Gwen’s place was absolutely beautiful, with amazing plants and decor throughout the home, clearly well loved and with an artist’s inspired touch. Beautiful gardens, plentiful spaces to comfortably sit and gather. Such a sweet experience, and close to the many offering of Kittery and Portsmouth. I hope to return.

Fantastic place to stay. Close to the beaches and Portsmouth. Plenty of places to visit close by. House was beautiful and the host was amazing. We will be back.

Do not sleep on this incredible stay! We adored the beach cottage. Amenities were great like a fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Furniture and linens were high quality and comfortable. We loved morning walks at the private beach. We would come back in a heartbeat!

James was an excellent host for my family and me. We thoroughly enjoyed the place and its beautiful surroundings.

From the moment we stepped into this wonderful house in Charlestown we felt instantly at home. Every inch of the home is beautiful and the house is on the historic registry. Megan and Victor were amazing hosts, responding immediately to any question we had. We will definitely be staying there again when we travel to Charlestown. (Hopefully it will be available! 🤞)

The minute we walked in we felt at home - the house is beautiful and is in a great location - quiet but close to Portsmouth NH for great shopping and restaurants and close to Kittery outlets. The beds were comfortable and the layout perfect. The back yard was private and peaceful with beautiful gardens. Heidi was a great communicator - warm and welcoming - like a long lost friend. We will plan another trip to Heidi's house - we loved it so much and are thankful Heidi's family is willing to share it as a home away from home for us

Your stay was perfect! So close and walkable to the beach. Our kids had a fabulous vacation and the outdoor shower was used daily! We loved having coffee on the back patio and dinners on the porch. The house is well appointed with everything you need and extra touches to make the beach days easier (beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler bags). The neighborhood is quiet and close to grocery stores and a few shops. We loved our stay and hope to come back!

My husband and I booked Shannon’s bungalow for our wedding weekend. It was the perfect spot, less than 10 minutes away from The Gardens at Uncanoonuc Mountain. We got to spend time out on the porch after our wedding staring at the stars and we woke up the morning after our wedding to a stunning sunrise over Manchester. Shannon was a pleasure to work with, made her unique venue location easier to find. Thank you Shannon!

Nice, light and bright apartment in a wonderful building and Cambridge location. Many restaurants and grocery stores/pharmacies nearby. My teens especially liked the ice cream shop next door. Always great to have laundry available. It is a nice building with a fantastic gym. Views overlooking the city. Had more than expected kitchen supplies, herbs/spices for cooking, etc. Would definitely stay there again if/when we need to be in that area.

Rhona could not have been a more gracious host! We were traveling back east for the holidays and needed a place to stay. In addition to the many treats she left for us, she bought a little Christmas tree! The apartment is perfect with everything you could ever need or want. We could walk to stores and restaurants. If we had questions she was very responsive. Marblehead is a beautiful town. I highly recommend a visit to Rhona’s AirBnB!!

Corinne is a wonderful host! She has a beautiful place in a wonderful neighborhood which is walkable to the beach. The view is breathtaking and a very relaxing stay!

The place was as described and clean. Qing was very nice in allowing me to check-in sooner than the check-in time and waited to check me in. She was opened to receiving messages if anything was needed. I would stay at Qing's place again.

I solemnly swear I am up to no good This place was fantastic! I was excited before arriving because of the photos, but let me tell you, even the amazing photos don’t come close to doing this magical space justice!!! As soon as I opened the door to the apartment I was smacked in the face with magic and excitement! There isn’t a missed opportunity for decoration, but manages to not feel cluttered! The walk up to the space was just as filled with magic and then I opened the door! I was greeted with Harry Potter ambiance music and a trip into the gryffandor common area! You could come here and never see any more of Salem and feel fulfilled because the space is that incredible! Our hosts were friendly and responsive! If you’re into unique experiences, magic, or both, do yourself a favor and stay here

This was a wonderful (and spooky!) place to stay. My kids loved it, with all of the Harry Potter decore. Highly recommend for a memorable experience. The hosts were very helpful and very responsive.

Rob’s space was the perfect spot for our Holiday trip to visit family. From the drinks and snacks (and dog treats!) to the welcoming decor, we felt right at home. Rob was very responsive and helped make our stay a positive one. Close drive to the highway, and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Recommend!

Perfect little place for a couple nights! Walkable neighborhood and close to public transportation.

The house is by the lake in a quiet and comfortable residential area. If you don't have a car, it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the nearest bus stop to get to downtown. The room is very clean and cozy, and the bed is especially comfortable. The only thing to note is that the curtains don’t block out much light, so a sleep mask would be helpful. The host, Thomas, is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend :)

Sharon was extremely friendly! She went out of her way to find breakfast pastries for my food allergies! Super sweet! Wonderful space, private room and bathroom. We felt very at home and loved the neighborhood. Lovely drive to nearby areas like Newburyport and Salem. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy home away from home.

Lovely home, great location and friendly and helpful host. Felt more like a "hosted B&B or inn" rather than the more common experience I've had with Air B&B of the host being available but not a visible presence. If you are looking for a private, nonengaging experience, this might not be for you. However, if you enjoy meeting your host, we found Bob to be warm and cheery and he made us a lovely breakfast with excellent coffee. Rosy was away so we did not meet her, however, her decorating talents were much on display from the tableware to the linens and accoutrements, all of which made us feel like we were special guests.

A unique, amazing, inspiring stay. Beautiful architecture, we felt transported to Italy along with the thoughtful accommodations and very interesting, thought provoking conversations with Peter. Words cannot do it justice, you need to visit and see for yourself. Thank you Peter!

This was truly a unique and memorable place to stay. Melissa was wonderful in accommodating our late check in due to our flight. It was walkable to restaurants and we were given a voucher for a free breakfast. If you want something out of the ordinary, I couldn’t recommend enough.

Chambre spacieuse avec salle de bains privée sous le toit de la maison. Pas de cuisine mais un micro onde, un petit réfrigérateur, machine à café filtre et bouilloire. Chambre cosy bien chauffée et confortable. A 10/15 minutes à pieds de l’université de Harvard d’où on peut prendre le métro pour le centre ville de Boston. Quartier résidentiel sûr et paisible. Une excellente adresse.

Rita is awesome! She made me feel right at home and was very accommodating. I enjoyed conversing with Rita and felt like I had known her for a long time. She is also an EXCELLENT cook! It was a short stay but one I will always remember! I did not converse much with her husband but he is a super nice guy. I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend staying at Rita’s 🥰

The accommodation was excellent! First of all, the location is great - just 5 minutes from the metro. Secondly, you will be surrounded by care: the room is spacious and clean; there are plenty of extra towels; there are instructions on where to put things (for example, a basket for dirty dishes or used towels). The room is filled with plants, and everything looks very cozy. The bathroom also has everything you need: shampoos, shower gels, soap, a hairdryer, and even facial cleansing foam. Thirdly, there is a small breakfast: coffee, bread, yogurt, and oranges. There was also water and other drinks in the fridge. Roger provided many recommendations and also checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay.
