Consistent with the caveat that once arrived one may wish to stay indefinitely :))… our time at Colibri could not have been more enchanting. Every aspect of Kathy and Stephen’s place exceeded our expectation—from vista to pool to palapa and tasteful layout & amenities, cicada-filled dawns and dusks and distant surf, the serene neighborhood—all enhancing our visit. Nerys and Liana were delightfully accommodating and prepared a very tasty breakfast for us. It was likewise a pleasure to be in the capable hands of such a responsive and gracious host, thank you Kathy for making us feel immediately at home. We look forward to visiting Villa Colibri and Islita again very soon…!

Joelina and Denzil's listing is nicely tucked away in a peaceful area. Denzil was very friendly and gave clear information. We felt comfortable communicating with him. The area felt safe and the pool was a nice addition. We had a nice stay.

Our group of 10 stayed and had a great time. We ate out for 90% of our stay because we needed all our fridge space to keep drinks cold. It was a very hot therefor fridge has a hard time keeping up. We are a group that enjoys cold beer and ice. we made ice constantly and probably bought more than $300US in ice. we brought yeti backpack coolers thankfully. The grocery stores are a distance from the house. We found it was basically the same price as going out. all the Local restaurants were delicious and great selection. The property is excellent for 10 people. Costa Rican Authentic We honestly could not believe how hot the temperatures are in Costa Rica. We spent most of our time swimming Ocean and pool. Great shade around pool area. Loved open kitchen/ living area.

We had a great stay and found everything as described. Moises, the local contact, was extremely helpful already in advance of our stay to halp making everything tailored to our needs. Plenty of space and -other then in other rental houses- you will find all kind of different amenities, from e.g. spices to coffee and pool towels. Worth noticing that the house is located on a hill in a rural area (great privacy and views) and hence you really need a 4x4 car to get there and you need like 15mins drive to any restaurant or supermarket. But they will even arrange for a private chef so that you don‘t need to leave the property if you don‘t want to. Everything extremely well equipped and maintained and for sure a clear recommendation to go there!

The House is Amazing & Oscar the concierge was very attentive and helpful setting up our daily excursions. This was a Great trip to Costa Rica!

Great place! A walk (steep, but very doable hill) to the beach, restaurants and rentals/schools, etc! Beautiful view! We spent most evenings/nights at n the deck relaxing and listening to the waves!

Unbelievable Ocean View Home with Resort Amenities, Perfectly Located! We had the pleasure of staying in this stunning home, just a block away from town and four blocks from the beach. The ocean views from the property are truly unbelievable! Every morning, we were greeted with breathtaking panoramas that made each day special. The home is located in a private, safe and quiet gated community which offers resort-like amenities including a full time concierge, a club house, snack bar and swimming pool, outdoor gym, co-working space and even chef and massage services, that added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The proximity to both the town and beach was incredibly convenient, allowing us easy access to local shops, restaurants, and seaside activities without needing to drive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious escape with exceptional views and prime location!

This home is beautiful and spacious. If you’re looking for a private more secluded area this is perfect for you. We were able to fit comfortably and the house had everything we needed. Diane and the concierge team were very responsive before and during the trip.

Wonderful stay at this absolutely beautiful condo. It was more than expected! We cooked breakfast and supper in the well appointed kitchen. Our teenagers enjoyed having their own space - the beds were comfortable and linens very nice. All of the furnishings were top notch. The location can’t be beat. The beach was steps away and this condo has the best view. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the beach, and use of the boogie boards, kayak, and paddle board daily. We had Coco Loco delivered and ate at nearby restaurants - Margaritaville, Camparino, Surf Box etc. Between Alejandro and Blue Zone and the concierge at The Palms, our every question and request was taken care of. They booked transportation for us, helped to rent us a golf cart for the week, booked excursions, gave area recommendations and just made our whole trip seamless. Thank you for a wonderful first trip to Costa Rica.

Nirvana Villa is amazing ! The private pool is great and the house is beautiful with nice decor and linens. It is centrally to everything in Tamarindo town and walkable but it’s very quiet. The hosts were amazing and they give you the best restaurant recommendations. Go to Pangas , dragonfly and agua salada for sure. They will arrange excursions also for pickup at the Villa They also have daily housekeeping which is very nice. We would definitely go back

This was a fantastic home base from which to explore all that the Manuel Antonio area has to offer. The main living space was super comfortable and all eight of us could spread out throughout the house and enjoy all the indoor and outdoor spaces. Geralyn, the concierge, really made the vacation one of the best we ever had. Also invest in Chef Gustavo! He does not disappoint.

This place was perfect with the best possible view of the city. Francis was very responsive and made the stay perfect. Will use this house again for future stays.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Hospitality was great and the house was exactly as described, pictures do not do justice for the amazing view, especially at sunset. The hosts were very attentive, we liked that there was a guard at all times even though we felt safe, we stepped out at night and he was there to greet us upon our late return. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Casa Lujo Caletas is an amazing property with stunning views. The pictures are just like what you'll see in person. There was plenty of wildlife day and night including Scarlett Macaws.

My family enjoyed our stay. It’s within walking distance to the beach where you can see beautiful sunsets. The beach is not swimmable bc it is rocky but nevertheless beautiful. Howler monkeys and beautiful birds every day! I would recommend renting a car or golf cart because the property is so big. Getting in and out of the neighborhood was a little bit of a challenge because it is extremely safe and uber can’t just drive in. We hired a driver for the week so we were fine. Others who rent in the area rented a car. Worth every penny, the property is absolutely beautiful and the home had everything we needed. Very comfortable! We will be back.

We loved our stay here. The property was beautiful with amazing views, the pool and hot tub were a nice way to end our days. The place is spacious and comfortable. Gloria and Jose were great and we felt always like at home. We would definitely come back

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t care about being close to beaches etc. It is an ideal spot to explore the beautiful island on your own. The host is very responsive, helpful and very welcoming which made our stay a real pleasure!

Comment décrire notre expérience à la Villa Guanacaste en un seul mot: WOW. Avant notre départ, Mélanie a eu l’extrême gentillesse de répondre à nos questions. Elle nous a donné plein d’informations pratiques et pertinentes. Elle et son mari ont été très réactifs face à nos questions. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu le bonheur de rencontrer Stéphanie qui a également su nous conseiller sur notre séjour. La cours arrière était magnifique avec la piscine, le tiki bar, l’espace extérieur aménagé et la végétation. L’intérieur était très propre et contenait tout ce dont on avait besoin pour passer du bon temps en famille. À notre départ, Stéphanie a pris le temps de venir nous saluer. Que ce soit avant notre arrivée, à notre arrivée ou au départ (sans oublier les petites attentions), tout était parfait! Nous nous sommes sentis à l’aise dans un bel environnement. Mi estadía fue increíble. El lugar es hermoso, cómodo y con una decoración encantadora. Todo estaba impecable y bien equipado, lo que hizo que me sintiera como en casa desde el primer momento. El anfitrión fue muy chévere, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo necesario. Además, el personal del establecimiento fue súper amable, proactivo y eficiente, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Stephen's villa was amazing. My family and I ( 2 teen children and 1 husband) stayed for 8 wonderful nights and we were sad to leave...back to chilly Canada. As others have mentioned, Stephen's place is well stocked with kitchen necessities, spices, coffee etc.... I loved waking up every morning and having my coffee on the patio. We saw birds, cats and our friend, Lizzie the lizard every morning. There were lots of monkeys down by the beach in the mornings. We alternated between going to restaurants for dinner and cooking at home. We never did eat at any of the villa sol restaurant. The only negative, which is by no means Stephen's fault is the night time raccoons. They prevented us from eating dinner on the patio outdoors. By night four though, we started playing music on our speaker, and it seemed to keep them at bay. I would 100% recommend Stephen's place and would not hesitate to stay again.

El condominio es precioso muy tranquilo con playa privada, restaurante y supermercado no hubo necesidad de salir fuera la casa muy linda mejorada a las fotos de la publicidad y Laura siempre estuvo pendiente a mis consultas y muy amable me permitió estar con mis 4 perritos eso fue lo mejor definitivamente queremos regresar gracias por dejarnos estar en su casa nos encanto
