Andes : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Fui muito bem recebido pelo Sr Paulo,foi uma ótima estadia ,voltaremos em breve !

Martín nos recibió muy cálidamente, y Antonella tuvo el buen detalle de dejarnos una hielera con bebidas frías y una deliciosa pastrafrola. Desde el primer momento, nos sentimos cómodos y bienvenidos. La casa era amplia y acogedora, ideal para descansar. Además, la playa, ubicada a pocas cuadras, resultó ser una verdadera joya.

La casa es muy agradable, cómoda, las fotos reflejan el estado de la casa tal cual. La persona que ayuda en la casa Zully es espectacular, amable y está pendiente de todo para apoyar.el conjunto es tranquilo, genial para caminar, nosotros fuimos con mascota y era perfecto para caminar. Muy buena estadía y repetiríamos sin dudar.

Increible experiencia, la pasamos de 10 y disfrutamos mucho. Muchas gracias a Viviana y Martin por siempre estar atentos y responder super rapido. Son super amables, lo maximo de verdas. 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Queríamos relaxar por uns dias e dar mais espaço pra nossa cachorra brincar e a casa da Elaine foi perfeita para isso. Apesar da chuva no domingo, ainda curtimos um pouco da churrasqueira e descansamos na rede. Tudo igual ou melhor que as fotos, local seguro e com supermercado bem próximo. Casa com cara de nova e muito bem cuidada. Elaine foi muito atenciosa e nos deixou bem a vontade.

A casa é como descrita. Paulo responde prontamente. Contratamos o aquecimento da piscina e foi perfeito porque o tempo esfriou! A casa estava limpa, organizada e continha tudo que foi listado. Uma observação é que o quarto de duas camas de solteiro é fechado mas sua entrada é pelo quarto de cama de casal. Mas isso foi tranquilo para nós. A grama estava tratada, piscina limpa (cobrimos todas as noites com a manta) churrasqueira boa e casa aconchegante. Voltaremos com certeza.

Casa perfecta para compartir en grupo de personas. Cuenta con lo necesario para disfrutar la estadía cómodamente .. volveríamos tranquilamente si tengo que ir a Concepcion

Contact met de host ( Ingrid) was meteen vanaf 1e moment goed! Bij aankomst was zij er, heel vriendelijk en gastvrij Ze liep met ons het huis door, legde alles uit. Huis was heel netjes en schoon. We konden heel makkelijk contact krijgen als we vragen hadden. We hebben daar 2 heerlijke weken gehad, veilig gevoel en rustige buurt. En overal lekker dichtbij! mits je wel een auto huurt! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!!!

El edificio es un poco viejo, pero cuando entras al dpto se disocia. Está muy bien y decorado con estilo moderno, la cocina re completa, buena ducha, cama aceptable y un comedor cómodo. La zona es un poco ruidosa porque tiene cerca estación de subte y tren pero de noche está muy bien. Tiene 3 supermercados a menos de 100 metros. Super recomendable para un viaje de 2/3 días como el que hice yo.

Realmente, todo fue tal cual lo esperábamos. Si bien nos alojamos 2 huéspedes ya que fui con mi esposa.Optimo. Cocina bien, estar comedor bien,(justito);habitación muy cómoda, baño bien. Balcón resultó una solución fenomenal, desayunamos en balcón con unas vistas y ambiente muy sugerente. Cochera impecable, servicio de conserje insuperable. Nos atendieron como huéspedes. Un edificio muy completo. En resumen lo que todo pasajero busca. Ningún sobresalto. NO DUDAR !!

El lugar es tal cual las fotos, limpio y tranquilo. Lo recomiendo!

El departamento es hermoso, ubicado en una buena zona y el seguimiento del anfitrión para hacer de la estadía algo agradable 10/10. Recomendado.

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. As a digital nomad, I enjoyed having a separate office room with a lovely little balcony. Throughout my stay, the wi-fi was reliable and fast enough for zoom calls, and there was always electricity (even during country-wide blackouts). The view from the balcony and bedroom window was particularly nice, especially on new year's eve. Although you can hear traffic in those areas of the apartment, I rarely heard voices from outside or the neighbors, so I could easily work without distraction. The other tenants spoke English and were very friendly. The neighborhood itself is more traditional (not touristy) as the apartment is next to the main cemetery. I always felt safe there and it's an easy, flat 15 minute walk to the city's main square. The stairs may be problematic for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this place for anyone (solo, couples, families) looking for an authentic Cuenca experience.

Minha experiência no Airbnb do Ale no Faena foi excelente! O apartamento estava impecavelmente limpo, super organizado e exatamente como descrito no anúncio. A localização é maravilhosa, dentro de um dos hotéis mais icônicos de Buenos Aires, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais especial. O Ale foi atencioso e prestativo durante toda a hospedagem, o que fez toda a diferença. Recomendo muito e, com certeza, voltaria a me hospedar aqui!

We stayed at Kiru’s place for a month. It was easy to find and easy to check-in. It is a 2 story loft that is very spacious, very clean and in a private and peaceful area. There were berries pretty much growing everywhere, Kiru shared a bottle of freshly made raspberry preserves from the fresh raspberries that were growing in his yard. Since we stayed a month, he offered weekly light cleaning and changing of towels and linens. The day we were leaving, he was also headed to the airport that morning and offered us a ride which was extremely kind of him. We opted not to rent a car during our stay, there are some places close by that are walkable like the panadería across the main road, at least 3 restaurants and a grocery store less than half a mile away. We used Uber quite a bit which was relatively inexpensive. The patio is very spacious that comes with a gorgeous view of the lake, a similar view from the loft bedroom upstairs. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was literally perfect. The most important things: air conditioning, comfortable beds, tvs/appliances that worked were all top notch. The location was a huge benefit. On the quieter end of Jaco but still so many restaurants, stores, etc. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away and you can rent chairs and an umbrella for $20 USD for the whole day. I highly recommend it. Also, the pool at the facility was far beyond what we expected. Clean, non-chlorine and rarely busy. I couldn't have had a better experience. The only drawback is the chair and couch in the living area. We like to play all day and then relax around the tv at night. The couch is basically useless. There are literal boards you risk sitting on and it's painful. The couch desperately needs replaced, but it's not enough to deduct a star because everything else was so incredibly wonderful.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Playa del coco grâce à Scott! Tout a commencé par son accueil chaleureux lors de notre arrivée. Il est un hôte très soucieux des voyageurs du début jusqu'au départ, nous avons pu discuter avec lui. Il nous a fait de bonnes suggestions de restaurant et d'activités. La cuisine est très bien équipé, il y a de tout pour cuisiner et de bonne qualité. Les espaces sont propres et bien entretenus, incluant la piscine. Un dépanneur est à proximité. La plage est à 2 minutes à pied. Scott a tout prévu, même les chaises de plages et les chaises pour la piscine (ce qui n'est pas toujours inclus dans les autres ). On peut y entendre les singes hurleurs ainsi que les vagues par moment. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner !

El lugar nos encanto, espacio perfecto, lugar moderno y limpio. El anfitrión muy atento siempre. Lo recomiendo.

It was great!

Highly recommend booking this spot. It’s very close to nightlife but still secluded enough to be quiet at night. The beach isn’t too far away and the Thursday market is also right around the corner. The unit is very spacious and clean. It had everything you’d possibly need, including beach equipment which was greatly appreciated (chairs, umbrella, and towels). Vincent was very responsive and helpful. He also provided great local recommendations which made the stay even more enjoyable!

We had a great time at Pacifico. This condo had everything anyone would need. I have a queen murphy bed at home and I have bidets on my toilets at home. So I felt home in this condo. I actually use one of the murphy bed one night when my hubby was snoring….We go to Coco almost every year as my daughter in law is from Coco. We will definitely keep this condo on our list for future trips. Thank you again, Mary and Kevin for letting us use your place.

Christians place was fantastic! The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely during the hot days in Jaco. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)
