Perfect spot for me and my 12-year old son. We loved staying at Katy's while visiting Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. I felt safe and right at home. I loved seeing the chickens (yard raptors the sign said, lol) and the chatty goose. I enjoyed the private balcony and the listening to the babbling brook. I sat out there in the rain just listening. We look forward to visiting again. thank you Katy and family for a wonderful experience.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at "The Nut Farm", a beautiful property in Seymour, Tennessee. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a spotless, well-maintained home. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to local attractions. The house itself was cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we enjoyed morning coffee while taking in the serene landscape. Kathy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We highly recommend staying at The Nut Farm property if you're looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Seymour, Tennessee. We can't wait to return!

The owner Michelle is very friendly and cooperative . The home is very comfortable and relaxing . . My family is very happy to have had a vacation in the mountains . We love Tennessee and hope to return very soon

There's no place like home.... Except for Davy's! Our five star stay began with Davy being extremely helpful and understanding when our check-in date fluctuated. We approached midnight and into the morning hours traveling to Davy's, and he never once missed a message or had any issues with our ever-changing plans. Upon arrival we were upgraded to the apartment downstairs as he felt the space would be more accommodating for our needs. Throughout our stay Davy and Julie never missed a beat. My husband immediately enjoyed the lake front and it's abundance of food fishing. The canoe on site was just he needed to fully enjoy all Norris lake had to offer. The space was fully equipped with anything and everything we needed in our Month long stay. I enjoyed relaxing in the massage chairs so much so, my husband decided to enjoy them a time or two as well. The sense of home and family we felt at Davy's made us sure to return in the future... Julie and Davy: not only great hosts... now friends

We stayed in this cozy cottage on our recent trip to Knoxville for a UT college tour and football game. The location was very convenient for accessing the north side of Knoxville and avoiding most traffic related to the game. It was only about a 15 minute drive, but being on top of this hill in the woods of Fountain City made you feel you were worlds away. The views of the mountains in the distance were beautiful. And my teenage son enjoyed the tennis and basketball court. If we had had more time I would have loved to make use of the firepit. Oh, by the way, the bathroom is indeed tiny but the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot!

Wonderful cottage. The area is beautiful unfortunately I became ill during my stay. Paul was very attentive checking in on me to make sure I was doing OK. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely beautiful inside and extremely well furnished for the epic cabin feel ! Just some fyi, the bedroom is up the stairs and outside entry only from the kitchen and living room areas below. In inclement weather, may be a little challenging to stay dry and warm between the two spaces but otherwise it’s a perfect place to stay. There are two massive wall mounted TV’s in both living areas to enjoy.

We had a lovely stay at Forest Bliss. The accommodations were impeccable. We felt at home and welcome to enjoy the trails and the property as if it were our own. We spent quiet mornings enjoying coffee on the deck listening to the birds and exploring the trails. Forest Bliss is a short drive away from a variety of things to see and do. We visited Knoxville, Maryville and Townsend, drove the Foothills Parkway and had a hike in the Smoky Mts. There are suggestions and directions provided, and Kim and Sydney were always available with ideas, suggestions and directions. Kim and Luis were fun to talk with, and readily available if we needed anything. This was our first visit to Tennessee and Forest Bliss made our trip memorable! This is one of our favorite Airbnb's! Wonderful 2-night stay at the Salt House. Lisa responded very quickly to my initial inquiry allowing for a short-notice check-in which was very helpful. The place is constructed and furnished with superb quality and attention to detail and highlights Lisa’s impeccable taste. It is very quiet despite being right off a fairly busy road, and the surrounding fields and mountain views are beautiful. I enjoyed coffee outside each morning just taking in the peaceful countryside. Lisa was friendly and provided a couple of helpful recommendations. I very much enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

We had a great stay, it was about 30-minute drive to everything we wanted to do. The BnB was clean and spacious, while the neighborhood was peaceful.

Lise and Brian were great hosts. The place was perfect for my husband and myself. The views were amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

The Chicken Coop was absolutely fantastic and definitely planning on being returning guests soon. Being from South Knoxville my wife and I knew the area well and didn’t have any problems finding great restaurants and bars which most are in safe walking distance. You’ll love it there thanks Wanda for hosting us

Gloria's place was perfect for our trip to Walland for a big family Thanksgiving. My favorite part was sinking into the comfy mattress with the soft duvet at the end of day. The apartment was so cozy and comfortable with great decor. We loved the electric fireplace and the well stocked kitchen. A perfect place for two, hope we can stay again.

We so enjoyed our stay! Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Close to so many hikes in the Great Smokey’s. The place was just as described, clean, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Jeff and Suzanne were excellent hosts and would recommend their place to anyone.

We were blown away when we arrived. It’s an incredible and beautiful little cozy place. We immediately felt right at home. The house sits in a picturesque little valley. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Troy was very responsive. We had a minor weather emergency and he responded immediately. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Knoxville.

We had an amazing stay at Janie’s place! From the easy check-in process to the quick communication, everything was seamless. The space was beautifully maintained, and you could tell they’ve thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We especially loved spending time on the river—it was the perfect way to relax. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

A great little place convenient to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, away from the usual traffic and quite peaceful.

No regrets staying here. Such a beautiful location and home. Wonderful hosts! Very hospitable. They thought of every detail you may need. The host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here

Tonys place is currently going through some renovations (deck and pool) which took longer than expected to be completed therefore we were not able to use those amenities but Tony immediately messaged me in enough time to cancel and rebook somewhere else. Tony worked with us and we decided to stay at his place. The place was very clean, my kids loved the foosball table, and all the movie selections available. I appreciated Tonys quick responses anytime we had a question. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and pans and bathroom had enough towels for everyone to use. The downstairs bathroom had a really nice shower head. I'm pretty sure once the renovations are completed and the weather is warmer the deck and pool will look amazing. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to use the outdoor screen but it looked really cool.

Absolutely love it here. Clean and spacious and so many amenities that are accessible. Would live here if I could!

We cannot thank you enough for the beautiful living space and even more beautiful views! We wanted peace and quiet and that's exactly what we received. So calming and quiet. Just peace in that space of God's beautiful earth. Immaculate living space, large bedrooms and large bathrooms. Loved the large walk in shower too. Pamela and Jon were excellent hosts. We enjoyed talking with them and finding out more about the valley we were in and the local area. Honestly, cannot thank you enough. We are already looking into returning and staying with you again!
