anusha’s place. The location was perfect. The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Our favorite part was the living room and dining room area. The area was open and easily accommodated our group(6 Ladies). We would definitely stay again!

The house was very comfortable, stocked with lots of extras!!! The caretaker was very friendly and helpful with local suggestions and always available for questions by text and the owner was very responsive too. The house is very warm and cozy with a lovely fenced in backyard. Our dog loved being able to roam around without a leash. Knoxville is a great city with lots of wonderful places to walk, eat, and learn about Eastern Tennessee!!

Amazing spot from top to bottom! I just wish we had more time to spend here. You are right downtown, by the river, and everything downtown (and honestly Worlds Fair area) is walkable. The apartment itself is very homey without being overly decorated with a bunch of crap. The location is on the 3rd floor, so you have some pretty sweet views. For being right downtown it was pretty secluded and peaceful with just the right amount of noise to complement the area. If I had to nit-pick it, coming from a Spartans fan I would say the only drawback was all the orange!!! ha ha. GO GREEN!! We would definitely stay here again.

We wanted some other was near downtown, but not where we would be up all night! This was the perfect spot. Both paid & free parking were almost immediately upon leaving the door- easy!! We didn’t have any issues with the unit and would certainly stay again if in the area. Thank you!
