Himanshu is an exceptional host. Here's what I liked about the place: Location: the location of the property is lovely as the terrace gives you beach view and the beach is literally just 2 minutes walking distance from here. It's peaceful, and we loved going to the beach for a walk in the evening. It's also very safe. Property: all the bedrooms are similar and kept very neat and tidy. The hygiene is taken care of, and the rooms facing the beach are super breezy! The interiors are well done too. The pool is a decent size for 15 to 20 people. There's also ample parking for upto 6 cars. The staff: the staff is hospitable and professional. They gave us our privacy but were available round the clock for anything that we needed help with. The food: We had opted for inhouse meals, and the food was delicious. I think, this is the only family friendly villa so close to the beach, and totally worth the money. 10/10 experience!

Excellent hosts with a very nice, cute, very comfortable 1BHK. They’ve thought of every little thing you might need and have it available in the house from more than ample towels and pillows to all utensils in the kitchen. Both hosts are extremely proactive to help and make you feel comfortable and available quickly via message or call. The house is located in a nice apartment building tucked in close to the National Park, with a good view of the first hill of the forest - all of it resulting in a very nice, quiet and peaceful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property in BKC for a month while relocating to Mumbai! The apartment was modern and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, from a spacious living area to a fully equipped kitchen. The pool and gym facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The location is ideal, being close to the airport and major business hubs. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Mumbai. The host was also incredibly accommodating!

Serene community, with complete security. The place was as described and is suitable for 1-2 people. Very refined interiors. The surrounding area is very clean and happening. I would recommend this unit and will likely book it again for 1-2 week stays.

The location is perfect, offering easy access to everything you could need, yet it still feels peaceful and private.
