Great location in an awesome condo. Everything was crystal clean and ready for our trip and Pam was very responsive to all our messages. We will for sure be coming back to stay!

Casie was such a sweet and amazing host ! Very helpful & made sure we didnt need anything ! If we did need anything i know 100% i could have contacted Casie and got whatever i needed quickly! 10/10 in my opinion the views are absolutely beautiful! Walked right in and felt like i was at home !

Great condo, above what is expected. Very clean and I am picky. The resort is fabulous, my Son and grandson had a great time. Also took my sister-in-law who has Downs Syndrome. She had an amazing time. The staff was so kind and went above and beyond the call of duty.

We had an excellent stay! The place was perfect for our needs. The unit is well-located, nicely-outfitted, and the hosts were communicative and kind.

We were so close to everything but it did not feel like we were in a busy area. The view was great and the beds were super comfy!

We loved being right on the river with a view of the mountains. Also loved the gas fireplace since the mornings and evenings were cooler. Enjoyed not being in too busy of a place but it was so handy to whatever we wanted to do. It was easy to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg or the park. Great place for 3 couples to stay. We thought it would be a great place for kids, too, but we didn’t bring any :)

We had a great time and loved the view off the balcony. The condo was just off the main road and we loved the indoor pool and game room. Parking was a little over crowded 2 nights of our stay but we managed. The beds are not in the best of shape as it made me roll to the same side as the other person sleeping but I loved all the pillows. We had an issue with hot water when we checked in but David was so quick to respond and set up for maintenence to show up but the guys just reset the hot water heater and it worked but it was so nice to have a host respond so quickly and willing to try and fix the problems. I would recommend this condo to my friends as I loved how close it was to everything in Pigeon Forge.

The home was beautiful the outside was so beautiful and peaceful waking up and hearing the birds chirp in the morning was amazing all of the things they have on the Strip of Pigeon Forge to do was amazing we got to see things we've never got to see before my family of six was very happy excited and surprised

Absolutely loved staying here! Location was perfect and Jackie was a great host. There was an issue one of the nights we stayed there and Jackie was more than gracious with the resolution. Can’t say enough good things about her as a host. Just a wonderful stay overall and someplace we hope to stay at again on a future stay!

This is the place. It looks just like pictures and is beautiful. Lots of space, beautiful outside, by the river.

The place and surroundings are beautiful! Ramzi was so quick to respond to any questions we had. We fully enjoyed the game room while also being able to take in the views. Very cozy and comfortable space for a great getaway.

Great place to relax after long days of outdoor excitement.

We had a great experience. The location is great. It is just off of the main drag and near the apple orchard which is one of our favorite places to visit when we come to the Smokies. We were able to let the boys splash around in the river nearby. The lodging was clean and neat. Furniture was comfortable. There were extra linens and pillows. We happened to be in town for Ponies in the Smokies and we were able to walk from the unit to the brewery nearby to look at the Mustangs with the boys. Communication was proactive from check in to check out. We are overall satisfied with our stay and would happily book this unit in the future.

We had a wonderful stay for 12. There was plenty of room inside and out for us to all enjoy. We did a lot of cooking, the kitchen was so well stocked! Would highly recommend!

This is our second stay at Phil's place, and just like the time before my family really enjoyed our stay. As soon as we arrived and got settled it, we instantly felt at home and comfortable. The house was neat as a pin and was beautiful decorated with unique works of art. With lots of shops, restaurants and plenty of fun activities to do near by we never ran out of something to do. The host was friendly and always quick to respond. I highly recommend this Airbnb and have to say this is my family's most favorite places to stay.

We were there for 3 weeks and it was the perfect spot. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. People in the neighborhood were friendly and there were lots of trails through the trees to walk as well. The house is on a hill and high enough that you don’t notice the house below it which makes you feel like you’re more secluded. We bought a water filter for our time there because we didn’t like the taste of chlorine from the tap. The beds were comfortable. Firm but soft which worked well for us. Overall great experience!
